I am monitoring several computers and I was editing some notifications and also changed the group name and now when I try to access the computers from the dash board to edit computer settings it rejects my password. Even on local computer, after clicking on "click here to allow changes" it rejects my password. I am pretty sure I did not change it. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
  2. Thanks for the quick reply. So I need to configure port forward on the client's router and it should match with the port in the dashboard for that specific computer, right?
  3. I am in the process of testing PC Monitor and I noticed Remote Desktop Connection in the dashboard. I completely turned off the firewall on client's computer but it still comes back with error "Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons" My questions are: 1. is it enabled in the free account or do I need a valid paid subscription? 2. is it to control that particular computer just like sitting at it? 3. is it available for a client's computer running other than Windows Pro?
