  1. Wrong CPU Usage

Yes with the result "Info: Successfully rebuilt performance counter setting from system backup store." Unfortunately, there is no change in the CPU usage reported.
  2. Wrong CPU Usage

I am experiencing the same issue. Were you able to resolve it? The CPU usage on computer 'X' in group X' is above 90% for the last 15 minutes. 3. PSA Integration Issue

I don't think that is the issue especially since I receive the application installed notifications if they are short. Here is an example of a notification I just received that did not go into the PSA system: 8 new applications have been installed on computer removed in group removed Application Name: Lenovo Settings - Power Version: 2.00.000 Publisher: Lenovo Application Name: Lenovo System Interface Foundation Version: 1.0.069.02 Publisher: Lenovo Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64) - 12.0.30501 Version: 12.0.30501.0 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) - 12.0.30501 Version: 12.0.30501.0 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x64 Additional Runtime - 12.0.21005 Version: 12.0.21005 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x64 Minimum Runtime - 12.0.21005 Version: 12.0.21005 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x86 Additional Runtime - 12.0.21005 Version: 12.0.21005 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation Application Name: Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x86 Minimum Runtime - 12.0.21005 Version: 12.0.21005 Publisher: Microsoft Corporation As you can see it is very long. In one case I received two notifications in Pulseway from the same computer at roughly the same time, one with five applications installed and one with only one. The one listing five applications did not show up in the ticketing system, but the shorter one did.
  4. PSA Integration Issue

I have just noticed that PSA tickets are not automatically created for certain notifications from Pulseway. After a brief examination, it appears it may have to do with the length of the notification. For example, I never receive "free memory" or "CPU usage" notifications, which are quite long. I also do not receive "new application" notifications if a large number of applications have been installed or uninstalled. Fortunately, these tickets are somewhat infrequent, so manually checking and clearing these notifications in Pulseway is possible, but I thought you guys would want to know. Thanks for all your great work! Matt
  5. Scripts

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. We mostly work through the Windows Application (on Windows 10 tablets), and the version we have installed does not have a "Scripts" option like the applications for other platforms. This is a great function, and I would really like to be able to use it from our Windows machines. Is there an update I am missing? Thanks! Matt
  6. PSA Module not saving information

It may have something to do with RMM. I have noticed that it is not possible to change an asset from my company if an alert comes in from Pulseway monitoring.
  7. Here is the scenario: I am updating an application on a group of ten computers. On one computer, a user is using that application, so I can't update it. Ideally, I would like to leave a notification so I know later that I wasn't able to install the update on this system. I could leave a note, but there is no indication within the app that there are any notes, so that is not particularly useful for this scenario. If there were a way to add a notification, similar to the "User Support Request" available for systems from within the app, that would make it very easy to see later which system still needed the update. Thank you for your consideration. If anyone has other ideas for this situation, I would love to hear them! Matt
  8. Windows Updates - can we ignore the last X days

You are not alone. This was discussed at least once before here: http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/1264-alerts-windows-update/?hl=%2Bwindows+%2Bupdates.
  9. Protect Pulseway from being unistalled

I agree with Chris, "An administrative user should always have access to manage their systems."
  10. Adobe has issued a security update for Flash Player 15 ActiveX. It updates from version 15.0.0.189 to version 15.0.0.223. It is immediately obvious for the apps, which version is installed. On the report, however, it only reports Adobe Flash Player 15 ActiveX. I do not know of any other applications where this is an issue, but it makes checking the Flash update a much longer process for me.
  11. Remote Desktop (Beta)

The keyboard is still working perfectly. Thanks. I am, however, having troubling logging in remotely to a Vista 32 bit machine. I connect to the login session, click on Send Commands, but Ctrl+Alt+Delete is greyed out. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the issue. Thanks!
  12. Storage Notification Error

    That was fast! Thanks.
  13. Storage Notification Error

I receive the following error from a system with a 54 GB hard disk with 9.96 GB free set to alert via group policy when the system partition has less than 10.0%. "The free space on system disk drive C: on the computer X in group Y is below 10% (9.96 GB% free of 53.81 GB%)" Just thought you would want to know.
  14. I think it would be nice to receive a notification when a printer status changes to X (i.e. "other") for X number of minutes. Helpful for a print server.
  15. Alerts Windows Update

This used to be a major issue for us as well. What we did to make things manageable is to have all alerts go to e-mail. As you have probably guessed, from there we are able to apply rules. Specifically, we move any update messages to a folder that does not trigger an alert. (Missing an update isn't anywhere near as urgent as overheating or low disk space.) We can then either check that folder or the app, which we would expect to have a lot of update alerts. "Important" alerts are still sent to the inbox so they are not missed amongst the update alerts. I agree it would be nice to have the update alert only trigger after X number of days. Even better yet, a (separate) alert for a failed update. (This is what I am really interested in.) I hope that is helpful. Matt
