Novice in PW. If you have 10 S1 customers. And say every customer has two pulseway-groups and every one needs its own token. Makes it 20 tokens. How do you script this in Pulseway with one script, if that is even possible? Or do you need one script per Pulseway-group? Using 1 custom-field holding all tokens (like an array)? Create one custom-field per pulsway-group holding one token? This is now on S1. But I guess this is a broader item when working with license keys per customer for one software title. Thx

I have a Macbook and a windows laptop that are both starting the workflow that is started with the trigger "System Back Online". Building a virtual test machine to re-build our onboarding (we are in migration to Pulseway), the workflow is not started on this virtual machine. Computers are all in the same organization\group. Only diff is physical vs virtual. Could that be an issue? Any other pointers/reasons to check maybe? Thx

It might help to have less workflow rules if we were able to use logical operators like the syntax %AND %Or Like alert mails read using the parser coming directly from machines using a no-reply sender address, a rule could be: Title [like] | "[hostname]" %AND "text" %OR "text" %OR "text" Update | Account:<Accountname>; Priority:<Low>, Queue: <Alerts>, etc, etc Bringing this to one workflow rule instead of three (in this example)

Presently every account we add to CRM, is also creating this account in RMM. So, vendors, distri's, partners we do not want in RMM, wil be created in RMM. One can en-or disable this global, but that is also not wanted as some accounts we do want them in RMM: our customers It would be perfect to have an option in accounts to select on a per-account base to have it created in RMM yes or no

We would like to store some url's in a custom field and make these actionable from there so one does not have to copy/past the url into a new browser-tab. Therefore a <url> type is needed that makes the inside text actionable and will "goto" that url in a new browser-tab

New to PW and I would like to add the following as an example: One can whitelist IP addresses/ranges. When there is a list of 10-15 items, do you know by head which is what? So asking development to always have in mind if it is handy (or even needed) to add description fields to something. Some of the above do have "clone" available. But not everything. I am new to PW and looking in to monitoring I found it is not possible (have not found it) to clone a Configuration\Profile\Folder that holds a lot of needed profiles. That could save some time, time is money 😉 So, I'd like to ask for development to always have the "clone" option in the back of their mind with everything they develop.
