Is it possible to block USB access using Pulesway?

Recently we have started integrating the client portal and we are doing some tests, however when we send an invite email. It uses our custom email template from 'server admin' email settings. When I switch off using the custom template and send the invite again, it will send the regular email from Pulseway. How do I use our custom email template whilst also able to send client portal invites to our customers?

Hi! Is there a way while booting the computer to bypass the start of pc monitor service? I'm using pc monitor to keep track of one of my kids usage of the pc but all of a sudden it has stoped working so maybe someone have found a way to bypass it while booting or just end the autostart of the service?! Please help ToddeSwe

Just installed PC Monitor today, great application, the only problem is that on our iPhone monitor CPU usage on the monitored computer is a constant 0, but we know this isn't true as our monitored computer shows different in task manager. Overall though, great app, found it out through Pop Science and would reccomend it to everyone!

I was able to generate reports for the systems I monitor the other day but when I view the reports I don't see how to generate new ones, all I see are the original ones I ran. Am I over looking something?

When i create a user account, i like to create a temp password for the user to then be able to change it. I don't see any way of doing this in the enterprise solution. Am i missing it somewhere?

Snapshots display as a gray field, no image. Host is Dell PC with Win8 and Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 with appropriate driver and application (working correctly). Handheld is iPhone 4s with IOS6. Wont display on webpage or Metro App either. Both Screen and WebCam options are set on the Host. Need help to resolve.

From the March 10th update: PC Monitor Windows Agent and Android app updated to version 3.7 - XenServer module - SSL Certificates - Web Sites monitoring What does "SSL Certificates" refer to? My dream would be a warning say 30 days before an SSL is due to expire. Now that would be nice. I suspect it's not that, but if it was.... how do I set it?

I've got Pulseway installed on a number of servers and it notify's nicely if a backup is successful or fails, but I've a couple of instances when a backup hasn't even tried to run so has neither failed or succeeded. I've noticed a number of posts requesting a feature for Pulseway to generate an alert when no backup activity has been detected in X number of days. Has this been looked at? Is this possible? Can this be developed please? Thank you

I don't see an option for remote desktop in my.pluseway. Is remote desktop available for windows 8.1?

During account creation using the pcmonitor-manager (and also with the text only version) I was having some problems setting up an email address. I have 2 domains that I use for email, and neither seem to be recognised as a valid email address, I ended up making up a gmail.com address to get round the problem. I am looking for a way to track windows user logins/logouts...but many users only lock/unlock their desktop rather than log out. Any other way to track this and receive notifications? If notifications are not possible, how about a report that would gather this info? Hoping to do this through Pulseway, but open to other options/apps as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, First off, I always end up looking for that ultimate admin app in the market. I found it. This setup is awesome! Every option I find that does this is priced for the likes of huge enterprise clients like HP and Google, not a small IT consulting firm. Just ordered the 50 PC subscription and I am loving it. First let me thank you guys for such a great product.. Just getting into now but I see great potential.! - Maybe something I am overlooking but I am not able to "wake up all computers" in a group from the website.. I am able to wake each individual computer in this group from the internal network, outside wan network perfectly, and iPhone app., Which rocks.! I am just not able to select the group from website and wake the whole group. Thanks again.!

Firstly - great product. This is just what I am looking for. Secondly, I am currently evaluating the free version. Looking to ugrading to the full version, are there any restrictions on multiple users/logons? Basically, there would be 2 people (myself plus one other), both with Android phones and using the desktop client. Is this possible with the "standard" version, or would we need the Enterprise version? Thanks in advance.

I've requested a trial and I just configured a server. I'm using mycompanyname.pulseway.com. I've configured a mail server under server admin > settings > email and the test email is getting delivered but no notifications at my mailaddress. Did I miss something ?
