Hi All We have a client who we need to report pending Windows updates to prior to updating as they want to confirm if there are any that they need to test prior to production rollout. Windows Updates Legacy Report - The Windows Updates legacy report provides the information needed and we'd like to be able to schedule it and apply a Scope so that the report only returns the servers they'd be interested in. OR OS Patch for All Systems Report - Extend this report to also have a tick box to include pending OS patches (as reported within the Windows Update report). This inclusion would be a big help. Please simply integrate the asset data collected by RMM so that it is transferred to PSA for ticketing and asset management. This would be a HUGE competitive advantage for Pulseway. I am new to Pulseway and my expectation upon choosing Pulseway was that this functionality is built in. I now find out otherwise and I do not understand why asset info is not available to PSA when it is already captured in RMM? Lack of asset data from RMM to PSA causes so much extra work for each new machine added for every new client that if it isn't fixed soon I will need to leave Pulseway for a better alternative. I would like to be notified when QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise needs updating, if it can not be done through pulseway, then a "notification" would be fine. I have a lot of clients that uses QB and this will prevent them calling me, and this allows me to do my job better and faster. Thanks

It would be great to be able to run workflows in a user defined order and allow to stop processing further workflows.

We'd like to use workflows when a specific eventlog item is triggered. Now everything will send by email if you use workflows. + It is possible to send an email when a new system is registerd. It would be nice if you can also have a item in the workflow which states the total of the specified group. Thanks

Create Tasks unrelated to a project and allow them to be picked up/assigned direct through tasks in all tasks view.

We have need to be able to create a time entry related to administrative or etc items that do not have an associated task or project and do not wnat to have to create and or leave a task/project open indefinitely for administrative or etc processes, but would like to be able to track that time.

speaking of opportunities, it would be good to be able to change the Account listed on an opportunity. We use QuoteWerks to create our quotes. We have had issues where someone creates a quote and it adds another Account instead of using one that already exists. Being able to change the Account on the opportunity and then delete the duplicate Account would be great.

I'd like to request that when in a queue or a view, we are able to change status / assign tickets from the queue / views dashboard by left clicking the relevant section, and being able to change it from here, for instance left clicking the status, and it bring a drop down of all ticket statuses so I can then change it, or left clicking assignee, and being able to add an assignee straight from there. Client Portal is a good idea for very small sites, but if you have hundred of users it is not usable at all. Ideally, everyone should have access to the Portal via the icon without having to be setup at the back-end and required to log in. A default menu (populated with scripts, etc) should be available to all users. If it is not possible, an accessible workaround would be to integrate AzureAD with SSO and SCIM, so users are created/removed automatically and can login with no effort As it is currently, the client portal is not useful to us at all...

Currently when clicking on the Pulseway system tray icon, only two things appear - 1) Request Support and 2) About Pulseway. With most icons, when clicking on them their application opens up. Please could this be added for Pulseway on the desktop.

It would be nice to have an fully integrated back-up solution. This for the following 1. Microsoft 365 (and other look a likes) 2. Local back-up to the cloud. If we can push an back-up agent through our pulseway management for the local back-up of server and workstations to our devices it would be nice. Some of the above do have "clone" available. But not everything. I am new to PW and looking in to monitoring I found it is not possible (have not found it) to clone a Configuration\Profile\Folder that holds a lot of needed profiles. That could save some time, time is money 😉 So, I'd like to ask for development to always have the "clone" option in the back of their mind with everything they develop.

For security purposes and business operations, it would be advantageous for Pulseway to allow MSP's to white-label the systray app and desktop icon. It would be difficult for a hacker to see what RMM software is attached to the system if the entire application was white-labeled. Other RMM's allow this. Many other RMM platforms already have this feature available. We can setup our own email service already with SMTP or OAuth, which is great but can be a hassle with current day e-mail security measures. It would be nice if the Pulseway RMM platform was natively capable of sending email notifications without additional setup. For example, for our use: we would normally have a distribution group setup, alerts@business.com. We would have Pulseway send all notifications there to be reviewed and handled. I've been thinking (always dangerous) that instead of ADM/ADMX, or home-brewed Group Policy Registry Preferences as I've proposed before, how about giving us a subfolder in %ProgramData% where we can drop XML exports. PCM will check the folder every 15 minutes and import them when it finds them, then delete them. Symantec Antivirus worked that way for years.
