Hi, I think it misses the ability to monitor bandwidth on servers and users computers. It would be nice to have a history of several weeks and the services used.

The same way it works on Xen server or VMware, it would be great to be able to manage de Proxmox containers and KVM from the UI. I already installed it on the Host (the promox) using the Debian install, which is great, but it would be great to have buttons to manage the VMs and see the performance.

Would be great if we could copy and paste into the remote desktop connection. The only way you can do it at the moment is to paste into the chat box. Which can be awkward if its a password.

I'm loving the ShadowProtect integration, but I was wondering if it would be possible to the same sort of integration for ImageManager (also made by StorageCraft, the developers of ShadowProtect)? It's great that I get notifications if ShadowProtect backups fail, but I'd love Pulseway to be able to monitor my ImageManager replications as well.

Another great feature to have would be the possibility to view a Network Topology Map. This would be a great addition to Pulseway. It can be located in a tab under the client's group and part the reporting features. Something similar to vCenter Server Map.

Date/Time Device Session User Confirmed Durration For audit it would be great if it was possible to document what when users has had a remote desktop session, and if it has been approved by the session user.

Hi MMSOFT, I would like to share some improvement suggestions for the Dashboard app. They are mainly seen from a dispatcher point of view, and not for a monitoring display screen, so they are centralized about the "All Notifications" list. 1. Change (default) view to "All Notifications" list. As a dispatcher the focus is on the notifications, and not the systems. It would be nice to be able the change the main window to the "All Notifications" list, insted of getting a popup window. It could be from the view menu, or by a separate launch-parameter/shortcut. 2. Sort columns in "All Notifications" list. It is not possible to the sort the no…

Moderators, if this is not the right forum, please feel free to move it. I'm looking to see if anyone has integrated IFTTT into your workflow. What I would like to do is, upon receipt of certain alarms from the RMM, trigger an IFTTT recipe. From there what happens really isn't important, but it has to do with notifications to my NOC. I imagine I could setup a separate email or text alert and have that fire off the IFTTT recipe, but I wanted to see what everyone else is doing, if at all. Thanks!

Hello, I would like a feature where when I remote into a users computer, you are given the option to block the user from inputting any information and or block them from viewing what you are doing.

This pertains to the PSA.. I know this is a SMALL thing, but it would be great if the phone number and email address default when inputting contacts could be customizable, or default to WORK. I imagine most of the MSPs that use Pulseway service businesses, and it would save a click or two when inputting a new contact.

Hi, To avoid unnecessary interruptions would you please tweak the application installed/monitoring as follows: 1. Track a history of application changes: name and date installed/uninstalled. 2. Alert wildcard exclude (ex. Application Name: "Mozilla Firefox*") such that when Mozilla Firefox 51.0.1 (x64 en-US) or it latest version are installed and uninstalled no alert is sent. The history is useful to know what application changes occurred recently and I'm also looking for alerts on non-standard applications. The later I do want a notification. Last year an international version of Adobe caused a black screen when logging into the desktop and because …

Hey there. First off, I must say that your app is great. I really enjoy the WOL feature (its like LogMeIn's but better), and the remote power actions + more (lock, hibernate, sleep, log off, etc). Another feature I would find to be very helpful would be the ability to download (or view) remote files when browsing the HDDs. I know I could use LogMeIn Ignition on the iPhone to drop files from my PC into my Dropbox, but it would be great to have the functionality built into this application... or at least be able to perform remote file operations - such as copying/cutting a file from folder c:\box into a different folder (like c:\dropbox) Just a suggestion to m…

Hi MMSOFT, Pulseway can already send us a notification "when critical or important updates are available". But we would like to be able to specify a time period in days, before we get a notification We have an other mecanism/script that installs Windows updates, but we would like to use the pulseway notication as fallback. So basicly we would like to enter a number of days, so the the search for available updates ignores updates released within the last X days. At the same time it would be nice to change the Windows update search criteria string Defaults could be someting like: string: IsInstalled=0 and Type='Software' and IsHidden=0 days: 14 An…

Hi, We are using the Zendesk-integration, and have some ideas that would improve the integration. 1. Notify that ticket creation fails. If password is changed or any other things result in Zendesk ticket not being created, we miss it. 2. Save ticket id on notification. It would be nothing more than fantastic if the notification list in Pulseway would visually show that a ticket was created. If it were possible to se the ticket number, you could also link directly to the Zendesk web app. Did I mention that this would be amazing?!!! 3. Global Zendesk settings. Today we set up Zendesk account for every server og group. I would be nice if the Zendesk accou…

It would be great id we would select multiple tickets in order to change their status. This would be particularly helpful with tickets that are generated automatically by the RMM based on an alert that's initial status has cleared.

Pulseway Dashboard (Currently 6.3) Data - All Notifications. Currently we can not: Ctrl + Select, Shift + Select All, Ctrl + A, Sort by columns. This is a daily task for me and so it would be fantastic to be able to use these simple functions.

Hey guys! I have a couple of things that would greatly improve my own workflow and also improving the remote desktop client in general, so I decided to collect them all in one thread. Please share your thoughts. 1. Adding sections for tags, notes and last logged on user in the Remote Desktop Client GUI. This is illustrated in the uploaded picture within this thread. 2. Transfer files. Both ways would be great, but at least being able to transfer from host to client at first. 3. Portable remote sessions. What I mean by this is to have a link that a user can go to (for example https://pulseway.yourdomain.com/help), and then download a portable ve…

Being able to browse all folders is great! Would be a nice addition if there were some capabilities to transfer files in both ways. Like an FTP solution on all endpoints.

Hello, I would love to see a rule added to the patching policy where you could filter patches by date. For example, only install patches that were released before a certain date. This would allow you pick a date that you were going to role out to your different environments and make sure you were installing the same patches on all systems (Dev, Test, Prod, etc) even if patches were released during the time you were moving from dev to prod for example.

It would be ideal if notifications would automatically clear when their trigger condition is no longer true, and a notification could be sent that the condition no longer exists (this could all be optional). For example, if a trigger condition is to fire off an elevated alert when disk space is below 10%, it should automatically clear the notification when that condition no longer exists (ie. free disk space increased to greater than 10%). This is something that would be extremely beneficial for dashboards. Right now, if an alert exists and is dealt with, the dashboard application still shows the elevated alert with the icon next to the system not green, and the …

It would be nice if there was a view similar to the Time Sheet, Time Entries list but that showed the start and end time of each entry and only showed the time entries for the tickets that had entries for the week. Autotask had this and it was a great way to help remind me of what I did in the "gaps" between ticket time entries. Having all open tickets in my queue just clutters the current view. Maybe have a button on that view that toggles between all the open tickets and no time entries showing and having only time entries showing with start and end times. It looks like this:

Hi Pulseway. Now we have your client on all our servers it would be nice if we could use it to write registry values on all devices. I was thinking of loading a *.reg file. Or it it should have some wau!!-factor you could parse *.adm and *.admx files. Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved
