  1. It'd be great to have Eset license expiry warnings, and maybe optional 'virus signature out of date'

  2. When creating a new Event Log Notification, typically I want the Notification to have a "Priority" that maps to its "Level". So, please make the Priority default to whatever is the highest Level of the checkboxes that are selected for the Notification, but still allow the user to select a Priority they prefer. By default, then: Error = Critical Warning = Elevated Information = Normal. Or Low. Not sure of the difference. What's the difference between Low and Normal in PCM Priorities?

  5. I was wondering if there was a way to select multiple alerts to delete them, without deleting all or deleting one at a time. Say someone forgets to turn on maintenance mode and Reboots 20 servers. Now there are 40 events one for shutting down and one for being online. Now they want to delete all theses events but keep the other ones that are pending. I would like to be able to go into the dashboard and hold CTRL and select them or select one and hold shift to select the ones in between that and another. Another improvement could be the ability to sort the columns in the Dashboard Notification view. Thanks!!!

  6. It would be nice to instead of only delete a notification also be able to archive a notification for later analases.. or comparison to notifications that come on other times..

I'm very happy with the product! I like it so much, I want to use it on my PCs at home as well as my work systems. The problem is, I can only have one instance of the app on my phone and it only saves one set of credentials. Swapping back and forth is a bit of a hassle. Accessing multiple accounts from the app would be awesome! Dan

We have a lot of clients with mixed server environments and IBMi on IBM Power machines is currently very hard to source any decent remote monitoring tools.

  9. One thing that I would really like to see is the ability to bulk edit Hardware Assets, it might be okay to edit a couple dozen manually but when you have hundreds, or thousands of them sat in your system, I doubt very much that anyone will have the patience to edit each of them individually. Cheers, Martin

  10. Software Inventory + license Management per customer (Group..)

  11. Started by Matt,

The report feature is very useful, but it would be more useful (at least for me) if it could be broken up by group. Ideally, I would like to be able to run the report only on computers in a certain group i.e. run installed software report on the "Web Servers" group. Less ideal, but still usable, would be to sort the software report by group and computer instead of by software. I understand the usefulness of doing it the current way for licensing, etc. Maybe there is a way to do this right now that I am missing. If there is please let me know. Thank you for your consideration. Matt

  12. Would love to have the ability to send the customer an executable which auto populates the username/password, enterprise server address and pre populates the config with specific monitoring information.

  13. It would be nice if on the mobile apps when you click on processes you could long press on a service and add it to the list of monitored services. This way you can do it after the install if needed. Currently the only option is to kill process.

In the roadmap i see something called Pulseway Backup. Does this mean you can export/import your Pulseway configuration for usage in another instance? Or does this mean you implement a service where i can backup my server to “a Pulseway cloud” Because the later would be a HUGE benefit to me, as a “Pulseway minded company”. I have tested Atera in the past (amongst loooooots of other RMM’s) and they offer a feature where you can use the agent to backup the selected system to your portion of the Atera cloud, i would think this is not hard to implement, since you obviously allready have the infrastructure and security in place, and it would allow us costumers to mo…

Windows 6.x has a very powerful feature that allows specific Events to fire Scheduled Tasks.  However, one can't use it with PC Monitor Application Events because all PCM Events (or all that I know of) have an Event ID of 0. Please give every built-in Notification a different Event ID, and display the Event IDs in the GUI.  For custom Notifications, make them user-assigned, starting at, say 1000. This could DOUBLE the usefulness of PC Monitor...not only would we know about problems as they occur, but PCM could fix (or work around) them. For example: I have set PC Monitor to watch CPU usage of a specific Service.  If that service exceeds 10% CPU for 3 minutes, it …

  17. Hi Guys, Not sure if this has been requested before so apologies in advance if it has. I had a customer with a slow PC and wanted to add the Disk Queue Length performance counter to see if that was causing the slowness however didn't want to have to log into her machine. Normally I would go via the Dashboard -> Edit Computer Settings and make whatever changes were necessary. However Performance Counters can't seem to be added this way as there is no Add button: Is this a bug or missing feature? If it's missing, it would be handy to have as you can pretty much do everything else from here and it's not always convenient having to log into the…

Hi, I am running pulseway for 2 weeks now and i see somethings missing i run the pulseway client on a windows 10 Pro version and i see that i can't notify if my AV is out dated and i am running pulseway client on a windows 2012 R2 RDS server and i have not that option. why is this or can be there a update for the client ...

Special greetings. Have you considered, and is it possible for the PC Monitor App (ie. iPhone) to issue a WoL, or Shutdown command on a user determined and managed schedule? In another life I supported business offices that would have benefited from such a capability ... thank you.

When I receive an account lockout notification, it would be nice to know what the calling computer is (i.e., where the lockout is originating from) without having to dig into Event Viewer and try to remember the Event ID associated with the lockout. For the record, it's Windows Event ID 4740. The last line in this event contains the information I am after: Caller Computer Name: BAD_COMPUTER_NAME_HERE This would help track down the source of the account lockout much quicker than simply seeing which account is locked out. Thanks for everything you've already crammed into this excellent system!

  21. My company has been testing out PSA/RMM systems for about a year now. Hands down Pulseway has been the BEST, however it's looking likely we are NOT going to be using PW because you don't have 2 simple features MOST others have. LDAP Integration is CRITICAL for our end users & security. We want to seriously "DUMB IT DOWN" for them. Emails DO NOT ACCOMPLISH THIS. On a constant basis no matter how much training they (end Users) get, they more often than not send emails like "It doesn't work." or "I got an error." Asking for further details beyond that kinda makes me wish I had become a dentist cause pulling teeth would probably be easier. For the same reason as sta…

Hi again, Love your new roadmap inspiring to watch this software evolve to an even more useful product for all it administrators out there. Impressive stuff. One useful thing would be to parse a log for errors at a scheduled time and escalate if threshold is violated, just like you do with the event log. Best regards Johnni

  23. You have Microsoft Azure support.. where is the Office 365 support then?

On the iPad and iPhone monitoring app, would it be possible to have a larger window for Send a Message? If the message is a multi-line message, you cannot see the complete message, or the layout. Cannot tell if the receiver is going to receive the entire message or not. Txs

not sure whether anyone uses ubiquiti wireless devices, but we now have a quite a few of them, and theyre managed centrally using a web interface. i was just wondering whether there is something that could be set up to monitor whether they go offline? i would set up a ping request, but most of the devices are on networks that dont have servers, and only have client laptops installed that dont have the pulseway software installed on, and arent there all the time anyway
