Ok, So I am trying to schedule Windows updates for some of our clients using the web app. However the only option it gives me is to install them immediately (At least to my understanding.) Is there any feature that lets me schedule them during a down time such as late at night.

The Pulseway Enterprise/Admin Server won't change and is already a member of the target domain. As my monitored machines are updating to the new Windows 10, the agent simply will not start automatically.. Any idea why?

I am trying to a WR to one of my client pc's. I have purchased the licence from within the pulseway web app. Where do I find the licence key / number ? I all ready have one client installed so their is no option to select trial again...... Also their is no "Trial Site" in the WR console to correspond to my in app WR purchase?

Hi. I'm migrating from another RMM, and was wondering if someone could assist in creating a job on the current RMM, that will "silently" install Pulseway agent onto the machines for me?

Title says it all - new install on the first Authentication panel when entering account details. I am using my main pulseway account login detail as I did with the first system I registered which is working fine. This is a second system I am adding. Can someone advise it I am doing something wrong please as I keep getting: "An error occurred while validating the account - Invalid username and/or password (202)"

We have requested this from the support team with 0 response (seems to be a common issue). We need documentation for the custom data. How do we display it, set it, etc. We would like to be able to pull information from the system via script and output to the custom field, but cannot find any documentation on how to do it.

Good morning Pulseway team, I came across an issue that was a big oversight and I'm looking to find out if there is a way to not allow an end user to uninstall the Pulseway Manager. The story is I had an employee that was having issues with their computer. They assumed that it had to be the Pulseway Manager tool since he's convinced that ever since the tool has been installed he has had a much slower computer. The real reason was his in truck hotspot wasn't giving him the speeds as he was getting in the office... Hello, suddenly I am unable to uninstall KAV from some of the computers (they both are in the same group) as in the RMM the uninstall option along with change policy are greyed out with notification "disabled by policy". Not really sure what that should mean as I do not recall any changes in AV policy being changed lately. Also uninstall from within the Windows is not possible, greyed out too. What gives? Thanks

Hello to all, I currently have a problem to deploy the agent on a machine. I have activated the Administrator account on the machine, but nothing works. I created another administrator account but still this error: "We couldn't access the admin share (\systemName\admin$) on the target system." Hi all, We have SMTP working fine in PSA Pulseway. I believe the settings are correct in the Email Parser but when testing it can never connect to the server. Any suggestions? I have read through all the asks here that came up when searching IMAP. Using the same user from SMTP settings page. Error! Connection to server failed. Please check the given configurations and try again later.

Hello all, I have been deploying webroot to a few sites through pulseway. This is the first time I have had to manually install webroot. Webroot would not install through pulseway on three computers. The manual download installed immediately and began a scan and reported into the webroot console. In pulseway the status for all of these was install failed and there are no actions available. I waited quite a while and no change. To get actions available I then installed again thrugh pulseway which imediately worked.

Has the 8.8.11 Agent update changed the behavior of the -support flag I'd heretofore been using with pcmontask.exe to bring up the Support Request window? I can confirm that "C:\Program Files\Pulseway\pcmontask.exe" -support still brings up the Support Request window in 8.8.10. If this is a permanent change, is there another way to bring up this window? Clients found using the taskbar icon to request support frustrating as Windows often shunts it to the "hidden items" section, or the icon is simply not visible, so as such I'd been using the aforementioned desktop shortcut with the -support flag. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi guys, something strange has happened. I had to change a broken HDD on an acer laptop. Everything went ok, I also had a ghost image of the previous HDD so the laptop is working fine. When checking the client form my windows dashboard I run into a "Error in XML Document (1, xxx). The strange thing is that I've checked the pc monitor config right on the laptop and everything seems fine (I also get alerts). So what I did is to uninstall PC Monitor and re-install it. Import a new configuration to try and overwrite the existing one.. but nothing only for this client I keep getting the same error when trying to read its configuration from the dashboard.. Any clue…

I am running Windows 7 x64, I recently used my iPad to remove two accounts from monitoring. I am trying to open the desktop monitoring program to make some changes to one computer and it fails to open. I have rebooted, removed, reinstalled and rebooted again to no avail. The service is running but the monitoring program won't open. The dashboard program opens fine though. Markos

Hi there Is it possible to start the maintenance mode via the commandline? (e.g. PCMonitorManager.exe call with param). My server performs a weekly reboot. I have a shutdown script which ends all services, task, etc. and a start script which starts them again after the reboot. Now, i have to manually start the maintenance mode, wait until the reboot over night is done, and then end the maintenance mode manually again. Is it possible that i can start the maintenance mode in my shutdown script, and exit maintenance mode in the start script? Thanks for any hint :-) Regards Simon

I have written a command-line python script to login to our access control system and unlock doors, then added a scheduled task for each door on one of our servers where PC Monitor is installed. I've then selected each task in System > Scheduled Tasks in PC Monitor Manager 3.2. I can run the tasks by hand from Task Scheduler, but not from Mobile PC Monitor. I've tried from four different mobile devices (Nexus 7, Samsung Infuse, Droid Razr and Droid Bionic) and the command is sent, but the task is never triggered. since I renewed my subscription yesterday 2 of my servers are having the same problem. In the event viewer I get 3 information notifications, the first one is event ID 0 service started successfully, the second event ID 24001 new update found and the third service stopped successfully. I am using Version 3.2 build 4668 on Windows server 2008 R2 64 bit. Any idea what could be causing this? cheers

I am currently testing PC Monitor on a workstation. When I do a proper Start=> shutdown, I get an email (shutting down). When I get back into Windows, I get an email (up and running). When I pull the plug on the workstation (simulating a sudden stop), I don't get an email telling me it is offline. Is it possible for PC Monitor to send out an email for abrupt shutdowns? I've seen other simliar PC monitoring programs linking two workstations together allowing for systems to monitor each other and send out notifications if a system suddenly shutsdown. Thanks.

How should one upgrade to 3.7 in WinXP? I tried sending an upgrade command from my Android app and nothing happened. I also tried downloading the latest Windows Agent from the website and the install process would close on its own after executing. Afterwards, it still shows 3.6. What gives? Thanks in advance.

I have a weird fluctuation of memory usage of PCMonitorsrv depending on the server. Nothing huge and I'm pretty sure it has to do with what all it is monitoring on said server. But right now my mem usage from PCmon ranges from 24MB on a server to 124MB on another. What is everyone reading mem usage wise? NOTE: Again, not an issue as the servers have tons of RAM...more curious
