  1. Discovered a new problem today. When I try to view screens from systems I monitor either I get the message "Access Denied - Device not authorized" or "No Screens Found"
  2. Right click on the Main screen to bring up task bar at the bottom and select reports icon, then click on the report I want and after a couple of seconds instead of displaying the results with the option to email I get the message NO Report Data. I have no problem if I use the web app or the android app.
  3. Sorry, just answered my own question I think. I found that I could generate a new report if I used the web app and not the window 8 app
  4. I was able to generate reports for the systems I monitor the other day but when I view the reports I don't see how to generate new ones, all I see are the original ones I ran. Am I over looking something?
  5. Anything new to report? I just started using the trial here in the office and have the same issue "service does not start after windows update and restart". Here in the office it isn't a problem because I can manually start the service but if I expand and use this on our other sites throughout the state then this might be an issue.
