Hi guys, so, i've installed PCM on my Ubuntu Server (10.10) along with a peerguardian-type software called MoBlock http://moblock-deb.sourceforge.net/. So, after i start MoBlock, i get the notification on my phone saying the server is now offline. I can still see my CPU usage and Memory Usage via my Android phone, but it insists that the server is offline. I'm just wondering what do i need to tell MoBlock to allow PC Monitor's notifications to talk between my devices? Please advise. Thank you.

New to Pulseway so our system is fresh, we noticed our default agent group was called 'Legacy' Do we need to upgrade this somehow / does it have any significance or can we simply rename it / carry on. We are on Version 6.0.0 build 929 release 254

Is this possible? I tried start chrome.exe but nothing happens. I know the task schedule works but i wouldn't be able to start something if i hadnt created a task. What is terminal normally used for? Thanks

Dear All, I am quite a new PC Monitor user and I'd like to ask the respected gurus a very simple question. We are actually monitoring our servers via some kind of a manufacturer's cloud. What I mean by that is that my server reports its data to the manufacturers's server (cloud) and mobile devices are getting data from this cloud as well. Since I have the access to the file system via the mobile client, WHAT is the guarantee that I will be the only one capable of browsing my server file system? What will prevent someone else from doing that? Manufacturer's employees or their friends? How secure is this application? Thank you.

Has you system just had a small outage ? Servers from on location showed as offline - but they weren't Initially servers from elsewhere showed fine still (for about 20 minutes) so I assume it was a problem at the one location- then it went offline as well and then they all came back ? If it was an issue at your end - is there anywhere I can look for a health report of your service (or ideally push another notification down) If of course the issue wasn't at your end I apologise - but welcome any suggestions as to how 2 related sites could show false results ? Hi, wondering if anyone else if having this issue. I monitor ~34 servers and for the last 2 days, they have been randomly showing as offline. They are still up and the Pulseway service/software is running. On the Pulseway dashboard it keeps dropping servers off the screen and then they reappear and the complete list is never there now. A number of servers have the blinking "Offline Since xx days ago" but are not going red, some are. Reflects the same on my Android (Droid Maxx) phone. Hi within pulseway manager if I click on validate account it shows an error - there was no listening endpoint at... this was working fine until recently , any idea what may be causing this?

I see the system supports Zendesk. Is there a way to add support for Freshdesk.com to send support tickets from clients? Or is they a way to add an email address to forward support requests to instead of using my account email address I used when I setup my Pulseway account?

I just wanted to say thank you for a great product. We use Kaseya where I work and I can use that on my home machines if I want but right now I am using PC Monitor because it is just so easy and the mobile notifications, as opposed to emails, is more immediate and noticeable. I recommend PC Monitor to friends where Kaseya is either too expensive or just too complex. If I could make one suggestion .... please add some form of remote control other than RDP. At the moment I am using Teamviewer as well as PC Monitor but it would be great to have it all in the one package. Keep up the good work! David.

HI Everyone, On Saturday the 16th of September we will be upgrading servers that are used by our RD service globally. During this period, live RD sessions may disconnect. If this happens, you should be able to reconnect immediately as the traffic will be diverted to alternative servers. We expect the maintenance to be minimal and the operation of all other Pulseway features will be unaffected. Thanks.

Hello, I am using hibernation a lot. I got a notification on my Samsung Galaxy S3 when my pc is going to Hibernation, but not when it returns from hibernation. Notifications for shutdown, startup (after shutdown), and offline are working like a charm. The option "Send a notification when the computer has resumed from a suspended state " is turned on. I am using windows 8 pro X64. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance!

I enable the feature on one of my servers but I don't see where they would go to make the request. Also, how can I add that feature to the rest of my servers without going to each one. We have close to 100 and it would take a while.

Have been using Labtech for a few years but it's becoming way to expensive and are looking for options, I know right off the bat no matter where we go we'll be probably losing a lot of features. Hi there, Is there a way to change access/notification settings for multiple associated accounts at once (like a bulk select)? I know I can bulk select machines, but this is still done at an individual account level. When we have multiple users (set up for auditing purposes), whenever we add a new system we have to go through each account and grant them access to it. Thanks again guys for all your work!
