Not sure if the last update has changed either Tasks, Scope or Tags but i have a few Tasks that i use each week that now report as Skipped and doesn't seem to matter if i change the script that Task is using or which Scope. Running the Script against the actual Device works. Anyone else noticed this??

I can't get in on the web app. Machines that are online in the mobile app are reporting as offline and nothing is connectable I have had this service for a year now and the service has been down about 6-8 times in the last year. I have to pay for a backup service that, in the same period, has been down 1 time for 1 hour I opened the ticket and all I have gotten is the automated response and that was 40 minutes ago. Chances of renewal dwindling fast!

These are the kind of apps that keep me going on in my work I was wondering, If I buy a 25 PC subscription and after a month I need to manage other 20 PCs (45 PCs in total) what can I do? do I have to buy another 25 PC subscription or a 50 PC subscription? Also, do the two subscriptions make a sum of PCs? ex. 25 + 50, 75 PC?. Sorry for my english (I'm writing from Italy, Rome) Hope it is not too confusing Thank you for your time. Daniele. I have 3 computers listed on my account; but get the message 'your account is over quota'.  If I delete the message; it comes back shortly.  One of the three computers didn't seem to be reporting properly (it shows down); but the computer is in fact up and the PC Monitor service is running.  I revalidated my account successfully on the computer as well as on my iPad2 (ios5) and my iPhone4s (ios5).  I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the client on that computer; but still there is no change.  I continue to have and see 3 computers on my account; but one doesn't report right and I continue to get the over-quota message.

Have installed PCM on sons machine - fantastic product. However, his internet is time-scheduled, and when it turns off, PCM stops working. What website(s) do I need to allow his machine to communicate with, to keep PCM working. My router can allow exceptions ...

At first everything was just brilliant.. it worked very good but since i shut down my computer and afterwards started my application on my sg2 showed me that the computer is in offline mode ( although it run ?) i pressed to long on the field of my computer ( sg2 ) a new screen opened that read... Remove pc.... and I just klicked on remove.. than i created a new account but now it reads : No monitored computer. HOW can i solve this . your APP is AWESOMMEEE

How do you view the users screen and camera if applicable? I have it enabled on the settings, but I can't find it anywhere on my iPhone 4S to view it. Thanks!

not sure where to post this question, so gone for general. is there a way, or should i create a feature request, to create a disk space report (say a graph) to show disk space usage over a period of time, i know i can create a number of notifications, with priority getting higher and higher as the space gets lower and lower to see that the space on a selected disk is getting low, but would be nice to create a graph so we can predict when the disk is due to run out? thanks in advance Gary

When i create a user account, i like to create a temp password for the user to then be able to change it. I don't see any way of doing this in the enterprise solution. Am i missing it somewhere?

Hi, is it normal that PCMonitorSrv is hanging on so much DISK READ I/O? It consumes 90% of all disk I/O reads on Windows Server, where all Windows services, Exchange and Oracle DB do not consume alltogether the rest 10% disk I/O:

I am using pulseway to monitor many different machines mostly Linux and windows. The windows service notifications if pretty user friendly, however I am having trouble getting my Linux machines configured to alert me when a service goes down. Can I get some guidance please? I am using Debian Jessie. I am trying to monitor when the Freeswitch service stops I have tried editing the config.xml not sure if I am entering the correct information, however. thanks.

I've got Pulseway installed on a number of servers and it notify's nicely if a backup is successful or fails, but I've a couple of instances when a backup hasn't even tried to run so has neither failed or succeeded. I've noticed a number of posts requesting a feature for Pulseway to generate an alert when no backup activity has been detected in X number of days. Has this been looked at? Is this possible? Can this be developed please? Thank you

Hello, I'm not sure if this is in the right section of the forums but I'll throw it here. I'm unable to register on the website and sometimes I'm not even able to view it, it throws me a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" even when I'm trying to access the homepage, which I'm not sure is a problem on my side or Pulseway's. I was looking to get a Free account to look after 2 servers that I have running, but I am unable to register or really do anything because of the Access is denied error, is there any resolution on this?
