  1. You can now trigger workflow executions from Performance Counter notifications and evaluate Name, Category and Instance in conditions to build even more customizable workflows for your IT processes.
  2. You can now create interactive, conditional troubleshooters that can be used to ask questions, provide answers, and run self remediation scripts and tasks based on user input. Pulseway's Client Portal can be used to standardize IT processes, empower end-users and reduce the workload on your support team.
  3. Hi, i want to know how i can monitor the dropbox daemon on linux, i'v tried things with workflow but when i stop the service manualy it won't send me a notification or try to restart the service, and that is bothering me becaus on our servers we need to have dropbox running all the time for our application, i know that dropbox is weird on linux, it won't show with systemctl, but it's still like a daemon. I'm running debian buster machine all up to date with the last pulseway agent
  4. I am trying to configure Pulseway on my Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS machine, but I'm having issues getting it to recognise systemd services. The services I want to monitor are smbd, plexmediaserver and clamav-freshclam. Regardless of what configuration I use, none of these services are even recognised by Pulseway let alone monitored. I have also tried setting each service as "NONE", "UPSTART" and "SYSVINIT" but nothing seems to work. The strange part is that ssh is monitored despite the fact that it's configuration is identical to the others. Here is a screenshot of my configuration: Can someone please help me out here? Is there something I'm missing? EDIT: Never mind. It suddenly started working after I posted this.
  5. Hello there, I was in the process of configuring my Pulseway agent on a VPS running Ubuntu Server 20.04 and I ran in this interesting bug. Even using the sample config provided by the agent, uncommenting the Ping Responses bloc throws this error in the log, and prevents the service from starting. vps pulseway: Starting Pulseway Daemon version 6.5 (2019082205) vps pulseway: Configuration: Values for 'Milliseconds' attribute at 'PingResponse' node 10.6.0.53(1) should be between 1 and 1000 vps systemd: pulseway.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE The PingResponse bloc in /etc/pulseway/config.xml looks like this: <PingResponses> <PingResponse Address="10.6.0.53" Milliseconds="1500" Minutes="1" PriorityOnSlowResponse="1" PriorityOnNoResponse="1" Alias="vps DNS notif" Enabled="true"/> </PingResponses> So then I tried many Milliseconds values between 1 and 1000 but the same exact error always comes back. Is this a known issue or is there anything wrong with my setup? Many thanks to anyone who can help, Best,
  6. Hi, I'm trying to create a report of the cpu/memory history but every report is failed giving error - No systems that support advanced reporting found. What does this mean? I'm running agents on Ubuntu 14.04.
  7. Hi. I have a CentOS machine that I've been trying to get pulseway working on. I could not find anyone having the same problem. I have successfully installed pulseway, or at least the system thinks so. I edited the config file and removed the sample text from the name. However, when I attempt to start pulseway, the terminal gives me no indication of success or failure. However, when I check the systemctl logs, it claims that pulseway failed to start because of a missing file. I searched for the file, and it was indeed there. Can anyone help me with this? Here's what it says: "delta systemd[11600]: Failed at step EXEC spawning /usr/sbin/pulsewayd: No such file or directory" ***This problem has been solved, I was unaware that my server was x64 based***
  8. Is there a way I could Ping google.com for example and if below x milliseconds then create error sending notification to my Pulseway devices?
  9. hello does pulseway agent work on raspberry pi 4 (using debian buster arm64) ? thanks.
  10. Hi I can't get pulseway to connect to the android app when it's running on my ubuntu 18.04 server. It worked just fine until I updated to U 18.04. Has this occured to any one else? Is there an solution?
  11. I am attempting to install pulseway on my raspberry pi 3b+, and have downloaded and installed the correct file from the pulseway website, and made sure that my openssl libraries are up to date and correctly setup. I followed through with the given installation instructions and repeatedly the pulseway service is unable to be started. When executing the command sudo systemctl start pulseway, the command works and presents no errors. Upon checking the app or the list of all services, however, pulseway is not shown as a service and there is no devices connected to the app. See the attached images for the output of sudo systemctl status pulseway

  13. Hi, I think it misses the ability to monitor bandwidth on servers and users computers. It would be nice to have a history of several weeks and the services used.
