    Hi guys, I've configured the Monitor and Manage Windows Azure, and successfully added my subscription. However I don't see any additional options in either the mobile app or web portal - am I missing something? Thanks

    Hi Pulseway. testing the Remote desktop Beta on our dedicated server setup, not once i have suceeded in creating the connection, i can see the logged in user, but when i try to start the remote desktop, i always get an error 1568. My server is running on alternate port 8080 instead of 443. Thanks, Have a nice day.

  3. Please just clarify in the help text to press enter when adding a service name. Added one and got error filed can not be empty and by accident pressed enter out of frustration to find out thats how to add the name, may seem obvious but not quite clear thats how to do it. "press enter after entering a short name" would suffice. "" Alternatively make confirm button add what text one entered in field. Thanks.

  4. We are randomly getting "Agent Missing" errors on machines even with the AV reporting to be installed in Pulseway (Application tab) and its fully working in Bitdefender GravityZone

  5. In the local version of services i can see automatic etc.. and do a right click to select and monitor running or automatic services. With the manage systems option.. none of them are here.

    Tested on Windows devices any agent version, when we try to see the screen of a PC, we only get part of the display when the scaling is not set to 100%. Usually, it's 125% or 150% on laptop screens. The full screen is displayed if the resolution scale is set to 100%. This screenshot should show the full screen regardless of the scaling setting

  7. Hello, I have 2 Mac computers with 2 and 3 monitors, respectively. One of them has 2 identical monitors and when you ask to see screen for monitor 1 or monitor 2 (they are both shown as Dell E2210), I get the same image. The other one as 2 identical displays (shown as Philco) and a Panasonic Display. When I ask to seek the Panasonic screen, it displays correctly, but the images either Philco screen is identical. Hope this helps.

    Hi all, New to Pulseway, and I am looking at the "Sample: Executive for All Systems" report. The image below shows the Disk Drive Usage for a server. The E: drive on the server is a 2TB drive with very little on it. (1% used). The way the report reads is 1%(1.98TB Free). Should this read 99%(1.98TB Free)? Why are we showing used space in % and Free in GB/TB together? If it shows both used and free space, the numbers should be formatted the same. Report bug? Gary

    I have a number of pc's under my care and they have mostly the same hardware. Due to a recent problem I re-installed 2 pc's. I setup the one, cloned it and then applied the clone to the other. My problem is this: The cloned pc shows up as the first user. ie; If Heather starts her pc first her system shows in the systems manager. However if Maxene boots first her machine shows in the systems manager, but never the two separate. They're two different machines but show as one.   10. My headless Ubuntu 22.04 (x86_64) machine, running agent 9.3, recently sent me a "Low Memory" notification. This was unexpected as I don't have any memory-intensive processes running on the machine currently. Since this was the first time I received such a notification, I decided to investigate the matter to understand what could have triggered it.     So, I have a program running on my server that is windows 10 pro called node.exe some times it stops and i get the notification on my iPhone running the latest software and IOS version. I have noticed if i select the notification when it pops up it bypasses the Face ID and allows full access to all the remote management features the application supports.

    I don't know for how long, but no more then 2 weeks, I can not see the processor temperature from both of my servers any more. I don not see them on my Ipad and Iphone any more.the only thing that shows up under "hardware details" are the hdd details.

    Hello, My issue is that when connecting to the server, sending the Ctrl+Alt+Delete command does nothing leading to me being unable to sign in. I've tried this on 2 different servers in 2 different environments with the same result. Is this a known issue?   17. Is anyone else having issues adding new titles to 3rd party patching, or updating existing custom titles? Every time I try, I get the attached error, which doesn't provide any insight. I am following the documentation on the process, found here, but get the same error every time..

  19. there is a permission issue in Patch Management I have granted a user defined group the ability to modify policies Checked the box Patch and View Policy and Edit Policy are checked. The user can go in and under actions can click on edit and modify the policies, they can also create new policies, but upon hitting save gets a popup message saying Error You do not have permission to edit global policies. The only users that can seem to save any policies have to be in the administrators group. I have to assume this is a bug. We are using the Pulseway hosted dedicated server product, not on site.

  20. I can't seem to update any agent settings remotely anymore. I normally use Dashboard to edit an agent's config and change the computer name as needed (hire/term). As of about a week ago, this no longer works. The agent config screen comes up normally after right clicking in Dashboard and choosing edit computer settings, lets me make my changes, and then gives the standard "this may take 30 secs" message when saving. But nothing happens, no update. If I go back in and look at the settings again the modifications are not there. This also happens with Pulseway Manager under Manage Systems. I don't see a way to update agent settings using the WebApp. I have not up…

Hello, What actually happened are as follow: 1) Installed PC Monitor Manager using unattended installation (Full computer name at this point of time is "ServerA") 2) Rename full computer name to "ServerB". Restarted the workstation for the changes to take effect. 3) PC Monitor Manager and PC Monitor Dashboard shows the previous full computer name instead of the new one. Bug?

  22. On enterprise server I tried to change any settings of a server and I am asked for password. For my account password. I am let go and I can see settings of server. Problem is the server settings are running on different credentials (setup ones) and if I try to change something (like group name) it doesn't take any effect (I guess because it's different setup account).

  23. Hi Guys, We noticed something strange when het Print Spooler Service hangs on a windows server the PC Monitor agent blings offline in the Dashboard even if it's not. When we log in into that specific server and go to the Print Spooler Service it's state is "Running" but when we restart the service it takes quite a while an than it crashes and the agent turns out to be online again. If we start the Spooler service again than there is no problem anymore. It looks like the Print Spooler Service blocks a port or something that PC Monitor uses. Are there any ways to avoid this form happening? Thanks!

  24. As soon as i put the computer to sleep from the host computer or another device it wakes up. i know it has something to do with the ethernet WOL feature but i have to have it enabled to wake it up remotely. Thanks for the help
