Hi, is it possible to change the name of the fans displayed on client app, basicslly instead on Fan 1 etc I want to change to CPU Fan... thought it might be possible to do this in registery. thanks nick

Would be awesome if we can change the Pulseway Settings form the WebApp / Mobile App. So that you don't need to login to the client and change things. Would also be great to have this so that we don't need to work with config files for advanced settings, this could than be done trough the WebApp / Mobile App

I'd like to request that when in a queue or a view, we are able to change status / assign tickets from the queue / views dashboard by left clicking the relevant section, and being able to change it from here, for instance left clicking the status, and it bring a drop down of all ticket statuses so I can then change it, or left clicking assignee, and being able to add an assignee straight from there. In the morning we typically have a number of tickets in the helpdesk, so being able to quickly view the ticket title normally enables me to then be able to close / assign tickets there and then, without having to go into each individual ticket If you require more in…

Hi Currently having big problems whereby a lot of DNS records have been changed at my hosting company. I know there are third party tools that can monitor DNS changes but is there any way we could incorporate into Pukseway for clients' domains. Regards, Andy

Many times when using the chat feature I will need to wait for a client to reply. If my client replies say later in the day, there is no way of knowing a message was sent without the chat session open. Is there a way same as when using the support request that a notification could be sent. I seem to miss a lot of chat messages when I dont keep the app open Thanks

1. Would be great to read the logged in user name and use it in chat instead of computer name. Then possibly confirm with the user that they are indeed the person logged in 2. Give user option to enter their email for chat history. 3. Allow admin to set email to send it to when chat is ended. (add button to end chat on admin and user side too)

Hi Pulseway, I love the chat feature to talk to our customers, however is there any way you can enable any responses from customer to go into notifications. We have to stay in the chat section on the iPhone to see their responses. Customers doesn't always respond straight away. An alert would be good so we can use other sections of Pulseway whilst waiting for their response etc. Thanks Phil

It would be really good if when you use the chat feature, it would send a notification when they respond. Saves hanging around the chat window or having to pop back in to check if they have replied. The ability to add custom responses in the chat window (i.e Have you reboot your PC? etc), saves a lot of typing for the standard things we save in IT support.

Hi, I tell you what is really missing, when someone replies to your chat and you’re not in the Pulseway app. It would be really good if an icon would appear like the red or yellow explanation mark, but a picture of an envelope to tell you then have replied. Can you add that feature?

Not sure if anyone might find this helpful but 2 way chat may be helpful from within the app... Another feature which would be nice is keyboard/mouse in use. I have this feature with logmein and it is great as you might hesitate rebooting or performing a task which may affect the user currently logged in like applying windows updates...

Hey Guys, It would be great if we had some integration with https://chocolatey.org for windows package management, its basically like apt-get or yum for windows which seems a lot better IMHO then ninite type solutions. Having its own tab under group policy for example to install selected apps across multiple machines and keep them updated within patch windows for example. Hi. I am trying to make a read-only team. It should have access to all devices like te "Administrators" team, but just read-only. I can set the access level for all individual organizations, but when we create new organizations i have to updates the teams access level for this organizations. If the Access level editor has a top-level "All Organizations" where it is possible to set the acces level for inherance to all organizations. Could that be possible?

Client Portal is a good idea for very small sites, but if you have hundred of users it is not usable at all. Ideally, everyone should have access to the Portal via the icon without having to be setup at the back-end and required to log in. A default menu (populated with scripts, etc) should be available to all users. If it is not possible, an accessible workaround would be to integrate AzureAD with SSO and SCIM, so users are created/removed automatically and can login with no effort As it is currently, the client portal is not useful to us at all...

Chris/Paul/Cliff, Thanks for all the work you guys are doing to make PSA usable in a production environment. I love the latest improvements. I have a priority request regarding Client Portal authentication. I see that AuthAnvil is supported. Can you guys please look at adding 365 Azure AD integration as well? There is no way my client end-users are going to remember a separate password for their PSA login to open and view tickets. We really want to push them to it, but its not going be useful. I image that Azure AD would be the most common platform for most companies. In the meantime, can we have a way to manually set a secure password for each user for …

Can we not have some sort of functionality to inform us that there is a new client update, or that specific servers a running outdated versions of PC monitor on the actual PC client which I have on a screen in my office monitoring my servers? Just something that gives a broad overview as to what servers are running what version at a glance.

Some of the above do have "clone" available. But not everything. I am new to PW and looking in to monitoring I found it is not possible (have not found it) to clone a Configuration\Profile\Folder that holds a lot of needed profiles. That could save some time, time is money 😉 So, I'd like to ask for development to always have the "clone" option in the back of their mind with everything they develop.

I love the new Pulseway Backup feature. But I do not want it to show on the devices if they are not subscribed to it. I use the Antivirus as an Example. If I am using AV on a device, the Antivirus menu item shows under the Software area. If I do not subscribe to Antivirus on a device, it does not show on the menu under Software. I think the Cloud Backup should act the same, if you do not subscribe then it does not show. As everyone is aware the images show, one device with AV and one without AV.

I just thought I would throw this out there. If Pulseway could manage printers in a similar fashion as Uniprint or other cloud print platforms this would be the greatest thing ever. This would be a major revenue generator for us MSP's. I was also thinking of an addition for managing credentials and group policies. I was reviewing a product called Onelogin and the concept was interesting. Kind of like active directory for everything (mac, android etc.) which would allow us to manage large groups. In my opinion this would make Pulseway the onestop cloud solution. We could manage computers, control security and easily deploy printers anywhere anytime.

On a fri night we run maintnenace on our customer computers whilst they are shut, i.e Running Disk Defrag, Remove Temp Files, Run Windows Updates etc. Run Spybot Search and Destroy. Would it be possible to have an option to push these commands to all computers, not to a roup, but to every PC in our subscription. We have around lots groups of customers and would take ages to go to each group and run these tasks. It would be good if we could have access to a global TERMINAL, then we could run DEFRAG C:\ on it would push the command to all PCS. Any chance of seeing this before Xmas?

Hello, for clients with compliance needs, I MUST have the ability to review patches before I install them. Additionally, I must have the ability to install Windows drivers etc. I know Pulseway can't do that natively from their web-app. But I'd like to know when that would come. This is not a capricious request, I need it for Compliance. I need to know the Patch Status of each group of computers. Again, for compliance. It's strange that you guys don't have this. We can't just Install all patches as IT admins, we need to review patches. Particularly for Compliance! In what time frame do you guys expect to be adding this feature?
