It would be nice if instead of only by date or severity we could sort notifications by type. All low disk space alerts, all server offline etc.

We are an MSP, and it would be great if we could give our clients remote desktop access to their systems. A username/password combination that only had permissions to a specific machine and no access to the dashboard or agent.

It would be nice to see some basic mobile device management features for iOS and Android in pulseway Options: Ring device in max volume, Locate Device on map, Factory wipe device when it's next online, Lock Device, Unlock Device, Require screen lock, Remove screen-lock, and possibly capture from camera on invalid unlock code... With MS Sql 2017 bringing official Linux server support for SUSE, Ubuntu, Redhat and others we really need the sql server module ported to Linux

It would be nice if we could view a global list of software with number of installations, and could uninstall software from that list. Or simply uninstall by group, similar to how the Windows Update feature works.

Hi, I would like more option for the automatic maintenance mode. At the moment there are only weekdays and hours. It would be cool to: 1. Be able to mark faster and not only field by field. 2. Be able to not only have hours. 3. Have the possiblity to use official hollidays and hollidays for the customer himself (one time from till like in Outlook). 4. Exeptions for the maintenance mode. For example: one hour after the office closes, the computer makes a backup, and a shutdown after the backup. As I create more scripts, they become hard to keep categorized, especially when the folders grow with the scripts. I would like to be able to move scripts from folder to folder and also to copy them to another folder. Drag and drop functionality would be preferred.

Hi Pulseway, I love the chat feature to talk to our customers, however is there any way you can enable any responses from customer to go into notifications. We have to stay in the chat section on the iPhone to see their responses. Customers doesn't always respond straight away. An alert would be good so we can use other sections of Pulseway whilst waiting for their response etc. Thanks Phil

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a feature request or if there may be a solution already. Here's the specifics: A customer is using Filemaker Server and it relies on the httpd service which is Apache to connect the web form feed via PHP. It stops occasionally and it would be most helpful to get an alert when it does just like with Windows services. I looked at monitoring an Application in the Pulseway preferences but did not see one that I should select. It would be great to be able to configure different notification email addresses based on alert type/source/severity. One example is that I'd want an email sent to our SMS page-out list for notifications of server outages or other mission critical events. I'm a new user to Pulseway -- maybe this is already an option? But from what I've gathered, emails can only be sent to the single email address in the account?

I am wanting to create a tag called server and assign it to all the servers I manage. It would be very helpful if Pulseway would show a count of how many devices have this tag. Better yet show a similar count like shown in the Groups tab. 29 online and 1 offline systems

We use SNMP to monitor network devices. It would be awesome if we could setup a line or bar graph for SNMP queries so that we can graph the CPU, RAM, and bandwidth of routers and switches. Also, if the integer output could have commas, it would be easier to read higher number values (readouts are often in KB). Another great thing would be SNMP based alerts. So we could set a min/max value for SNMP to trigger an alert. IE, if the router goes about 80% CPU usage for 5 cycles.

Would like the ability to run a report to see previous Pulseway chat conversations and support requests. Currently - you can send an email at the end of each chat conversation but... it would be nice to go back and view archived support requests and live Pulseway chat conversations if needed.

Hi, I have some troubles with the Windows Update from Pulseway. If I start the update over a group optional updates are ignored and not all updates are shown. If I start the update per machine, than I am able to install the optional updates, but not all updates are shown. I tried over the Powershell with PSWindowsUpdates and the Windows Update Minitool, and they show the missing updates (see screenshot). Whenever there is a note added to the note section is there any way to know when looking through the systems? Maybe change the badge color whenever a note is present? Currently I have to just click on each note section to see if notes have been inputted. If I could tell just by glancing at the section that would be ideal.

Hi. I know that as RRAS module has been discussed earlier in this forum. But it would be really nice with a simple module to start with, og som ideas on how to set some monitoring up today. We have found the PowerShell Cmdlet "Get-RemoteAccessHealth" that returns the status for alle components. It would be nice if on the mobile apps when you click on processes you could long press on a service and add it to the list of monitored services. This way you can do it after the install if needed. Currently the only option is to kill process.

Is there anyway to get a report of the results of a script that was ran. For instance the check if computer has 2 hdd script, If I run this against 90 computers I don't want to click on each computer, click on the script, click again to see the results. It would be awesome if I was able to just see a list of failed and a list of passed, Is this possible?

Is it possible to be able to create scopes on the Android app? Use case is all of the built in scripts default to all systems. It would be great if I could adjust the scope on the Android app. I'm trying to avoid logging into the web console, creating a scope and modifying a task, esp for a script I may only have a need to run once on a specific group. Pulseway is great and I love it, it doesn't seem like it scales well. If I add 10 machines a week I would constantly be adjusting things on the web console. Hi, at the moment, if I go through the config, I see allways a lot of Stuff in the Server Modules which I don't need all the time. I think, it would be better, to change this to a variable system, where I can aktivate/deaktivate the Server Modules I want to use (see). And with such a solution, maybe, you could make it like a PlugIn-System, so that the company behind some Server Software can create their own PlugIn whithout telling their secrets. For example. Hi, at the moment Request Support over the Pulseway Manager only supports a chat feature. The idea is to give the possibility to send an email to the support company, and if possible also with a screenshot feature. So it would be possible to create a ticket in the help desk system, or get a simple email. Not everything needs to be done immediatelly over a chat. Thanks, Christian.
