Hi, We have 3 servers (2 dedicated and 1 VM) that are monitored by PC Monitor. When I click the 'Enter maintenance mode' context menu in the Dashboard the application says 'The command was sent successfuly and will be reflected soon in dashboard' but this never happens. Regards Paul

I was listing the build numbers of all the Exchange servers with help of the Installed Applications feature, and noticed that the build number is not correct. It only shows the build number of the exchange server without any update rollups. According to this table: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/240.exchange-server-and-update-rollups-build-numbers.aspx the build number should change whenever a update rollup is installed. Is there a way to get the correct current build number of the Exchange server?

First off, I wanted to thank you for bringing the remote desktop feature to Pulseway. I can't wait to put it to work to my job much easier! I just wanted to let you know about this issue in case it is only my setup. The remote connection works great except that my keyboard doesn't work. If this is a known issue, I will patiently wait for the next release. If not, I would be more than willing to assist in any troubleshooting. Thanks for a great product! Matt

Hi, I have noticed with a few of our systems that the event notifications are no longer being sent, I have checked through the event logs on the specific computers and can see the monitored event occur however cannot see an event entry from Pulseway that it has sent the notification. I have not done much more testing other than tweaking the event details to see if it is something within the specific event. Regards, Michael

Hello, When trying to install the Pulseway manager 4.8.2 today on a number of PC's and received the following error: The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message. .... (see attached screen shot for reset of the message). I'm new to Pulseway, having just installed an Enterprise Server instance (version 4.8) so am unsure whether this is a bug, or a deployment or newbie issue. I only just noticed that the agent version on your website is 4.8.2 and I'm assuming that our server is 4.8, given that I can still install the 4.8 agent without error. Hello, I have found that running chocolatey install or uninstall commands via Powershell through the webapp results in the client showing "offline" in Pulseway. I have experienced this with Windows 7 Professional and Windows 10 Enterprise. After checking the system I dont see any errors in the Application or systems logs and the Pulseway service is still running. I used a command like this "choco install skype -y" which should just install the skype package from the chocolatey repository. After restarting the pulseway service on the client it appears online again, but for me this is quite a problem since I update third party packages via remote powershell and chocola…

Hi there, I wanted to change the agent on a machine so it did push alerts only and no emails. When I went into "account details" I unchecked the "email" checkbox and tried to hit "save" but it said my email address is invalid....this is because the TLD for my email address is .CONSULTING ....I am assuming that the agent validates the email address based on the TLD, and .CONSULTING isn't on the list. Can someone look at this please? Thanks in advance!

A few days ago the agent stopped working. When I try to run Pulseway Manager I get an error (see attached PW1), trying to uninstall also gives me an error (see PW2). Trying to install on top of the current software also gives me an error.. I am stuck, unable to use or fix the agent.. Windows 10 64bit

I have created a group Policy in pulseway under all my groups. I created a Event log notification that monitors the system log for 1001 and 41 but it doesn't push out to any of the machines. It has however successfully pushed out the screens view and remote desktop setting though. When looking at the servers there is just nothing under the notifications under event log, that's what i mean by its not pushing out correctly.

I have the default Pulseway Executive Summary scheduled to run on a weekly basis but it appears to be failing... Can I get some more feedback as to why? Thanks,

Hi all, New to Pulseway, and I am looking at the "Sample: Executive for All Systems" report. The image below shows the Disk Drive Usage for a server. The E: drive on the server is a 2TB drive with very little on it. (1% used). The way the report reads is 1%(1.98TB Free). Should this read 99%(1.98TB Free)? Why are we showing used space in % and Free in GB/TB together? If it shows both used and free space, the numbers should be formatted the same. Report bug? Gary

In the Pulseway Dashboard (V 5.4.1) we are noticing servers showing as Offline and then they go back online in 1 or 2 min. The issue is, the server is not offline. First, we setup Pulseway to show servers RED when they go offline, and more important, I'm connected to the server working on it. Then a few other servers show offline, and then go back online in 1 or 2 min. and this keeps cycling through our screen saying servers are offline at random. Anyone else seeing this.....Very weird.

Several agents in different groups are showing offline. During the day (Production Time) they are online then goes offline. We can confirm the workstations are physically online. Power settings are all set to never sleep. Any ideas why they are offline?

I imported all of our hardware assets, computers and other devices into PSA. I set the 'Name' field for computers to match the name in RMM. When a ticket is created from a machine via RMM, a duplicate hardware asset is created with the same name. In the attached you can see an example of this. The first item was created recently, automatically. The second item was created initially when I imported all assets.

Hi, we are currently testing Pulseway. While doing so we noticed that the Remote Desktop Client and the Dashboard Application always crashs when we try to start it. We have workflows set up User log in and systems back online set up. If we set it up with no conditions, just a script to run, the workflow never runs. It is enabled, but nothing seems to trigger it. We have tried adding conditions, removing and recreating them, all no luck. Anyone else having this issue.

I was looking forward to this feature as it really would help with troubleshooting etc. But so far I have only been able to get it to work once and on one PC. I've enabled it and everything else is working but when I press 'Screen' I get a lot of twirling circles for about 30 seconds then: 'Screen Error - Unknown error' Otherwise great product which I'm happy to be paying for.

Hi - Since upgrading my laptop from 2.5 to 2.6.1 beta and then 2.6.2 beta, I'm finding my HP laptop's fan(s) are permanently stuck on full - even after a reboot I've gone now gone back to 2.5 to see if this fixes it -Tom

Hello, Want to start off by saying, I love your product! I have upgraded my laptop and desktop to the new 2.7.1 and love that it’s going to be auto updated. One thing I am seeing that I have not seen in past release is the dashboard sometimes is unresponsive and does not respond to anything. The icon is setting on the task bar but if you click it or hover it, it does not respond to trying to maximize by clicking or by right clicking and maximizing or right clicking and close. I have to open task manager and kill the Dashboard.exe and relaunch the application. I have seen this on my laptop and desktop but have not figured out if it’s something I am doing or if it 

One of my servers goes offline ramdomly (twice today, one yesterday). I installed Pc Monitor yesterday, I'm a new account. Hey guys, I'm having this problem since a few hours ago. (5 to be precise). The dashboard and the mobile app notified me that one of the servers is offline. Went to check on it and it was fully operational, even though PcMonitor was saying otherwise. I tried restarting the daemon but no change. 3 of the server cores are at 100%. Here is a screenshot from my webmin running processes. if I run /etc/init.d/pcmonitor stop , the daemon is still running and the dashboard receives a "server shutting down" notification.
