Any chances you guys would consider building a desktop applet that has the look and feel of the phone app? Real quick navigation always on etc. The web portal is nice but when you are consistently on the road using the phone applet stopping and opening the desktop web portal seams clunky to me. 90% of the time I will return to the phone app (Android) to perform the usual commands. In our case we have a Rds shared apps that locks up users periodically and we quickly log in and disconnect the user. This function is painful on the web interface. Too many clicks besides the fact it is constantly disconnecting you. The web interface is great for updating and cr…

Hi, I would live to see an integration with the Windows Task Scheduler. So that you can see scheduled tasks or start tasks etc.

  3. Started by kavaa,

Would be great to have an option when you select multiple systems, to run a script. Now that's only possible with a Task... But if you just want to run a script on let's say 10 Systems and not 100 in a Group for example. This would be much faster. Also you don't need to create a Task for it, so everything stay's cleaner in that way.

  4. It would be nice if we could set up dynamic tags. Devices could have tags added/removed based by rules, like: does one or more files (from a list) exist on the device does one or more registy entries (from a list) exist on the device does one or more applications (from a list) exist as installed applications on the device. Of course it should be possible to use wildcards :-)

  5. Per PCI 3.2, TLS 1.0 will soon be required to be disabled. We tested this out on a few of our servers with Pulseway and after doing so the Pulseway Agent on the server stop reporting into the Pulseway Console. When trying to verify the account on the Pulseway Manager 5.1 we got the following error: An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to https://ws15.pulseway.com/Server.svc. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to theservice shutting down). See server logs for more details. The only way to fix it was to re-enable th…

Hi, I have some troubles with the Windows Update from Pulseway. If I start the update over a group optional updates are ignored and not all updates are shown. If I start the update per machine, than I am able to install the optional updates, but not all updates are shown. I tried over the Powershell with PSWindowsUpdates and the Windows Update Minitool, and they show the missing updates (see screenshot). It would be cool if you could offer the updates in the official Microsoft Windows Update Categories (e.g.https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/dubaisec/2016/01/28/windows-update-categories/), and if they would work for a group and a single device, A…

Hello, I need help with triggers. I would like to restart a service from a certain process load of 70%, is that possible? Regards Luca

When the Agent launches, it generates an "Computer is up and running" notification. It would be more accurate if it was accompanied by a notification that said, "PC Monitor agent has started". The "up and running" notification by itself is a little misleading. Maybe only a PCM newbie like me would make this mistake, but I found "up and running" notifications this morning. I went in to the Event logs to try to figure out why the computers had restarted, and why there wasn't a "shutting down" notification. What I found was that the agent had auto-updated; the computers were up the whole time. Here are the notifications I'd like to have seen this morning: PC Mon…

first feat. req is i think easy to mail event log detail from app, now when i have error in event log for instance in application i go in event details, i screenshot error and than send it, i think it will be easyer to send (mail) that detail direct from app on mobile phone. second req is i think is really nice, and it is about monitoring usb ports, everytime someone connect to usb port with usb stick or any other device, pc monitor app send notification to admin. thanks

I actually monitor 23 HP Proliant Servers. I will love to monitor the most possible HP hardware component like Smart Array SAS controllers. Even a module to inspect the HP Integrated Log Management. ILO2 support would be dreamy

  11. Started by JeffVandervoort,

I'm a big believer in principle of least permissions. AD includes several built-in levels of administrative permissions, and allows creation of many more through Delegation and Group Policy. PC Monitor makes every user an uber-admin, because it runs as LocalSystem, one of the most powerful accounts in a system. I'm a one-man shop at this point, but hope for big growth when I'm in production. There will come a time, possibly fairly soon, where I will no longer be able to use PC Monitor because it does not allow me to properly secure the system. I'd like for PCM to impersonate users, and use AD to determine what they are permitted to do, which servers they're permi…

I'd like to be able to tell PCM to monitor all HDDs, instead of specifying one at a time. And as HDDs are added and deleted, automatically monitor them, too. It's pretty rare to find a disk I don't care about! HDD monitoring should also report Windows' storage Events (from NTFS, Disk, ATAPI, SMART...all the built-in stuff) without having to explicitly set up Event Log notifications for them. And since we're on the subject again, a repeat request for monitoring mount points and not just drive letters.

I would love to see the current badPwdCount and badPasswordTime (as reflected in ADSI Edit) shown when looking at a user in Active Directory. Currently only the Logon Count is shown which isn't very informative by itself .. Thanks! Bill

The ability to view a users browsing habits and alerts on specified sites would be useful if possible

Hi guys, have you thought up your program to run on Windows 8? MetroUI would be a great app, and it would be very comfortable to work on computers with screens bigger and richer than those of a tablet or a phone. Here is a beta tester if they decide to do ;-)

I have setup an Event log Notification to alert me when a certain event occurs (which by the way works great). It would be nice to be able to tie a rule to that event notification. Example I have a notification that tells me when the exchange mail store dismount, I normall just do restart the information store service to remount. I would like to setup a rule that says when the event fires that the store is dismounted, wait 15 min then fire the rule to do a restart on the information store service

  17. Hello Mobile PC Monitor, Currently we have MPM implemented for about 1.5 year. The monitoring is very Dynamic and is easy to process. The only thing that we cannot monitor at this moment is Internet / browser history and active tabs. It would be extremely use-full if we could block webpages suck as www.facebook.com, and many more. Checking browsing history to know what they have been doing. Check current active sessions. In addition to blocking particular website's it would be more comfortable for the users that some websites are only blocked during worktime. Example: Employee has his lunch break from ...pm to ...pm (preferably with 24 hour clock). Kind …

We need some sort of visibility when modifying local clients to indicate that a group policy is being applied. Better yet it would be great if items applied in group policy (eg. Event log filters) showed in the configuration when locally modifying the client. This is so that someone modifying the local client that doesn't know that a group policy is applied or forgets to check group policy doesn't create a new notification for something that may already exists.

  20. Now.. i can see if updates need to be installed and give the install command. What about automating this.. or even scheduling this.. even better... When its a vmware environment.. schedule windows update install. But first automatically create snapshots of all systems and then install the windows updates. Afterwards .. sent a notification that the maintenance is done.. we can then check if the updates did not break anything.. and with a simple one click remove all the created snapshots and maintenance would be done.

  21. It would be nice to instead of only delete a notification also be able to archive a notification for later analases.. or comparison to notifications that come on other times..

  22. Started by Cptrico,

Hi Pulseway, I am a huge fan of the new automation you have made, it works really good. Just wondering if you have considered adding a way to schedule automation tasks / scripts to be run on time, instead of on demand only. ? //Cptrico, Johnni

  23. Hi, I have have some requests from management and staff using the dashboard at our company. Please could some of these be addressed or looked at? We would like to apply/replace the pulseway logo with our company logo, but we have no need for enterprise at this time (this may change in the future). Being able to drag an image to the dashboard installation folder as a simple start would be good, or "select an image" option in the settings - As a bonus, changing the colours of background and text would be fantastic. Custom sizing of text within the dashboard would help, as playing around with dpi within windows causes things to go onto two pages. (Chang…

Hi there, Are you guys looking at integrating Veeam? Surely you would be at some stage? Most of clients use this, and it would be awesome to have this module Matt

  25. Is there any plan or discussion to allow MSP's the ability to white label the agent settings such as the name, desktop shortcuts, icon, installation path name, etc? We used to have this with a former RMM tool we used and it was helpful to maintain brand consistency with our clients. Thank you, and keep up the great work!
