  1. Hello, is it possible to integrate Google Authenticator for 2 factor authentication? It is free, simple to code and would increase security again. regards Markus

first feat. req is i think easy to mail event log detail from app, now when i have error in event log for instance in application i go in event details, i screenshot error and than send it, i think it will be easyer to send (mail) that detail direct from app on mobile phone. second req is i think is really nice, and it is about monitoring usb ports, everytime someone connect to usb port with usb stick or any other device, pc monitor app send notification to admin. thanks

  3. It doesn't look lige 2FA is used in Dashboard and Remote Desktop apps. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just not implemented yet?

  4. Hi Team, I wanted to request that Frontapp be added to the 3rd party management tool since we have about 150-180 users who use it. https://frontapp.com/ This is becoming increasing necessary since we are adding remote phone system to the Front app . Let me know if there is anything i can do to facilitate this need. Thank you, Sean Faria

  5. Please expand the list of programs on 3rd Party Patch management. Some suggestions: Adobe Flash Amazon Corretto (Since Oracle Java is not free anymore) Dropbox Gimp Google Gsync (GSuite) K-lite Codec LibreOffice OpenVPN Thunderbird WhatsApp Desktop Client

Hello fellow forum readers! The new policies setting within Pulseway seems like a good step forward, great job on that! Now on to the request part of the post; It seems silly to just be able to assign a single policy to a customer. A better solution would be to allow multiple policy settings to a single Agent Group. This way you can specify a default policy for all customers, and finetune the policy for specific solutions. In the customer only policy it would be possible to filter out specific errors, which are a known feature for the particular Agent Group. Looking forward to a response, Alex Grolleman

Especially on our own server instances. It's not like the namespace is shared. What do you do with names like Tim Wah or John So ? Me: Hi there Mr Lu, welcome to our MSP. Your username for our RMM tool is wanluxxx. Have a nice day. Mr Lu: ... Where do I submit my resignation?

  8. Is there anyway to show the last 3 scripts that have been ran on a system. Perhaps right below the run automation scripts. Nothing too detailed, but per system it would be nice to see what's been ran recently maybe title of script ran date and complete or failed status.

Hi Guys, We just started to use PC Monitor to monitor our network it's a great product! We have got a few requests/ideas that could be quite usefull: Is it possible that an associated account can get owner rights with a extra option or someting, so that account can edit the computer settings in the Dashboard app We would like te see which account had installed new applications on a computer, now you can only see the installed application name, version and publisher. The search option In the mobile app should be more advanced, for now we got a total of 233 computer in the computer list with all kinds of group names and a lot of computers have the same computer name, so …

Hi! When i look at the prices for monitoring more than 3 computers i came up with an idea... Why not have a 4-5 computer limit at a lower cost like 10-15 EUR...?? That i would and could pay. Or maybe just 3 computers limit at the same cost... ToddeSwe

I don't know why, but i have very low notification sound. It would be nice, if i could change it to my own .mp3 or whatever else file i have on. Thanks, good luck! P.S It think the native android notification sound is not suitable for this things. For a critical errors i'd like to have possibilty to set my own mp3 file with a siren or some loud noise.

  13. We monitor a large number of Windows and Linux systems, and keeping track of the pulseway configuration file for all the systems can be a pain at times. The ability to download the config from all systems via some option on my.pulseway.com would be a godsend.

I would like to request the ability to export your current list of notifications to a file for archiving purposes. This way you can clear all current notifications but retain the information for reference purposes. Thanks for a great product!

  15. Hello All, I think that it would be extremely helpful to include information regarding the age of the computer, and more warranty information in app without having to purchases a third party integration such as WarrantyMaster. It would do this by pulling information based on the serial tag.

Instead of MB for ram usage there could be a setting in the Pulseway app to show GB instead of MB. When you have so much ram it’s a little tricky to try to convert MB to GB. https://imgur.com/a/nTrBkAG

i have several techs who have pcmonitor on their phones and manage my customer systems. is there somewhere where i can see a log of what actions they are peforming from there phones etc. Ex. User initiated windows updates, User reset users password. User diabled account in domain. User stop and start service. This would be very important for an enterprise solution where multiple techs access the same systems and for audit....

Love the Web app, but some times there is too much clicking. Have you guys thought about an accordion layout style to see the different elements. See Attachment.

Just lately we have been seeing a lot of repeated Account Locked notifications. The really strange thing is that very often this is for accounts that are already disabled or expired (the Guest account is a very good example). I'd like to suggest that the Account lock notification checks and filters out notifications that are on Expired and/or Disabled Accounts... ( perhaps this could be an optional (check box style) feature.. ) ( Quite why / how Windows is locking disabled accounts is another issue entirely... ) Cheers

Hi, we use Acronis Backup. The normal version and the cloud version, which fits perfect to our MSP program. It would be cool, if we could monitor the agents directly over Pulseway. Thanks, Christian.

would like a menu to manage active directory so we don't have to click through to a device with the active directory module also would like to be able to browse the forest (see forest tree) would also be good if we can move items into OUs and create new groups/OUs

  22. In the active directory module we can see users that are locked out, is it possible to add users with expired passwords as well. Instead if searching for a user sometimes I just want to see a list of users, would it be possible to show all users Instead of searching for them? Reason being it's a quick way to help clients with expired passwords and a quick way to see any abnormal accounts in AD.

  23. Started by wpatterson,

I would love to see the current badPwdCount and badPasswordTime (as reflected in ADSI Edit) shown when looking at a user in Active Directory. Currently only the Logon Count is shown which isn't very informative by itself .. Thanks! Bill

I'm a big believer in principle of least permissions. AD includes several built-in levels of administrative permissions, and allows creation of many more through Delegation and Group Policy. PC Monitor makes every user an uber-admin, because it runs as LocalSystem, one of the most powerful accounts in a system. I'm a one-man shop at this point, but hope for big growth when I'm in production. There will come a time, possibly fairly soon, where I will no longer be able to use PC Monitor because it does not allow me to properly secure the system. I'd like for PCM to impersonate users, and use AD to determine what they are permitted to do, which servers they're permi…

It would be great if we could get a notification when a user locks out their account.
