markosb Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 I am running Windows 7 x64, I recently used my iPad to remove two accounts from monitoring. I am trying to open the desktop monitoring program to make some changes to one computer and it fails to open. I have rebooted, removed, reinstalled and rebooted again to no avail.
