Hi Just running a ping -t command via terminal on a remote device using Pulseway. Normally to halt it I would do Cntl+C to stop it, locally. Can't see how to do this using the Pulseway app. Sorry - have just found the close session command which terminates the Terminal session. Problem solved!

As a test I've installed the client service on an eee netbook running Windows XP Home SP3. A few times a minute, there is a an application log information event from PC Monitor "PowerEvent handled successfully by the service". Timing is random - between events I've seen as few as 6 seconds and as many as 30 or so, but it's at least twice per minute since I installed the service. I don't see these events on my other machines (Asus G73 notebook Win7 x64 and HP DL380G3 Win2003 Enterprise x32). Hi, I just had 7 of my monitored servers go offline. Because they had no internet connection they couldn't alert me to the fact pinging had failed. Indeed the only notification I had (and a bit of luck really) was that I was running the Dashboard, which flashed a few of the machines (though nothing in red and no beeps to draw my attention). As such this seems a bit of a chink in PCMonitor's armour. A slight flaw in a brilliant system. If I'm missing something, please do let me know how I can be notified of servers that have gone offline (no net connection, perhaps even no power). If not, any chance of a fix/extra option? Hello, I've had a couple of occurrences lately of a remote desktop limit violation, with the error message "There are too many concurrent remote desktop sessions for this server.". While the message is obvious, as far as I'm concerned we shouldn't be near the 5 session limit we are licensed for. Is there a way to establish what connections are open and by whom? Kind regards

Hi, apologies if this has already been asked but I couldn't find a direct answer/fix for this myself. Essentially, I have reinstalled Windows on one of my machines and rebuilt the machine itself (hardware wise). When I download the manager onto it, I go to register the system and it accepts my username and password but tells me that there are no "agent Groups" available and so prevents me from registering it. I didn't have this issue when I installed pulseway the first time around on this device (before I had to totally reinstall win 11 to fix a weird bug that had crept in) I am using a free account and so have removed the previous iterations of pulseway for this mac…

Something keeps turning off my push and email notifications. I have again turned them on using the website and just checked my iphone and they are showing enabled. Why would they keep turning off?

First off compliments for such a great product that i'll be using for a long time. I understand the remote desktop is in beta however i have not seen any doucmentation on whether multiple screens will be supported. This will pretty much be my deciding factor whether i can go without getting teamviewer... everyone at my company has at least two screens so this makes the feature unusable if i cant see multiple screens. I have just tried to use the new Remote Desktop client on Windows 8.1. I am at a location which means I am behind a proxy server (MS TMG). I have entered the correct proxy server details into the Settings dialog, but always get "An unknown connection error occurred". I have tried installing the TMG client but that didnt help. Any ideas what might be wrong? G.

Just got a computer in that had not chimed in in over 109 days. Then noticed the user had uninstall PC Monitor. Is there a way for me to password protect the uninstaller? Another question. If a computer is not on the internet and they install or uninstall software will I get the notifications once the computer comes online? Is there a way to have the webcam take an image when a pease of software is installed or uninstalled. We have field computers that are used by many differnt users finding out what user keeps installing software is becoming a problem.
