Is there any easy way to see which agents haven't communicated in 60 days? Need to clean up some computers that got replaced, etc. I didn't know if there was a report that could be generated or if there was already that functionality built into the web app. What is the best procedure to free up agent licenses and remove non-communicating agents?

Hi This morning one of our servers was rebooting ever 5 or 6 minutes and since I could not find a cause I removed the PW manager and the Problem was solved. Reinstalled it and problem was there again and so I removed it again and we'll called it a day for now. But like 6hrs later my phone was going completely nuts with one warning after another and almost all server were in the same bootloop, restart and after 5 minutes the next reboot So I checked the workstations and yes same issue here, I just don't have warnings for them. Hi, Has there been any discussion on whether its possible to use Pulseway to prevent devices from upgrading to W11? I can't find anything in the forums. Is anyone using pulseway to manage this update and if so how are you going about it? We're on day 1 of considering this so way behind where we need to be. We have a large proportion registered in intune so we can manage those devices in there. But we also have a lot of standalone devices and pulseway may be our best bet. thanks

Hi there, This has been happening for a few months but been getting alerts for a Windows Update Pending file operation which requires a reboot to complete, that I don’t seem to be able to clear, as soon as I restart, clear notifications and it returns immediately. I do want to be getting reboot required notifications if windows updates needs it but even if I log onto the machine and manually check windows updates there is no need for a reboot.

OK - I've been using the trial 3 licences for a week or so - and we love it ! Hello, Kind of a strange one here: I took over doing IT for a company that had hired a small IT firm before turning to in-house IT. The IT firm was using Pulseway to monitor our servers and workstations, but we paid for the licensing. The IT firm started to use Pulseway to monitor their other clients as well. When I took over I demanded to have access as we paid for the software and was given it, the license will expire in about 5 weeks now. They had set up some custom triggers and such that I would like to keep using without reconfiguring everything. So can I create a new account and import the old account configuration to it? Hi, on a couple of systems the Pulseway Agent doesn’t start automatically. If I look into the services.msc I see that the service should start automatically, but it doesn’t. In the moment when I start the Pulseway Manager, I get an information, and I can start the Pulseway Agent. I am also able to start the agent over the services.msc. Any idea? Thanks, Christian.

e.g. processor, ram, serial number Pulseway has gathered that information, it is stored somewhere, it is useful information for supporting customers (whether the machine is on or off), it is available via the rather cumbersome reports - so why is it not visible via systems or groups when the asset is offline? Our Pulseway instance has been incredibly slow to load, through Remote Control client and the Web UI. Actions take several seconds, sometimes up to a minute to perform. It has been happening intermittently over the past couple of weeks, but today is especially noticeable. Is anybody else experiencing this? I've tried two different ISPs and experiencing the same issue on both.

Today I found PCMonitorManager.exe removed from all 3 of monitored PC by G Data AntiVirus: Gen: Variant.Barys.1958 found. Probably false alert, but need to be fixed somehow between you and G Data...

I was able to generate reports for the systems I monitor the other day but when I view the reports I don't see how to generate new ones, all I see are the original ones I ran. Am I over looking something?

Hello! I started testing PCMonitor a week ago and I am very pleased with what it's offering except one thing ... I'm really missing an insight of monitored system history (uptime, cpu/memory usage etc.). It would be really cool if there were some graphs so that you could see how did the server behave through time. You do show a graph of cpu/memory usage, but that is like 30 sec or so which doesn't tell you much in my opinion. Can we, if we buy enterprise version of PCMonitor, configure it to retain information we are interested in in database and build a custom application upon it? Regards, Davorin

Hi, I use Pulseway Professional for our own computers. Now I think to change to the MSP Edition and offer the RMM service to some of our customers. I want to ask the people here to share some Pulseway expieriences/impressions with me, to be sure to don't miss anything when making this decission. I really like pulseway, but I know for example that the monitoring of RAID or simple HDD/SSD is not that easy... Thanks for every useful post. Christian.
