We have workflows set up User log in and systems back online set up. If we set it up with no conditions, just a script to run, the workflow never runs. It is enabled, but nothing seems to trigger it. We have tried adding conditions, removing and recreating them, all no luck. Anyone else having this issue.

Anyone else having this issue? I have 3 out of 29 servers reporting temperatures of over 190f which is totally incorrect. Any suggestion?

Hi There I unfortunately deleted a Device out of the Dashboard. I reinstalled the Agent on the Device and restartet the Device. The Account validating on the Agent seems to be ok but the Device doesn't appear in Dashboard nor online ( https://my.pulseway.com/).Already tried to reinstall and delete the Pulseway folder, restarting agent --> No effect. System info: Windows Server 2008 R2 installed on ESX Host Thanks for any help Kind Regards Patrick

Hi there, in the last few ... weeks? months? A growing number of monitored Windows systems running 2008R2/2012R2 do not send out WIndows Update notifications via pulseway anymore. This is starting to be a real issue since it is for some reason affecting more and more systems over timne and I cannot fin anything common on those or any reasons. The clients all have update notifications enabled, and when opening the Windows Update on the machines they do announce important/critical updates awaiting installation. I am running out of ways to look for the reason and a fix here, and would appreciate any help. Best regards

Hello, During the day I have a regular server (Microsoft Hyper-V 2008 R2 64) is offline for a moment. Meanwhile the servers running in Hyper-V are online. I uninstalled PCM 64 and I've reinstalled it fixes the problem. Thank you for your help.

I am having issues with pulsewaycredentialprovider.dll stopping the Windows login screen from loading on Windows 10 1809. I have submitted a ticket to support at support@pulseway.com as well. The issue is that with Pulseway software installed and the credential provider loading the system boots to the displayed screen but will go no further. I am able to run terminal and PowerShell commands from the web interface (prior to software uninstall) but can never log in. Pulseway remote does not work either. This is happening on two Windows 10 1809 DELL Optiplex computers with fresh Windows 10 PRO installations. RIght now our only solution is to leave Pulse…

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I'm unable to scroll on Notifications... so if the notification is an event log alert, and I check it from my phone I only get the first few lines and am unable to move the message up or down to see the rest.. If I view the same message from my tablet, I can see more of the message .. but again .. can't scroll up or down if the message is longer than the resolution of the device. Thoughts?

Hello, today we've noticed that on our Server 2016 OS machines we can't use the Windows Update GUI to Search for or Install Updates. Controlling it with USOCLIENT startscan & USOCLIENT startinstall works as expected but the Button to Search for new and Install pending Updates is greyed out. After a bit of testing (blocking our GPO, removing the Pulseway Patch Policy, Resetting Windows Update) it seems that Pulseway sets Registry Keys that interfere with either our (GPO) settings or sets invalid values which in turn lead to an unusable Windows Update GUI. Server 2019 & 2022 work fine with GPO + Pulseway Patch Policy applied. Next Screenshot…

Hi, I have configured and applied default storage notification policy to all my Windows workstations that is set to send a notification when the system partition has less than 5% with priority elevated. But all the notifications I get about storage say: The free space on disk drive C: on computer computername in group groupname - Office - Workstations' is below 15% (ex. 16.24 GB free of 118.18 GB). How can I make the applied policy to respect the right percentage specified in the group policy? Do

Today all of my Linux servers were reported offline by Pulseway. I checked and the agents were all crashed. I'm running Pulseway User Agent 4.6 on Win8.1 Pro x64. Right now, I have 5 Pulseway tray icons showing. None are "ghost" icons that remain after an application crash; they are all working properly. I recently installed/uninstalled Carbonite backup software a couple times, and I think that is when the extra tray icons were added. The Carbonite installer kills Explorer.exe and restarts it to add/remove its shell integration. I believe that Pulseway detected the Explorer crashes, and automatically added a tray icon afterward, even though the existing icon(s) were still there. Repro: - In the android app (not sure about others), when you have read-only access to a computer - visit either the "Process" or "Service" menu options. - Clicking on a Process or Service in the list gives you an action menu item (eg. "Kill Process", "Cancel"). Although clicking the action reports that the action failed (so we're not talking about a security issue here), there is probably no need to provide these menus when in read-only mode in the first place.

