Hi Marius, Sorry for the late response. In the event viewer we see that the request was denied: A request was received from a non authorized device and it was denied: Request Enter maintenance mode from device Id: 'Dashboard' How do I authorize this? Regards Paul

Hi, We have 3 servers (2 dedicated and 1 VM) that are monitored by PC Monitor. When I click the 'Enter maintenance mode' context menu in the Dashboard the application says 'The command was sent successfuly and will be reflected soon in dashboard' but this never happens. Regards Paul
