I would like to request integration with the Webroot SecureAnywhere AV product.

I have Pulseway configured on 60 servers all at different locations. I'm waiting to deploy to the workstations until I get it configured just right. My question is: is there a way to get a list of installed programs across all devices? Say I need to know what version of chrome is installed on all the devices, to gauge which ones need updated etc -how would I go about doing that if it's possible?

We are considering switching over to the RepairShopr PSA platform, and would like to know if an integration with them may be in the works. I understand they use the REST API as well, and have solid documentation on their site for integrating into their platform. Can this be looked into? It is definitely becoming a popular solution, and companies like Ninja RMM and SolarWinds MSP are already integrated with them. Hi, It would be great having full access to a linux machine (where promox is installed), the same way windows machines have remote management. Maybe you can offer a temporary connection with user, password and port, in order to connect through ssh using that machine as a tunnel. The web terminal is a good thing, but it is limited and it can't run programs like nano or vim. Thanks. Great service guys. I really love pulseway

Chris/Paul/Cliff, Thanks for all the work you guys are doing to make PSA usable in a production environment. I love the latest improvements. I have a priority request regarding Client Portal authentication. I see that AuthAnvil is supported. Can you guys please look at adding 365 Azure AD integration as well? There is no way my client end-users are going to remember a separate password for their PSA login to open and view tickets. We really want to push them to it, but its not going be useful. I image that Azure AD would be the most common platform for most companies. In the meantime, can we have a way to manually set a secure password for each user for …

As a MSP, we often have to track down a device based on the user's name. It would be great if there was an option to always show the currently logged in user in the dashboard or at least add it into the search.

Hi. It would be nice with a searchable Remote Desktop history. It could include fields like... Date/Time Device Session User Confirmed Durration For audit it would be great if it was possible to document what when users has had a remote desktop session, and if it has been approved by the session user.

Hi, I think it misses the ability to monitor bandwidth on servers and users computers. It would be nice to have a history of several weeks and the services used.

I have setup an Event log Notification to alert me when a certain event occurs (which by the way works great). It would be nice to be able to tie a rule to that event notification. Example I have a notification that tells me when the exchange mail store dismount, I normall just do restart the information store service to remount. I would like to setup a rule that says when the event fires that the store is dismounted, wait 15 min then fire the rule to do a restart on the information store service

Hi All, I would like the following notifications available; - POP3 Check -> The Pulseway service checks a particular mailbox via POP3 and checks the amount of messages; if messages exceed # -> Alert. - Telnet on #Port -> The Pulseway service checks telnet on a particular port towards an IP. While the system tray is a good idea to allow the customer to communicate with the tech without calling and just opening a ticket, is something that it has fall behind in development and features. Compared to other competitors I don't understand why this section of the Pulseway hasn't been improved in years. 1. The system tray has no customization other than the logo. 2. The system tray support request is very limited to just "Message" and "Priority" 3. When the customer fill up the box called "Message" is obvious that this is to type the message or explain the problem they are experiencing and the reason for the ticket. first feat. req is i think easy to mail event log detail from app, now when i have error in event log for instance in application i go in event details, i screenshot error and than send it, i think it will be easyer to send (mail) that detail direct from app on mobile phone. second req is i think is really nice, and it is about monitoring usb ports, everytime someone connect to usb port with usb stick or any other device, pc monitor app send notification to admin. thanks

Hi there, do you consider to improve the powershell feature? The Problem here is, that you can only start commands, which don't need any answer. If an answer is required, the command is not beeing executed - regardless you will give the answer within the next command. It is no real "bi-directional' powershell session like "enter-pssession -computername xxx', which is needed for our daily work. So we have to use vpn instead or rdp - both are not the fastest way to execute commands. In kaseya vsa we have this feature working as needed. Hi, it seems that you use a special edition from the Kaspersky Endpoint Security, and I have to say it seems to run great. But as a Kaspersky reseller, I know that the product has more features (e.g. firewall, device control...), and it looks like they would be available over the Pulseway license, but they are not installed automatically. And if I activate them manually (which would be a lot of work on every customer device) then I can't manage them over the Pulseway apps. When the Agent launches, it generates an "Computer is up and running" notification. It would be more accurate if it was accompanied by a notification that said, "PC Monitor agent has started". The "up and running" notification by itself is a little misleading. Maybe only a PCM newbie like me would make this mistake, but I found "up and running" notifications this morning. I went in to the Event logs to try to figure out why the computers had restarted, and why there wasn't a "shutting down" notification. Hi, I have have some requests from management and staff using the dashboard at our company. Please could some of these be addressed or looked at? We would like to apply/replace the pulseway logo with our company logo, but we have no need for enterprise at this time (this may change in the future). Being able to drag an image to the dashboard installation folder as a simple start would be good, or "select an image" option in the settings - As a bonus, changing the colours of background and text would be fantastic.
