Hi MMSOFT, I would like to share some improvement suggestions for the Dashboard app. They are mainly seen from a dispatcher point of view, and not for a monitoring display screen, so they are centralized about the "All Notifications" list. 1. Change (default) view to "All Notifications" list. As a dispatcher the focus is on the notifications, and not the systems. It would be nice to be able the change the main window to the "All Notifications" list, insted of getting a popup window. It could be from the view menu, or by a separate launch-parameter/shortcut. 2. Sort columns in "All Notifications" list. It is not possible to the sort the no…

I am working with Pulseway now for a while and the thing i would like to add is: Movement of offline devices. I will be nice that we can move a device also if the device is offline. I know this is possible ofcourse but i want to know if this is already on the schedule roadmap.

Hi all! I'm frequently using the "Send Message" feature that Pulseway provide, and it's usually when I need to quickly distribute information to our employees. I've found that you can send messages to a specific client, or a specific group (both of which are great). But it would be even better if we can select multiple groups to send the message to as a third option. It's not a big deal to copy the message and go into each group and send the message from there, but it's more of a convenience thing. Please consider it at least! // Martin

Remote Control really needs the ability to both trigger a reboot and to automatically reconnect when the system you're connected to completes the restart. Having it immediately disconnect when a reboot is triggered (usually if it's running as a service, it should be able to hold the session open for things like the first phase of installing Windows updates) and having to manually try over and over again to see if the machine has completed its reboot is really frustrating when you're trying to solve an issue remotely that requires a lot of reboots or even when you're just trying to do a number of updates to a system.

I get an alert on my watch, but would like to be able to approve log on with the Watch. I use DUO and Microsoft Authenticator and can approve the login from my Watch. With Pulseway I only get an alert that I have a request to approve. Seems like a simple option to add.

Would it be possible to add the current logged in user for each pc to the header info that shows in the middle panel. We manage several hundred pcs and the computer name of ASSET-1234 does not tell us whos using it at that time. Most end users do not know their computer names. So trying to find the computer a user is on is sometimes difficult. Having this info at hand in the search list would help that a lot. i am only thinking this information for workstations, servers could potentially have multiple users logged in at the same time and this information would not be as useful (not to mention not enough space) I have included a mockup of one way this could be do…

Hi, Sometimes we see that our clients have issues with their onedrive status that files are not synced etc. Users are not checking that often so their files may be at risk. It would be nice if we could monitor this with pulseway in a native way. See: https://call4cloud.nl/2020/09/lost-in-monitoring-onedrive/ For more info.

Hi again, Love your new roadmap inspiring to watch this software evolve to an even more useful product for all it administrators out there. Impressive stuff. One useful thing would be to parse a log for errors at a scheduled time and escalate if threshold is violated, just like you do with the event log. Best regards Johnni

I would like to see all of the phone apps be able to proactively monitor certain web sites etc to make sure they are up. We had a situation last night where our firewall went down and the PC Monitor software on my phone never went nuts. No noise or anything. So I did not know for 3 hours that everything on my side was inaccessible. Maybe there is something in the software that I have configured incorrectly, but I need to get this figured out ASAP. Thank you!

Dear developers, we are using your fantastic software since a week. Right now: Your tool rescued my weekend by reporting an administrative error. A downtime statistic would be interesting for me. We work with external it consultants and i have to controll them. Therefore it would help to get a detailed statistic of each machine. Our contractors guarantee an specified service level. This consists of an ratio uptime to downtime etc. Is to implement this feature possible? We need the downtime of machines, services and special server components like Exchange, SQL etc. With best regards Carsten

I just thought of another suggestion that would be very helpful. It would be great to have an option on the terminal window, to have it so that when cmd.exe is launched as a process on the client computer, then it is within the context of the currently logged on user (will probably need to do token impersonation of explorer.exe or some other hack-around). Another solution would be to have the NT service spawn as interactive (run under the token context of the current user/a specified user) Because the service is non-interactive, and is running under the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM (which can also be see by running 'whoami' in the console - or something like Process Hacker …

When creating a new Event Log Notification, typically I want the Notification to have a "Priority" that maps to its "Level". So, please make the Priority default to whatever is the highest Level of the checkboxes that are selected for the Notification, but still allow the user to select a Priority they prefer. By default, then: Error = Critical Warning = Elevated Information = Normal. Or Low. Not sure of the difference. What's the difference between Low and Normal in PCM Priorities?

I have finally acquired a big tv to go on the wall of the office Its now happily running the Dashboard. Would it be possible to make the dashboard split screen? I.e Current setup on the left of the screen and on the right some sort of rss style ticker that cycles through the event notifications?I know this does it at them bottom, but I am currently monitoring about 120 systems so I would like a 'cleaner' alternative.

Hi There Love the program. Just a minor tweak. In the dashboard there's an option under Settings->Runtime that once selected will "Play a system sound on new alerts" Can we have an option to select and play different sounds (saved WAV or MP3 files stored on our PC) on new alerts? Extending that a bit further, I would also like to be able to be able to choose different sounds for different monitored PCs for different types of alerts. I need to buy a 3rd monitor to put the Dashboard up permanently, for now I sometimes find that the dashboard gets hidden by my work so relying on sounds would be a great help. Don't know if anyone else thinks that might be…

I am creating Disaster Recovery DC/File Servers in the cloud for my customers and using DFSR to replicate the data there via Point to point VPN tunnels. Would be great to be able to monitor the health of DFSR and see the back logged files waiting to copy across.... Any chance this can be added to the Enterprise server?

Can we not have some sort of functionality to inform us that there is a new client update, or that specific servers a running outdated versions of PC monitor on the actual PC client which I have on a screen in my office monitoring my servers? Just something that gives a broad overview as to what servers are running what version at a glance.

I apologize if this is already present - I looked but didn't see anything or another similar request. Would it be possible to have some indicator (icon or text next to the pc name) that shows if the desktop is locked? Thanks and great work!

We use Mozy Pro for all of our clients and would love the ability to monitor the backup status through MPM. Any ideas if this is easily doable?

I manage a fair number of PFSense instances. It would be great to have either a PC Monitor PFSense package or agent support for FreeBSD. http://www.pfsense.org/

It would be really useful when listing the Windows services in PC Monitor under System, Services if you could list the current service status ie if its Automatic, Manual, Disabled or Delayed Start that way it would be easier to add in the services that you want to monitor rather than having to refer to the Windows Services console as well. At the moment I have to access this information on each server or workstation rather than just looking at the PC Monitor list, it makes it rather tedious and easy to miss a service that you need to monitor.

I would like to use the "request support" feature that was added to PC Monitor on some end user systems, but the icon is set to Only show notifications. Can you change the default behavior for the icon to Show icon and notifications? If not, does anyone have any ideas on how to make this easier for an end user to find? Thanks for your assistance.

Many times when using the chat feature I will need to wait for a client to reply. If my client replies say later in the day, there is no way of knowing a message was sent without the chat session open. Is there a way same as when using the support request that a notification could be sent. I seem to miss a lot of chat messages when I dont keep the app open Thanks