  14. The same way it works on Xen server or VMware, it would be great to be able to manage de Proxmox containers and KVM from the UI. I already installed it on the Host (the promox) using the Debian install, which is great, but it would be great to have buttons to manage the VMs and see the performance.
  15. I installed Pulseway on Ubuntu 16.10 64 bit. It was success. I want only monitor HDD and CPU usage and Power off computer. I want disable other features in config.xml. How can I disable (I see mobile app) Users, Terminal, Scripts, Enter Maintenance Mode? Thanks!
  16. I have Pulseway installed on a fresh Debian 9.1 box and receive the below error: pulseway[24336]: /usr/sbin/pulsewayd: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.0.9.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Any advice?
  17. I am running CentOS 6 and I can track most of my /etc/init.d services just fine - except for iptables. When the service is running, Pulseway reports that it is down. For example, these lines work just fine: <Service Name="ntpd" DisplayName="NTPD Service" IsDaemon="true" DaemonType="SYSVINIT" Path="" StartParameters="" CanBeStopped="true" Enabled="true"/> <Service Name="crond" DisplayName="Cron Daemon" IsDaemon="true" DaemonType="SYSVINIT" Path="" StartParameters="" CanBeStopped="true" Enabled="true"/> But this one does not <Service Name="iptables" DisplayName="iptables Service" IsDaemon="true" DaemonType="SYSVINIT" Path="" StartParameters="" CanBeStopped="true" Enabled="true"/> Does anyone have any ideas? I'm relatively new to Pulseway so it is entirely possible that I'm just missing something obvious. Edit: I just confirmed that I can start the service successfully when I manually stop it, but it still never detects it as running.
  18. Is it possible to explore mount points on Linux machines like it is on Mac OS machines? With the Linux machines I monitor, I tab on the Hard Disks tab (in iOS app), I can view the mounts and their used/free space, but I can't tap to explore any of them. I can do that for the Mac OS machines I monitor. I don't monitor any Windows machines, but I'm assuming they have that same functionality. Looking over my config file doesn't seem to indicate I missed something, but I'd be happy to be proved wrong.
  19. after following this setup guild i am getting "-bash: /etc/init.d/pulseway: No such file or directory" looked inside that folder and did not see any pulseway scrips. is there another guild that i can follow that will be more helpful
  20. I hope I am in the right Subforum to ask this question. I recently started to use Pulseway and am impressed what I am able to do with it but I noticed one feature missing that I need. Is it possible with Pulseway to check Servers/Clients with log files for backups if they have been successful or failed? For example if there is a NAS connected to a network and someone is doing a USB Backup on it I want to check if it has failed so I will get a notification when it fails. I want to use it on Windows and Linux machines so my best guess is to use a script of somekind right?
  21. I would very much like to see some Arch Linux scripts added or at least include Arch compatibility in the existing Linux scripts. Updating my Arch systems from my phone with a single click would be pretty slick.
  22. Hi, I installed Pulseway Agent on my RPI like they said on the Website. I went to the "config.xml" and entered my Username and Password. When I now go back to the Website it just showes "No systems monitored. Download and install the agent on the systems you want to monitor." I did everything like they said on the Website. I also googled and found out you have to install some SSL stuff, so I typed the command they said on the forum (sudo apt-get install ca-certificate) and the Console just says, that the Package "CA-Certificate" could not be found. What did I do wrong?
  23. I have a Linux Server that reports as up-to-date version 5.4. Is this correct? Because I can't move it in Pulseway 6.0 to another Organization or Site. I get an error message that the agent requires an update.
  24. When installing the pulseway agent on my Debian Version 9.4 X64 proxmox VE 5.2-1 server I get the following. I have restarted the server 3 times now after each install attempt - I can't figure out where the log is located. An error occurred while starting Pulseway service. Please see log for more details.
