I would like to see a feature that you can create some basic custom commands. For instance, a button on the app that allows you to empty the trashcan, delete temporary files, clear Internet data, or even just run a full system cleaner session. However, having a button that leads to a new menu, and being able to add a wide variety of commands to that that are preprogrammed by pulse way, then preselected by the user to be in that list. Then make sure it is open to custom API's for even more functionality.

I think it would be nice to receive a notification when a printer status changes to X (i.e. "other") for X number of minutes. Helpful for a print server.

Hi marius, A great feature would be a broadband speed test. Example: client phones up saying broadband is slow, we would open pc monitor and ask the pc to run a speed test and display the download and upload speed / ping, same as speedtest.net We could then work out if there is any issue from the test. At the moment we have to jump on via remote control and run it. Regards, Phil

On any computer, let us select all Ports that are currently listening. On Windows boxes, if Windows Firewall is running, allow us to narrow that choice to all inbound ports open in Windows Firewall.

Hi, I tell you what is really missing, when someone replies to your chat and you’re not in the Pulseway app. It would be really good if an icon would appear like the red or yellow explanation mark, but a picture of an envelope to tell you then have replied. Can you add that feature?

I know that Webroot integration is a recent addition, but we have been using Malwarebytes and love the most recent version. A way to integrate this into Pulseway would be incredible.

Hi All, New to the software and love its ease of use. I am looking for an update from the roadmap on when the custom reporting may be available? Things like asset reporting on all PCs with x of software (Eg. office 2010) or License numbers of x software.Have a microsoft audit for example and need to gather all the FPP license numbers! All the information you appear to have already from the summary and detail asset reports its just the selection of those items into one report. or if any one knows a script that performs that task?

Show historical perfromance data (CPU/Memory) such as daily/weekly, should also be available when machine is offline 3. Display local IP next to External IP 4. Could we add an alias to be displayed along side the device name in the systems view? Or maybe display the last logged in user. Just so it's easier to find a user machine without having to remember/find the device name.

Hi There Love the program. Just a minor tweak. In the dashboard there's an option under Settings->Runtime that once selected will "Play a system sound on new alerts" Can we have an option to select and play different sounds (saved WAV or MP3 files stored on our PC) on new alerts? Extending that a bit further, I would also like to be able to be able to choose different sounds for different monitored PCs for different types of alerts. I need to buy a 3rd monitor to put the Dashboard up permanently, for now I sometimes find that the dashboard gets hidden by my work so relying on sounds would be a great help. Hi. I would really like to see the SQL Server Module to support Azure SQL. I'm loving the ShadowProtect integration, but I was wondering if it would be possible to the same sort of integration for ImageManager (also made by StorageCraft, the developers of ShadowProtect)? It's great that I get notifications if ShadowProtect backups fail, but I'd love Pulseway to be able to monitor my ImageManager replications as well.

We do IT for multiple company. (Managed Services) Maybe a idea to scan all devices in the network and do a audit of the found devices? And then make a rapport out of the outcome? So we can present it to the company and show them what they got of hardware and software.

When searching and installing from the app it should show a process bar, a small future Maybe but i hate When i dont see how much of it that have been installed :/

Why is the "computer is started" notification not available as workflow trigger? I understand the "System offline" + "System back online" triggers in cases where you monitor servers with Pulseway (which are supposed to be online all the time). In our case we monitor remote workstations that get booted up and shut down daily. If we could use "computer is started" as trigger it would be ideal to run eg. an automation script once a system is booted up.

It would be really good if it could find missing and out of date drivers.

Will be able to see in the next release an option to update time on a bulk action for multiple tickets?

The touch interface on the phone apps is great, however when using the web application on a multi-touch computer it is very difficult to scroll both through the computers and on the computer details screen. Would it be possible to have this scroll like the mobile platform apps? If not, maybe a little bit wider scroll bar would help. I just think it would be nice to be able to use this on touch-enabled computers. Thanks for your consideration.

is there a feature (or could one be created) that creates a report to show the uptime of a server over a period of time?? so just showing times and dates the server went off/on. there is a performance graph on the web interface, but its not something that can be given to a client as a report.

Hi, I'd like to submit a feature request to be able to disable items which are not being used such as NOC, Setup, Slack Integrations, Backup Plugin for example. maybe under server admin -> settings -> option under here for example? Cheers, Quenten

Not sure if anyone might find this helpful but 2 way chat may be helpful from within the app... Another feature which would be nice is keyboard/mouse in use. I have this feature with logmein and it is great as you might hesitate rebooting or performing a task which may affect the user currently logged in like applying windows updates...

Create Restore Point without UAC prompt

Hi - currently, if a pc's OS is trashed & the OS is re-installed (same hardware, same pc name), re-adding it to PC monitor does not overwrite the "dead" entry of the previous installation - is this something that could this be implemented at some stage please ?

One of the things keeping us from pushing Pulseway out on all of our managed computers is that its very difficult to change the Pulseway settings on many computers at once (you have to change each computer individually). If there was some way that we could push a settings change to a whole group this would help enormously (most other RMM software seems to use Policies or Templates for this).
