SImpleMan
Hi all, We have SMTP working fine in PSA Pulseway. I believe the settings are correct in the Email Parser but when testing it can never connect to the server. Any suggestions? I have read through all the asks here that came up when searching IMAP. Using the same user from SMTP settings page. Error! Connection to server failed. Please check the given configurations and try again later. Jason Mills
We are experiencing the same issue. 100% confident in our email account information, and the parser just will not connect... Server config same as above for us. On the outbound side, using SMTP, connections work just fine.. Account in O365 also has IMAP turned on... SImpleMan
No word on this all day. Any help would be extremely helpful otherwise our training class will probably have to be canceled tomorrow. mike Jamie Taylor
