  1. Thank you Marius Also when a client clicks the Icon to request support, would you consider adding the abilty to reply back to the request? It would remove the extra steps of opening a new chat session on the originating computer just to reply to the message
  2. Right click on the start menu, click properties. Click Task bar, notifcation area. Next click customize, scroll to PC Monitor and change to always show. I do this on every install so my clients can easily find the submit request for support
  3. Many times when using the chat feature I will need to wait for a client to reply. If my client replies say later in the day, there is no way of knowing a message was sent without the chat session open. Is there a way same as when using the support request that a notification could be sent. I seem to miss a lot of chat messages when I dont keep the app open Thanks
