As my monitored machines are updating to the new Windows 10, the agent simply will not start automatically.. Any idea why?

I had a customers computer stolen from me. I didn't have Pulseway Installed. However, I did have CCleaner Cloud installed. CCleaner Cloud allows remote install of .MSI. I made a custom .MSI file with the help of the support team. It has all my creds and server info and doesn't install the icons. This is perfect. My only problem, and this is testing on a local machine before full perfection, is that the "PC Monitor" service doesn't automatically start after install. So how do I gain control. Is there something in the MSI i can edit to auto start the service? If I can, I can view the webcam and help police identify the user who stole my laptop. Please help!! …

I'm reasonably new to PW. I've just on-boarded 50 endpoints, and it automatically monitors Automatic services. That great, but Services like Bio-metric and Remote Registry; whilst configured as automatic, aren't always started.. So constant notifications. I know how to remove the service monitor, but is there an easy way to exclude certain services from being monitored globally?

iptime Broadband Route is in use. I'm trying to boot my computer from a cell phone to a cell phone. For example, the DDNS address provided in iptime Broad Bridge is referred to as ABC.iptime.org Is there any way to boot the computer from outside? Currently, it doesn't work well if you want to boot your computer and boot from the outside to the outside of your computer. However, it works well with other applications.

Today i got a notification that read as the following: I am not sure how this was set up in our configuration. Is this an standard out of the box notification that is there regardless of set up or has it been set up to monitor disk space by someone on our end? If so can you tell me how that is so? Thanks.

The Pulseway Enterprise/Admin Server won't change and is already a member of the target domain. Hello, I was having an issue install the Kaspersky Anti-Virus on a machine, and decided to try uninstalling Pulseway from the system. I uninstalled the program, and deleted the service using the sc delete "PC Monitor" command under an administrator account. The issue I am having, is the re-installation fails, and hangs on the "scheduled tasks" portion of the initialization wizard (the part before the pc monitor panel comes up). After the installer crashes, it still shows the application as "installed" for the user, and most things work on the machine. (remote desktop does not from the pulseway dashboard). Hi all, fairly new user to Pulseway here. I have my customers up and running with some "standard" configs I made by exporting/importing them as I went. That's was all pretty smooth. Now I would like to make a change to a customers computers - specifically I would like to monitor for a running service. I can see how to do that by going through each machine from the dashboard and remotely editing the config, checking the service to be monitored, turning on service based alerts - and this all works. Is there anyway to configure powershell impersonation remotely? I am trying to run a few different powershell scripts and I'm getting access denied. I assume BC it's running as system. HI, Am upgrading from Pro version to team and am following the instructions provided however I started to install the new agent on a system i didnt check had had the old agent removed first and it error on the install and now i can;t uninstall the old version or install the new one. I get the "feature you are trying to use is on a Network resource that is unavailable" error and find the source and click ok. It always errors. When i try to uninstall via control panel i end up with the same issue saying it cannot find the source. Then an error saying"the older version of Pulseway cannot be uninstalled) Any ideas how to force remove the app? Not sure how …

I tried to find a way to monitor hp and dell servers. Ive been using other more complex system that is doing a great job by finding all hardware sensors automatically via snmp. Pulseway is much more simple to use and configure though but it really lacks in hardware monitoring for server administrators. What i did was i created two files for event log that you can try out and import into your servers. I wish Pulseway would either add support for hp and dell server into their hardware module or rework the snmp module so we can add snmp templates for autodiscovery of hardware devices, like check_mk, nagios... Is there a script or task that can enable the User Support Request feature if it was not turned on during the initial Pulseway Manager installation? This would be very convenient vs. having to remote in to each machine and configuring each client.

Hello everyone im trying out Pulseway right now but i wanted to give you a nice idea how you can push software to clients in an easy way. You could use chocolatey and then just open a powershell session and type for example choco upgrade all -y to upgrade all applications installed to latest version. You can type choco install 7zip -y to install 7-zip. and so on. You can read more at chocolatey website. You can also set up your own repo for software and updates. Im using proget to host my internal choco server. Just my two cents

Bottom line... can i change the computer identifier to something new? I am using a copy of a VM.vhdx to create a new secondary VM. However, the computer identifier is the same on both after setting them up. What do I need to do to create a new computer identifier? Deleting and reinstalling Pulseway is not enough, it still shows up with the same one. I assume somewhere deep in the registry I need to delete some things to stop this from happening. Thanks

I am experimenting with a trial account and trying to configure offline notifications, and I can't get them to work. I have checked "Send a notification when the computer is offline" under notifications->status. When I shut the machine down, it correctly shows as offline and greyed out under Monitored Devices, but no notification gets sent. Test notifications work fine, as do a few others in the list (e.g. removable disk insertion). Is this a limitation of a trial account or am I doing something wrong? I couldn't find much in the documentation to help troubleshoot.

So I copied a VM hard drive from one server to the next (lets say it was HDDx1), I just need to make a redundant VM (lets say it is HDDx2). I have done this successfully many times but never on VMs that are monitored by Pulseway. After I set up HDDx2, I did a system prep and reinstalled windows on it, gave it a new IP and name (I also renamed the copied VM HDD as well). Everything seems fine, except for Pulseway. It continues to send notifications that HDDx1 public IP has switched to HDDx2's IP and vice versa... What information can you provide to help me with this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstall Pulseway but it continues. I am not sure if I am fully uninst…

Hi, I just added AV to my account but I'm having lots of problems with it. it installs fine but it wont update to latest def/version. I have left the pc's running over night updating and still no luck. I uninstalled all old av before I installed and lost count how many times I have rebooted the pc's now Anyone any ideas Martin

Hi, I have pulseway on a Windows server 2016. The cpu is a Cpu is Xeon E3-1285L V4 3,4 GHz and the cpu temp alert is activated with a threshold of 92°C. Sometimes (couple of times per day) I receive pulseway alert that the temp is higher. If I check the graph it is only a spike (attached). Is there a way to set pulseway to send an alert only if the cpu temp is higher than xxxx for xxxx secs? I would like to filter the spikes.

Hi, I've just installed this on a server as a test - all seemed to go very smoothly - and looks like a nice integrated solution. Slight issue in that I tested with EICAR virus (which it reported nicely ..) But to delete the notification in Kaspersky on the server I need a username and pwd - I tried my pulseway one - it says default user name is KLAdmin But so far I've not found a combination that works !
