  1. Hello Marius, thanks for your first feedback. I don't think that it is no connection because the system always seems to stop at "[Service] Collecting computer information..." Even temporary disabled firewall didn't help. Another system in this office is connected to your service successfully. I have taken the trace.log and send it to the support team. I'll try to keep you informed in this topic too. Marcel
  2. Hello everybody A monitored server was offline in Dashboard all the time. Tried to reinstall --> no change. Delete device from dashboard and reinstalled again. Device is activated and even connected to, (Test notifications and validating account is working to.) But it still doesn't appears in Dashboard or mobile app and so we aren't able to perform any action on this device. In addition to that we are encountering this problem: When i try to establish performance counters I'm getting this: "Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: PCMonitorManager.exe, Version: 4.7.6.704, Zeitstempel: 0x5598214a Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: ZIPPerformance64.dll, Version: 9.0.4.121, Zeitstempel: 0x546d2dc8" This dll is belonging to EXTREMZ-IP AFP Services
  3. Hello Patrick, hello Chris we are having nearly the same problem. A monitored server was offline in Dashboard all the time. Tried to reinstall --> no change. Delete device from dashboard and reinstalled again. Device is activated and even connected to, (Test notifications and validating account is working to.) But it still doesn't appears in Dashboard or mobile app and so we aren't able to perform any action on this device. When i try to establish performance counters I'm getting this: This dll is belonging to EXTREMZ-IP AFP Services "Name der fehlerhaften Anwendung: PCMonitorManager.exe, Version: 4.7.6.704, Zeitstempel: 0x5598214a Name des fehlerhaften Moduls: ZIPPerformance64.dll, Version: 9.0.4.121, Zeitstempel: 0x546d2dc8"
  4. Hello Mr. Himmelbauer, already found out the problem on my own. Thanks for this quick response.
  5. Update: Don't no why but in this topic the Lancom Systems Router blocked https-communication towards this address. A restart of of this device solved the problem. So if the Server is reachable remote and you're hitting this problem check firewall logs :-)
  6. Hello everybody did someone already faced this problem? I have already taken a look to another topic in bugs section regarding "Offline Servers that aren't offline" So I already startet the local installation on that Server and Click validate Account. After using it following Error box appears: "Es war kein an https://gate.mobilesystemmanager.com/server.svc lauschend Endpunkt vorhanden der die Nachricht annehmen konnte. ........" nslookup told me the correct address by using different DNS Servers. Restarting Service and logoff / logon didn't solved the problem at all. No configuration change took place since the last contact to the server. We only had a short downtime of Internetconnection that was monitored correctly by PC Monitor. What can i do without starting Server in business time? Thanks a lot for your help.
  7. Hello Marius, any updates on this topic, because at the moment i cannot see the possibility to check for event data field. Thanks Marcel
