  1. Remote Login for Windows Remotely login into monitored systems through the Pulseway ecosystem without disclosing credentials to people in front of the computer. This feature can be enabled from endpoint policies or locally on each system. Allow End-Users to Disable Remote Control Within an endpoint policy, once you enable the system tray icon for end-users, you can now also enable the option to locally disable remote control on each system from within the system tray context menu. Remote Control Performance Metrics We have added a mechanism in Remote Control to capture and measure various performance statistics to help you understand the performance of a session, and to help us continue to improve performance of the product. Much of the work is done behind the scenes, but you'll find a new menu setting in Remote Control called “Show Session Health” which, if enabled, displays a visual indication of session RTT (Round Trip Time). In addition, we have also added a menu setting called “Send Report” which allows you to provide us quickly and easily with feedback of your session, which will automatically include the performance statistics. UI Update As part of our ongoing effort to modernize and standardize the UI, the Patch Management History page has been redesigned. General Improvements Custom Fields CSV Report Template now renders custom field values as columns rather than having each value on a separate row Fixed an issue with the mobile app not rendering certain modal dialogs on iPads running iOS 12 Fixed an issue where the exported CSV document would contain data in an incorrect format
  2. We have redesigned the Group Policies page to make it easier for you to exploit the full power of Pulseway policies. With a clean simplified navigation design and the addition of an integrated search functionality, you can find any group policy setting with just a few clicks.

  6. Deploy BitDefender antivirus to your endpoints with just the level of protection you need, all with one click. Additional In app support for Bitdefender Endpoint Detection and Full Disk Encryption further strengthens your security.
  7. Windows Service Monitoring can now be configured directly in the Web Application, within Endpoint Policies, accessible using the NEW Monitored Service category. In addition, a new Monitored Services section has been added to the Services feature page when working with an online System, providing a distinction of general Service information and those Services being actively monitored.
  8. Bitdefender integration has been enhanced to support automatic deployment and uninstallation using Antivirus Policies. Deployment configurations for Bitdefender can be created and managed from Server Admin / Configuration when defining an Antivirus Policy for an Organization, Site, or Group. Applying this type of Antivirus Policy will deploy Bitdefender on supported Systems within the given Org structure where the policy is applied, join the Systems to the selected Bitdefender company, and install the selected Bitdefender modules. Installation is automated for both existing Systems and newly provisioned Systems. NOTE: Changes to a previously configured Policy will be applied to newly provisioned Systems only Removal of the Bitdefender Antivirus Policy will result in immediate uninstallation of Bitdefender from existing Systems.
  9. Search, filter and quickly find network devices with the new Device List.
  10. You can now trigger workflow executions from Performance Counter notifications and evaluate Name, Category and Instance in conditions to build even more customizable workflows for your IT processes.
  11. I have just noticed that I get a success event and email sent when the backup only partially works. I am using Windows server backup and backup 2 vitual servers from the host. If the backup manages to backup just one of the VMs but the other fails I am still sent success info. I do get failed if the entire backup fails but getting a success when it has not properly backed up is a bit of a problem tbh. Any fixes or workarounds?
  12. Further protect your instance by restricting access to the Web Application and Rest API to specific IP addresses. Teams and users with dynamic IPs can be configured to bypass IP restrictions if they have two factor authentication enabled.
  13. Continuing our commitment to providing a secure environment, accounts with access to critical areas such as editing scripts and distributing custom titles, are now required to enable two factor authentication.
  14. Simplify the way you manage scripts with the addition of search and move.
  15. Pulseway Client Portal now includes a built-in chat function that allows the end user to communicate directly with a technician. This can be started automatically as a step in a troubleshooter, or you can give users the option to start it directly themselves. A summary of the chat is recorded and can be sent to the technician. 19. Hi Pulseway was setup by someone who has now left and I have installed the client upon multiple computers and servers which all appear within Pulseway manager / Manage systems and in the pulseway dashboard but none appear within the mobile app nor within the webapp. I have obviously missed something, but what? Answers on a postcard to the usual address...
  20. Hello, I would like a feature where when I remote into a users computer, you are given the option to block the user from inputting any information and or block them from viewing what you are doing.
  21. Hi Everyone! How is possible assign automatically an hardware asset to a customer in PSA when a ticket is created trough a support request ? What kind of configuration i've to do in RMM side to match a customer in PSA?
  22. We receive automated alerts as tickets but would also like to receive them in emails. What level of integration is supported and if it is, where can I find that option in the dashboard?
  23. Hi, I have have some requests from management and staff using the dashboard at our company. Please could some of these be addressed or looked at? We would like to apply/replace the pulseway logo with our company logo, but we have no need for enterprise at this time (this may change in the future). Being able to drag an image to the dashboard installation folder as a simple start would be good, or "select an image" option in the settings - As a bonus, changing the colours of background and text would be fantastic. Custom sizing of text within the dashboard would help, as playing around with dpi within windows causes things to go onto two pages. (Changing clock size would be bonus cookies) Order by severity, I think I may have requested this before,(not yet addressed) this makes total sense to be able to order the list by what severity EG: critical first. Split groups on to separate pages, this is a nicety if you have multiple machines on multiple sites, this would allow better use of screen space especially on 65"+ TV's The coloured icons could use a flashing feature to catch your eye, EG: a critical alert would make it flash red and blue/black, this is instead of a steady amber or red. Had to edit this one in: Pulseway Manager needs to give us an option to mark an offline server as critical, a simply notification will not email our zendesk for example. Last but not least: can we get a changelog pop up when updates arrive, think this would be beneficial to show customers that there is continued development in progress. - I am aware that you run a blog for this kind of thing. Many Thanks, Kind Regards, TIM STARK
  24. We need to be able to automatically associate user accounts with agents based on group, or some other mechanism. We have all agents logged in using the admin account. Whenever we add new agents, we have to login in to the web console and manually associate the new agents with the user account(s) that need to manage/support them. It looks like this is already on the roadmap, do you have any update as to when this will be available? Thanks
  25. We have our agents logged in using the Administrator account. We've created user accounts that are associated to all the systems/agents logged in using the admin account. When logged in as administrator in the Dashboard, i can delete inactive agents. When logged on as a user that is associated with the admin account, I cannot delete inactive systems. Can you make it so that associated accounts that have full access rights can remove agents/systems from the dashboard? Thanks
