Hi Guys, Hopefully this will be a quick one. We used to be able to delete tickets from the PSA and it would remove the corresponding notification in the RMM, this has now stopped working for us, is it a quick fix that we can do ourselves? Cheers,

I tried using exchange and it doesn't work. I tried using a working gmail with IMAP working and enabled, just to isolate the issue, but I can't get it to work. Support has suggested to changed the mailbox name to "inbox" but still not working. Anyone has any idea how to make this work?

Hi all, new here so sorry if this has been asked before. We have installed the RMM agent across 151 machines but 34 are not appearing in the PSA at all and others take a long time to, while some appear quickly. Has anyone managed to interpret what might cause this behaviour, or what the max time to appear in the PSA might be? Thanks EndzoneHero

Are all Hardware Assets & Software Assets must be filled in manually in the PSA? For example, each workstation serial number, computer brand, last login, installed software and more. Currently, it's all blank. This can be very time consuming entering all entries from the RMM asset info.

Hi guys, I think I may have mentioned this previously, but I see there is a new section here for the PSA. We're having troubles with the annual renewals on services. They will only show up as billable at the start/end of the year, not necessarily when the contact actually started. I.E. An annual contract starting on 01/08/15 will be billed on the last day of the year or the first day of the next year rather than every 1st of August. Many thanks, Martin

Hi All When trying to import from Connectwise I get the following error: Error! You are unauthorized please check your current credential details ! The Public and Private keys are definitely correct. The url I'm using https://api-eu.myconnectwise.net/v4_6_release/apis/3.0/ as my login server is https://eu.myconnectwise.com. Anyone have any ideas what's going on here?

I'm testing out the Pulseway PSA, and it seems that all tickets generated by RMM Notifications are assigned to my company vs. the correct client. Is this a bug or do I need to configure something for this to work as expected? I also don't see a way to associate tickets to a client in bulk.

The other day, I noticed the Outlook Sync tool under the Downloads menu and thought it would be great to be able to sync the calendar with Outlook. However, when I tried to install it, I received an error that it "cannot be installed due to a general Installer error 0x8007007E". I am running Outlook 2016 on a Windows 10 Pro system. I was basically wondering if anyone else has been able to use this tool successfully? Thanks for your assistance!

Hi, I created a quote, and followed the process to importing the final invoice into QUickbooks and I get the following error. 2/3/2018 6:17:41 PM-Invoice# Inv_3 - Failed to Add Line Item (3-Port Hubble wall plate) - Missing Income Account Reference - Check your Billing Configuration. The issue is that I did not use the Inventory to create the quote at first. I just used Items and filled parts and prices there. I noticed I can not add Income or Expense accounts to the items I enter under "Items" in the quote. My question. How to I set a default Income and Expense account for "Items" in a quote so I can import the invoice into Quickbooks…

I'm still using a trial and very new to this system, so its possible some in the community can give me a workaround or advise on how to achieve what I'm doing. There seem to be some features missing and limitations to contracts. 1. No way to auto-renew a contract after the end date. 2. Forced to have an end date, no ability to have an unending contract 3. Time&Material Lacks the same Billing cycle options as retainer contracts 4. No Bi-Weekly billing cycle option Here is my use case. The retainers are the closest contract type that will fill the need I'm looking for, but they aren't quite what I want. The way I work is I typically bill…

Hi From your PSA overview video I see you have the philosophy of moving away from device applications and concentrating on HTML only for the PSA platform. However, one of the advantages of, for example, a CRM app on my android phone, is that I can call up a contact and I am able to launch my sat nav application with the contacts details already filled in. I don't see a way to do this with the PSA. I'm currently undecided as to the practicalities of using psa instead of other integrated platforms, other than cost, as someone who is not always in the office and uses a phablet whilst mobile... Issue adding inventory items to a quote. - Create an inventory item, and only add Retail pricing. When you add the inventory item to a quote, the menu defaults to "Distribution" pricing. I then go to Lists in the admin menu and make Retail the default for inventory items. Well, it still defaults to Distribution price I then go back to admin lists, and make distribution NOT active. Well, when I add an inventory item to a quote now, there is nothing under the "Pricing Level" and you still have to use the drop down arrow to pick retail. BUG?

Hi all Looking to have some guidance on the usage of Hardware Assets in PSA Pulseway. 1) Do you guys add in every single asset or just the assets tracked by the finance dept? Every single asset includes kensington locks, keyboards, power cables... 1A) Should it be Single Asset? Would you duplicate the record for each asset? e.g. If i had 5 x kensington locks. What do i do there (best practice) ? 2) How do we check-out assets to the corresponding Contact? Assuming we want to assign a particular lock to a particular contact/person? Thanks all.

Hi all, We've just moved to Pulseway so I've tasked a junior with filling out all the Warranty info. To that end I added a custom field: "Warranty Date: Explanation if none" for machines where there was no warranty info - e.g. a virtual machine or where the service tag was simply not recognised by the vendor website. I then created an ad-hoc report to track his progress. I've used quite a few report builders and think I've got my head round this one but something has me really stumped: either I'm missing a bug in my grouping formula OR the grouping is screwed. I am currently unable to connect the e-mail parser to new company email. We changed from Google Gsuite to Office 365, but none of the configuration settings work. I am seeing the following message when testing connection. Aside from the issue of "$" in the password. Is there anything else I can be running into? Do they not support StartTLS? I have issues with outbound email setup as well as Email Parser. There is a pic of screen with error messages and config parameters.

Currently we are using the email parser in our PSA which works fine but the tickets page does not update/show new tickets without refreshing the page, is there a way this could be done automatically? I began using an Edge add-in to automatically refresh the exact URL that is the tickets page but now the add-in has been removed from the store I am back into this issue again. I would be very interested if such a feature could be added as we would be able to respond to new tickets much faster this way. https://psa.pulseway.com/react/servicedesk/tickets
