Is there a way to monitor a service and started automaticly if the status is stopped. is this possible natively or does it require some kind of manual schedulet task to make this work? if it requires a schedulet task then this could be seen as feature request to create a automated service restart rule into the rules.

I've installed the self hosted RMM on a server with configuration: Windows server 2012 R2 MSSQL Express 2016 Domain joined server Trial license Now I'd like to add some Active Directory users. What would be totally awesome is if I could just create and AD group, say 'RMM Admins' and have all members of that group be an admin on the RMM platform. I haven't seen this feature in the manual or in the Pulseway Enterprise Manager. Am I missing something ?

Having trouble finding where to do an exclusion in KAV for Windows. KAV quarantined some files that are required for some X-Ray software on a client. Need to make sure these files are not treated as a virus.

Hi We're looking for a way to monitor our client UPS' using the PulseWay Monitor. They are all connected to customer's servers using either USB or network. Is there a way to use PulseWay to monitor these, and to then alert us if there's an issue / event? The UPS' are all APC based. I believe we can use the SNMP module to do this, but my testing so far has been unsuccessful. Thanks Matt

Hi, With the recent recommendation from NCSC not to use Russian AV as this could result in a Data Breach which under GDPR could be expensive for us and or customers! What is Pulseway’s stance on this, will you be removing support for Kaspersky? Maybe replace it with ESET or BitDefender? Paul

hi peeps. im new to this program so i hope you all can forgive me for this question. im using pulseway manager to monitor my pc activity at home when im away. i just cant figure out how to set it up so it will start automatically on windows start. what i tried so far is to put a shortcut of the program on the startup folder. but i found that the pulseway manager menu is showing as launching on the screen. i want it startup discreetly. can anyone show me the way to do it? thanks in advance. btw im using windows 7.

Is there a way to kick off an automated task based on a notification or alert. Is there a w way to prevent Pulseway creating the task "PulsewayServiceCheck" that starts Watchdog.bat? i tried removing the task but it;s recreated on every restart, while disabling the task works i would still like if there is (or if it can be implemented in the future) to prevent creation of this task in the task scheduler

Hey guys, we had an issue for quite a while now regarding installed KAV licenses on devices that we are not able to access anymore - either the client removed the device from support before we were able to uninstall the Pulseway agent+KAV license or the device has malfunctioned and rendered obsolete. We do realize the proper procedure would be to uninstall the PWY agent and with it the KAV license goes too, but there are cases when it just isn't possible. Regarding the agent, it is possible to remove the device from within the ACCOUNT - MANAGE SYSTEMS - REMOVE SYSTEM part of the dashboard, but no such feature is available for the AV licenses. We had a user who somehow got upgraded to Windows 11 over the weekend. She swears she didn't click on the update to 11 icon in the taskbar. In Pulseway, our patch policy she is assigned is set to install all updates including Optional. When I look on my Win10 laptop under Windows Updates > Optional, Win 11 is in the list. Does this mean users will get upgraded? If so, everyone needs to be aware. Pulseway, anything in the works to block this? I'm not afraid of 11, I just want to roll it out in a more managed way esp since we have to upgrade SSLVPN client after upgrade to 11.

See the attached screenshot. I have set up Executive Summaries for a few of our clients and most of them are coming through without issue when testing, however a couple of them are coming through as "Failed to retrieve the data". The reports template has been duplicated for each client, the only thing that is different is the Scope that was selected. Has anyone come across this before and found a solution for this? It would be good to know exactly what data it is failing to retrieve.