We have about 35 servers in out PC Monitor account. As of this morning PC Monitor reports one of our Terminal Servers to be offline. The server is a 2012 Windows Terminal Server on a 5.5 esxi box with a few other VMs. I've rebooted, added an exception for the program in the Windows Firewall, re-installed PC Monitor and tried to telnet to the ws3.pulseway.com server. I can not telnet to it however I can telnet to ws15.pulseway.com from this affected server. Server time is correct.

Hello, XP has known bug, it goes back to hibernation state after reassuming from hibernation and idling for 5 minutes. It is useful for me. When I stop using my XP (remote desktop or dlna server) I just leave it and it goes back to hibernation state by itself. NOT anymore. After installing PC monitor it does not hibernate. I even set it permanently to go to hibernation after 10 minutes but it does not work.

I have the software installed on my iPod and it was working fine yesterday. Today when connecting to the PC, I get this error. I have re-newed my password on the desktop and had the password reset and created a new password... still the same error on the iPod, however I can login from my phone with no problems. The funny this is that I get the notifications on the iPod, but I can't login to see the servers.

Hi I've the PC Service running on a windows server 2003 SP2. When a process goes crazy and starts using the whole CPU, I receive a warning notification. (Which is good) After a few minutes with the 100% CPU, the PC Service stops updating. Then the server is listed as offline in the PC Monitor in my windows phone. Since the server is listed as offline, I can not kill the crazy process. I have to login with remote desktop. After a I kill the crazy process, the PC Sevice starts working again. Can this be fixed? Hello, When trying to install the Pulseway manager 4.8.2 today on a number of PC's and received the following error: The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message. .... (see attached screen shot for reset of the message). I'm new to Pulseway, having just installed an Enterprise Server instance (version 4.8) so am unsure whether this is a bug, or a deployment or newbie issue. I only just noticed that the agent version on your website is 4.8.2 and I'm assuming that our server is 4.8, given that I can still install the 4.8 agent without error. So with this error occurring using 4.8.2, do I need to upgrade the server, or is this minor version incom…

We have mpm installed on bunch of servers we connect to and maintain remotely via terminal services. Recently they have been going mad if you disconnect the ts session sending hundreds of log on/logg off notifications. Is this normal? Thanks James

PC Monitor agent 2.5 beta 5 I have an Event Log monitor that notifies me if it finds an Application event from source "Backup" of level "Error". There are a few in the log, the last occuring 30 Sep 2011. However, PC Monitor has sent me 3-4 Notifications AFTER that last event. The latest bogus notification was at 2:07AM this morning, and I realized from the Notification details that it was actually reporting an Event that occured 6 Sep 2011; currently, the first such event in the log. I did not record which Events the prior Notifications were reporting, but I do know there were no Events coincident with the Notifications.

Hi, excellent application, must say and we'll purchase it definitelly! One of the bugs I noticed is that PING sensor within application on Ubuntu 10.04 linux is much different from ping, issued via console. For example, PCmonitor reports ping alarm, because it it over 24 ms... ....but at the same time I was pinging the same target via console, getting latency times from 0,8 to 1,2 ms, not more. I assume PCmonitor ping uses some internal mechanism to ping, but it probably does some job at the same time, so it skips some replies. Or not. But the fact is, that (at least on Linux, tested on 2 different linux boxes) reported pings are not real.

Hi, We've noticed that being able to add a screenshot to a ticket note via the "Paste as HTML" option is really hit and miss (more miss!). Their doesn't appear to be any rhyme nor reason to when it will work and when it won't. We're running PSA in Chrome mostly, but have observed the same problem in Mozilla. Is anyone else seeing similar problems?
