Every time somebody calls, like, hey, please, look at my server, it seems down...every single time this year in such case, Pulseway app on my phone simply begins cycling in login loop:</p><ul><li><p>previous years it was always logged in whenever I opened it, now every 2nd or 3rd time I open reguires login</p></li><li><p>then requires MFA via Pulseway app, which is itself??!!</p></li><li><p>configured externa MFA authenticator, but still loops sometimes</p></li><li><p>when I finally log in, IF I SUCEED (it's not always the case), I land on empty PW app</p></li></ul><p>I already uninstalled, cleared data, cleared cache, installed updates on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, but all this looks like has nothing to do with login/MFA loops.<br>PW app is really unusable for me.</p><p>What's going on? <p>I have a four computers on my account. I tried to log onto the PC Monitor website this morning, where I got this error message "access to this service is limited to active subscribers only". The client software is working (PC Monitor Manager) OK and I am receiving notifications on my phone. PC Monitor Dashboard has also stopped working. I do know my subscription has run out but I understand you can have up to 5 computers free for personal use.</p>

If they exceed the number of tickets used, they will be charged for every additional ticket they file. 	I'm not going to say what I really am feeling about this product right now because "my content will need to be approved by a moderator".  But I am baffled by this company at the moment.  I recently renewed for another year and the invoice does not match the amount my card was charged.  It's only a few dollars different but accountants are sticklers and in order for me to submit my credit card statement to accounts payable I need an ACCURATE invoice.

	The "ask a question" is the only apparent support when logged into my account but doesn't actually get an answer or response of any sort.  I had to literally google "pulseway support" to find a place to submit a ticket, which makes me enter my account info manually and solve ridiculous captchas, since I'm not logged in.  Perhaps you should consider implementing an actual ticket system, especially considering your customers WORK IN IT.  I don't have time for this nonsense.  I'm considering just disputing the charge with the credit card company and finding an alternate product.

I do want to be getting reboot required notifications if windows updates needs it but even if I log onto the machine and manually check windows updates there is no need for a reboot.

month or so and my normally great working Android app is not working that good.</p><p>The first thing I noticed is that when remoting into a machine, the android app takes care of the MFA for me, I only need to select YES, now I get an error message on the bottom of the App saying "Data Not Available" I have to use a One Time Passcode to be able to access the remote machine.</p><p>It's similar enabled</p></li><li><p>Remove my phone from being a trusted device and added it back.</p></li></ul><p>And it's just recently that I noticed for some of my high risk clients I don't get a notification when they login, their IP address changes, USB stick inserted, etc.  I assume it's related to the MFA?</p><p></p><p>Has their been a resolution on this, any backend fix that can be I follow the steps in this article and I always end up with errors. Once I go through the pulseway-registration on the machine I get a link to access on my browser. Once I authenticate on the browser, I get an error that says "object reference not set to an instance of an object". I have tried several times with different accounts as well as on different machines running the same version of Debian. Does Pulseway require the .Net framework?  Or, if we have .Net core (aka 5.0+ installed) will that work? Our clients receive Microsoft 365 Business updates via RMM, pushed through Patch Management → Policies → 3rd Party Software Rules.<br>The problem, however, is that applications are closed unexpectedly without any prior notice. As a result, users are caught off guard when applications like Excel or Outlook suddenly close.</p><p>We have already worked with Pulseway support and created a maintenance window with a workflow that announces the maintenance window. However, our users are still complaining.
