Hello guys. This error is showing up when I'm trying to install it! I recently installed it, but i didn't show on my desktop nor the "delete programs" tabs So i can't uninstall it and reinstall it! it has installed fine then my PC should restart - So i though it wasn't installed so i install it then it says this error! Help please!

Hi All, I have a handful of computers and I only have remote access to them. Is there a way to import/push a config to a site without having to "log on/load the app/import config"? I can edit the config settings remotely but cannot import remotely. Can this be done? Thanks Tony

Hi Pulseway was setup by someone who has now left and I have installed the client upon multiple computers and servers which all appear within Pulseway manager / Manage systems and in the pulseway dashboard but none appear within the mobile app nor within the webapp. I have obviously missed something, but what? Answers on a postcard to the usual address...

Hi, so I'm a little confused. The Pulseway app on my phone allows me to run "built in" automated scripts. I cannot find anything about them in the manual or in the forum. So my question is where are they and how do we create new ones? im currently looking to run power she'll scripts but if the app has built in scripts then that might be the way to go. thank you tony

Hi, I have pulseway on a Windows server 2016. The cpu is a Cpu is Xeon E3-1285L V4 3,4 GHz and the cpu temp alert is activated with a threshold of 92°C. Sometimes (couple of times per day) I receive pulseway alert that the temp is higher. If I check the graph it is only a spike (attached). Is there a way to set pulseway to send an alert only if the cpu temp is higher than xxxx for xxxx secs? I would like to filter the spikes.

Hi all, fairly new user to Pulseway here. I have my customers up and running with some "standard" configs I made by exporting/importing them as I went. That's was all pretty smooth. Now I would like to make a change to a customers computers - specifically I would like to monitor for a running service. I can see how to do that by going through each machine from the dashboard and remotely editing the config, checking the service to be monitored, turning on service based alerts - and this all works. Hello, I was having an issue install the Kaspersky Anti-Virus on a machine, and decided to try uninstalling Pulseway from the system. I uninstalled the program, and deleted the service using the sc delete "PC Monitor" command under an administrator account. The issue I am having, is the re-installation fails, and hangs on the "scheduled tasks" portion of the initialization wizard (the part before the pc monitor panel comes up). After the installer crashes, it still shows the application as "installed" for the user, and most things work on the machine. (remote desktop does not from the pulseway dashboard). Hi all, During the 5.4.4 update, I have seen a few systems that have not restarted the Pulseway service. I thought the systems were offline, but it was only the Pulseway service not running. Has anyone else seen this?

So, I'm aware that generally the resolution is the resolution of the actual monitor, but I hit a new issue: I no longer have a monitor attached to a PC I'm connecting to, and hence, it's defaulting to the Basic Video Adapter at 800x600. For normal RDP, the resolution is set by the client connecting to the machine, but that's not an option with Pulseway Remote. Is anyone else using this software with a no-monitor setup and how can I increase the resolution to a functional size?

Good day, Firstly I want to state that I am not familiar with this application and that this is the first time that I've worked with it so please go easy on me. So I need to setup Remote Access for one of our vendors. I created the account for him but when he tries to log in remotely it gives him an "unable to access remote server" error. Hi, I use Pulseway only for parental monitoring, so my kid won't play online games instead of studying when I am not home -I get notified when he launches the game program and then I can kill the game from my mobile phone-, but the little bastard learnt to kill all processes in task manager before playing. I know Pulseway creates an entry in the task scheduler to launch "watchdog.bat" if it goes down, but, I don't know why, but watchdog.bat no longer exists in my pulsway folder (I reinstalled it just in case, but no, no watchdog.bat). If I create a task to launch PCMonitorSrv.exe and pcmontask.exe every minute they would not start, so I assume they must be launched …

I've installed the connector but when I check my add-ins, the Pulseway PSA Outlook Extension is inactive with the load behavior of: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in. I've tried checking the box to enable it. I've tried restarting Outlook. I've tried restarting the PC. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin. Where should I go from here?

Something has changed in Kaspersky client version - 10.3.3.275 It is blocking the edit of a config file in the Users Apddata local folder - causing the app to crash This works with earlier versions of Kaspersky (10.2.5.3201) Excluding folders and applications etc makes no difference. The only thing that works is to reboot the server - having told Kasperksy not to run at all - then all is fine. Help please ! Thanks

Hi, The remote desktop tab in the Pulseway manager displays greyed out options. I'm not able to tick or untick the "Enable remote desktop" despite being an admin. I managed to enable it using Powershell. However, I now have the problem where the "Ask for user confirmation before allowing any remote desktop session" is also greyed out and "deny the connection" is ticked. Is there a powershell command to change it to "allow the connection" please? Thanks in advance.

We've used one single installation package which we've distributed via our old RMM. After the systems have been installed we've manually moved them to correct Org/Site/Agent Group. However, pretty much in the midst of this installation, I renamed the Org/Site/Agent group which we used for installation which resulted in that we can see a number of systems (100+) have the Pulseway software installed, but they are not visible in Pulseway. So somehow they are connected to a specific name of Org/Site/Agent Group. How can we get those systems visible? Do we need to recreate the old names of the Org/Site Agent Group? If so, the problem is that I don't have…

I have one customer workstation (actually a laptop) that I cannot assign a patch policy. All of the other systems in this customer group are fine. When I try to assign it via my mobile, I get "change OS patch policy command failed". Nor can I assign it via the Pulseway Web app - it shows "no actions available" for that one system. I tried remotely restarting the laptop, and I tried repairing the local agent installation, but no joy. Any suggestions? Thanks! Bob

PC keeps waking up after the latest update Any idea?!

The current remote software I use allows me to Blank the Client screen. I searched the forum and didn't find anything on this here. I also poked through the settings and couldn't find one in Pulseway. Is there an ability to blank the remote screen out while I'm working? For instance, on my work computer I have confidential information, if I am working remotely I don't necessarily want someone to be able to watch what I have on my screen.

Hello everybody (sorry for my bad english). My PulseWay Monitor was not working anymore so i tried to delete the program and reinstall it to make it work again. I have a policy applied to all workstations which under Notifications > Storage is set to send a notification when a non-system partition has less than 25% (this value doesn't matter for now), however I have one workstation where I want to change this value. I can do this using the Pulseway manager, but this involves logging onto the computer to do it. When I change this setting via Pulseway Manager I can see that it adds an entry in the registry under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MMSOFT Design\PC Monitor\HDDList - so in theory I could script this/do it remotely without interrupting the user to log onto their PC to set it, however I can't see where the Id0…

During testing we have removed the installer entries from the registry on a managed PC. Therefore, Pulseway is not listed on Add/Remove Programs. How do we now uninstall Pulseway?
