I only have Macs in our office and while I find Pulseway invaluable, I am also wishing for more control of my systems. There are many Unix commands that work on the Mac, but I cannot seem to get them to work using the BASH script. I do not need a lot of the very fine features provided to the Windows systems, but simple commands to the Terminal would be great. As I review the forums, I see there are not many Mac only users here, but there must be some significant number of us for you to have a Mac product, so hoping I am not the only one wishing for command line controls in scripting rather than just sending one command at a time in the Terminal window. Thanks for pro…

Is there anyway in the web or the mobile apps when viewing the screen to have it auto refresh? Sometimes I have to few the screen for extended periods of time and I'm constantly hitting refresh. It would be nice if it auto refreshed every 15 or 30 seconds while the screen view was active

Any chances you guys would consider building a desktop applet that has the look and feel of the phone app? Real quick navigation always on etc. The web portal is nice but when you are consistently on the road using the phone applet stopping and opening the desktop web portal seams clunky to me. 90% of the time I will return to the phone app (Android) to perform the usual commands. In our case we have a Rds shared apps that locks up users periodically and we quickly log in and disconnect the user. This function is painful on the web interface. Too many clicks besides the fact it is constantly disconnecting you. The web interface is great for updating and cr…

Hey Guys - Thanks for a great product! I have subscribed for a couple of years now and it keeps getting better! I saw one other post for it, but wanted to 2nd the request for SCCM integration. I've focused on SCCM for a few years now and what it really lacks is some sort of mobile soulution. As long as it's secure, I could think of at least 5 other companies which would use Pulseway immediately if just for the SCCM support alone. In my mind, I'd think it would be in two sections - features for clients and features for the server. I understand that not all of it's features would be available, but below is a ranked list of the capabilities I'd like to see in it if eve…

Hi, It would be great if maybe a part of the security status or just an option to check if bitlocker is enabled... bitlocker can be queried by WMI so it seems easy enough... https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa376483(v=vs.85).aspx Thanks!!

I would love to be able to send a query to my MS SQL server and compare the contents of what is returned. This would test that the server is working properly. Another test would be to test that I can login properly as SA or another user. Thanks. Randy

Many times when using the chat feature I will need to wait for a client to reply. If my client replies say later in the day, there is no way of knowing a message was sent without the chat session open. Is there a way same as when using the support request that a notification could be sent. I seem to miss a lot of chat messages when I dont keep the app open Thanks

Hi For a faster and better overview, we would like the group headlines in the dashboard colored by the alerts in that group. The information is already present as numbers in the right side in the headline, but coloring the background accordingly would be a easy way to give a fast overview. Have a look at my attempt to do that in photoshop BR – Carsten

This may be asking for much, however, it would be nice to have a documentation tab to store info for each client as an MSP this is gold.

We need some sort of visibility when modifying local clients to indicate that a group policy is being applied. Better yet it would be great if items applied in group policy (eg. Event log filters) showed in the configuration when locally modifying the client. This is so that someone modifying the local client that doesn't know that a group policy is applied or forgets to check group policy doesn't create a new notification for something that may already exists.

Would like to see an option to create a desktop icon during the installation of the Pulseway manager software... linked perhaps to open the taskbar icon with our support information. In most cases the icon is hidden and clients forget that the option is there.

Hello, I would like to ask if you are planning to add maintenance mode timer. This function has been on every monitoring system I've worked with so far and Pulseway not having is causing a lot of issues with engineers forgetting to turn off maintenance mode. At the moment I was forced to check all servers through powershell and report on the maintenance mode twice a day. I think I don't have to say this is highly inconvenient, when simple timer would solve this issue.

Remote Control really needs the ability to both trigger a reboot and to automatically reconnect when the system you're connected to completes the restart. Having it immediately disconnect when a reboot is triggered (usually if it's running as a service, it should be able to hold the session open for things like the first phase of installing Windows updates) and having to manually try over and over again to see if the machine has completed its reboot is really frustrating when you're trying to solve an issue remotely that requires a lot of reboots or even when you're just trying to do a number of updates to a system.

