    Many times when using the chat feature I will need to wait for a client to reply. If my client replies say later in the day, there is no way of knowing a message was sent without the chat session open. Is there a way same as when using the support request that a notification could be sent. I seem to miss a lot of chat messages when I dont keep the app open Thanks

    Hi Bit of a cheeky request maybe....! Have noticed that one of your competitors uses a price per technician pricing model, with unlimited endpoints. I quite like the idea of this so that I could use agents on a temporary basis e.g. taking on new clients for demo purposes, internal use etc. without worrying about costs etc Is this an option that has ever been considered and perhaps offering two options to customers: a pay per technician and a pay per endpoint option? I can see advantages in both depending on individual circumstances. Regards, Andy

    In the mobile phone app you can go to device and then run a script could you add scripts to group tasks from the mobile app? when on the road it would be good to run a script on all devices in a group. otherwise we have to go into each device to run the script thanks phil

    Hi, In the PSA Dashboards, you can select different items by set date ranges (Service desk "Tickets by Status", Finance "Revenue By Client", and others). You normally only have Month, Quarter, and Year as your selections. Is it possible to give us a date range we can select by? -OR- at Minimum, can you give us "Last" month, "Last" Quarter and "Last" year as choices also. I do use the Dashboards, but at the end of a month, the numbers change. I would like to: On a new month, look at what the numbers were for last month Compare last month to how we are doing this month Maybe (new feature again) set a goal and see where we are at this p…

  6. Greetings All, I'm a new Pulseway PSA user, just getting familiar with the product. I'd started by using the To Do List as a repository for my master list of tasks for clients. Some of these I had linked to tickets. The other night I accidentally marked my whole list of To Do items as done. I went to the Already Done tab and saw the "Remove All Done" button, selected all items and clicked it. Doing this permanently removed all my completed tasks, including those attached to tickets!     Hi, I would like to have a folder monitor, basically I have a folder (or several folders) that I need to monitor that the files in the folder and receive alerts for the following. - files are older than X days - over X number of files in the folder Please advise if this is possible currently of if this will require development, if this can be accomplished with a script then some pointers would be useful, ideally this would run at the same rate as other aspects of the system, but it could also be a daily/hourly check as I understand it could consume time processing!

    Hello, I was speaking with another RMM/PSA vendor today and their product offers what they call "Round-Trip" Ticketing. If, for example, an alert is generated because memory is running low on a machine and then the memory clears, the ticket is then closed on the PSA. This would be a great feature for Pulseway.     In the roadmap i see something called Pulseway Backup. Does this mean you can export/import your Pulseway configuration for usage in another instance? Or does this mean you implement a service where i can backup my server to “a Pulseway cloud” Because the later would be a HUGE benefit to me, as a “Pulseway minded company”. I have tested Atera in the past (amongst loooooots of other RMM’s) and they offer a feature where you can use the agent to backup the selected system to your portion of the Atera cloud, i would think this is not hard to implement, since you obviously allready have the infrastructure and security in place, and it would allow us costumers to mo…

    It would be nice to have the ability to reorganize scripts. We have Categories available for organization, but no way to move a script from one category to another. As our script library grows, we'd like to add some more granular categorization, but this would require us to recreate scripts in the new categories and delete them from the old. Drag and drop reorganization would be great here.

    I can see Multi Factor Authentication is listed on the roadmap for this year, I was just wondering if you are able to shed some light as to what Multi Factor Authentication options will be available. Ideally, we would love to see integration with Duo Security.

    Hi Pulseway, I would like the possibility to add monitoring for Public Ports. The Pulseway Agent could ask the Pulseway server to test for open ports at the Public IP. I would also like a boolean value, so we could decide if we want a notification, if the port is open or closed. --- Summed up, I would like to monitor if some critical ports are open from the public IP, like SSH, RDP, etc. and get notified if they are. Of course I could write a Plugin the is based on a webservice, but it would be more smooth, with a build in feature. --- Br, Matin.

    Please add a Search feature that lets you search on keywords, and a Filter feature that filters the list to a specific time range, event ID, and event source. Especially important on the phone.

  17. I'd like to be able to create tasks that will execute when a new system is first seen. These tasks will only need to run once, but should trigger when a system is added to Pulseway. For example, we have some security settings that we are deploying and right now we have to manually execute these tasks on new systems (and try to remember). There should be an option to "Run once" when scheduling tasks.

    I'm sitting here importing items from Quickbooks and I'm painstakingly clicking and setting each item that I want because the PSA is including categories as something that can be imported. IDK why they can't be used. It's also guessing at which QB services are Work Items and Services and is just backward at its guesses. Some frustrations with this process and the way its setup. I started and then realized I should show more and when I did everything I clicked or set was lost so I had to start over again 20 minutes later and I accidentally click something and deselected all the check marks.     Having a way to search computers by users would be an amazing feature add. This way, when larger clients call into helpdesk, we could search by that caller and expedite the process. Add to that, the ability to search for all computers that a specific user is logged into.

    One thing I'm missing from Ninja that would be incredibly handy to have here at Pulseway is the ability to modify the system tray in depth. Theirs allows the ability to create hyperlinks, separate the information, a contact form, etc. The ability for the system tray to show different sets of information, customizable to the MSP would work fantastically.

    Is it possible to create our own Report templates. I would like to retrieve the value of a specific registry entry for all devices. Is it possible? I could easily imagine, that doing the same with WMI and Performance Counter entries could come handy..

  23. We can set almost anything with Policies except de services check. Now we have to goto any mass deployed agent and BY hand select running or automatic services. It would be really nice to put this in a policy like: check all automatic or running services. Next to that it would be nice to filter services (after deployment) in de Webui zo that you do not have to goto each Pulseway install manually.

  24. In the active directory module we can see users that are locked out, is it possible to add users with expired passwords as well. Instead if searching for a user sometimes I just want to see a list of users, would it be possible to show all users Instead of searching for them? Reason being it's a quick way to help clients with expired passwords and a quick way to see any abnormal accounts in AD.