Would it be possible to add the current logged in user for each pc to the header info that shows in the middle panel. We manage several hundred pcs and the computer name of ASSET-1234 does not tell us whos using it at that time. Most end users do not know their computer names. So trying to find the computer a user is on is sometimes difficult. Having this info at hand in the search list would help that a lot. i am only thinking this information for workstations, servers could potentially have multiple users logged in at the same time and this information would not be as useful (not to mention not enough space) I have included a mockup of one way this could be do…

I would love to use PC Monitor for my organization. However, our security policies require two factor authentication. I would like to see something similar to LogMeIn, where, upon logging in, the user is (optionally) emailed a one time use code before access is granted.

Hi. I know that as RRAS module has been discussed earlier in this forum. But it would be really nice with a simple module to start with, og som ideas on how to set some monitoring up today. We have found the PowerShell Cmdlet "Get-RemoteAccessHealth" that returns the status for alle components. We would like to raise a notification if the HealtState on any components is different from Disabled or OK. Anny ideas? Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved PS C:\> Get-RemoteAccessHealth Component RemoteAccessServer HealthState TimeStamp Id OperationStatus --------- ---------------…

Now.. i can see if updates need to be installed and give the install command. What about automating this.. or even scheduling this.. even better... When its a vmware environment.. schedule windows update install. But first automatically create snapshots of all systems and then install the windows updates. Afterwards .. sent a notification that the maintenance is done.. we can then check if the updates did not break anything.. and with a simple one click remove all the created snapshots and maintenance would be done.

Please add a Search feature that lets you search on keywords, and a Filter feature that filters the list to a specific time range, event ID, and event source. Especially important on the phone.

It would be nice with a build in option to trigger notifications based on the date since last backup of any databse. We are currently using this custom SQL Query i 'msdb': SELECT STUFF((SELECT N', ' + name FROM (SELECT TOP (100) PERCENT db.name FROM (SELECT name FROM master.sys.databases WHERE (state = 0) AND (NOT (name IN ('tempdb')))) AS db LEFT OUTER JOIN (SELECT database_name AS name, backup_finish_date AS timestamp FROM dbo.backupset UNION SELECT name, create_date FROM master.sys.databases) AS b ON b.name = db.name GROUP BY db.name HAVING (NOT (1 * ISNULL(STR(ABS(DATEDIFF(hh, GETDATE(), MAX(b.timestamp)))), - 1) BETWEEN 0 AND 48)) ORDER BY db.name) AS [n1] F…

Hello MMSOFT, Buna Marius, Wanted to know if there is any plan on supporting Exchange 365 Administration like you have for 2007/2010/2013. we have about 80 Servers and we moving towards cloud little by little and I would hate not to bring all the features that I have grown accustomed to for past several years. Pc Monitor/Pulseway is a must have tool for anyone with more then one server that is not attached to your hip. I hope this feature will include: 1. Resetting passwords 2. Turn on/off enabling Archiving 3. Disable/enable OWA/ActiveSync 4. Maybe also the eDiscovery&Hold option 5. Lastly the info that was available in exchange 2010/2013 module…

The Windows "Action Center" posts a message if antivirus is not running, or is out of date.  Assuming you have a way to grab this info, a Notification from PCM would be welcome.

Dear Mobile PC Monitor Team I am using your terrific program over a year now and am still stunned, by the sheer possibilities, PC Monitor offers me while I am away from my PC. But there are two thing that I miss and I can't believe i am the first to suggest this: I want to start a predefined Command directly. E.g.: gpupdate /force, ipconfig /renew, ... small things, one Command with arguments to start exactly when i push the button I know there is a workaround with scheduled task set in the future and be started manually, but that should be a workaround, not a feature. i use the scheduled command only for this one purpose. Secondly I want a few things out of …
