Hi When I install Webroot from the within pulseway it shows as installed but there is no trace of webroot on the target PC? It also does not show up in the webroot console which leads me to believe that while pulseway says it is installed it clearly is not? Target PC is Windows 7 Pro. I have uninstalled both WR and PW in the hope that a reinstall would work. Reinstalled pulseway and WR not showing up on the target PC or WR console. Never had problems installing before !! Hello and Thank you in advance. What is the best way to setup monitoring on an agent and then push that agent out to all desktops? Would doing an EXPORT/IMPORT on Group Policies accomplish this? Thank you, dp

We monitor 29 Windows servers and recently 3 of them won't connect anymore. When I try and validate account I get an error "Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority" I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. All other server work fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Brian

Hello, I created a GPO to install the Pulseway_64.msi application and modified a few things via Orca. However I don't know what values to modify so it installs the Pulseway application for all users on a machine. Any assistance on the issue will be a big help.

We are currently assessing Pulseway and use Nagios presently for monitoring. A core requirement is to be able to monitor files & folders, we have two requirements: a) Monitor the files in a folder with the "abc" extension and alert if one exists with a "Created Date" greater than 2 hours ago b) Monitor the folder "Modified date" and alert if less than 2 hours ago Is this possible with Pulseway?

Hi, I am testing Pulseway and have deployed a few agents, all good. One of the agents I have configured as a discovery probe, all good. The probe has located a number but not all of the computers on the LAN. At another site the probe is not locating ANY other computers on the LAN. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

A bit of introduction: I'm a happy user of Pulseway Manager. I use Pulseway Manager Enterprise (but for this topic it doesn't really matter). I manage quite large deployment with 250 Pulseway monitored machines. Someone else installed (via GPO) and did some basic setup. After running basic setup for a while, someone else changed some settings and tweaked it a bit. Finally ... again someone said lets change things around... This got me to this point... I am trying to a WR to one of my client pc's. I have purchased the licence from within the pulseway web app. Where do I find the licence key / number ? I all ready have one client installed so their is no option to select trial again...... Also their is no "Trial Site" in the WR console to correspond to my in app WR purchase?

Hi all, During the 5.4.4 update, I have seen a few systems that have not restarted the Pulseway service. I thought the systems were offline, but it was only the Pulseway service not running. Has anyone else seen this?

Hi. I'm migrating from another RMM, and was wondering if someone could assist in creating a job on the current RMM, that will "silently" install Pulseway agent onto the machines for me?

Does the Pulseway RMM clear the alerts automatically if the alert has been resolved? IE a patch, we have patch management set to run nightly. The patches get installed but the alert still remains?

Hi all I'm new to Pulseway and I was wondering what the fastest way to do a quick install is, other than mass deployment (which requires a server). More and more clients are opting for Office 365 without an on-prem server. For these clients, is it possible for me to roll a custom agent install, or at least save a configuration file which can be loaded with a command line switch or something, so that installation on a bunch of serverless workstations can be accomplished without a lot of clicky clicky through the setup GUI?

I have installed the Outlook sync addin to sync my PSA events and service calls with Outlook calendar. It sorta works but not really. 1st problem: It injects HTML code into the Outlook subject like this example: <span style="font-family: Calibri;">Client: Fred's Paving<br /> Location: Office - Artesian<br /> Ticket Number: 20180321-1<br /> Ticket Title: Upgrade Susie's PC to Windows 10</span> 2nd problem: I set it to sync every 5 mins. Everytime it syncs, I get a duplicate copy of calendar entries (service calls) into Outlook. Every time sync runs, I get another copy. Not really functional....

When we install Webroot from the "Agent Status" tab in the Pulseway WebApp, it continuously says that it is installing Webroot when in fact it is installed. I can't run any actions until this issue is resolved. What could cause this?

Hi There We updated our Thawte certificate and applied the update to our dedicated pulseway server. We have a 2008 server that goes offline when applying the new cert, when we switch back to the old cert the server comes back online. We have an environment with over 70 Servers and this Windows 2008 enterprise server is the only one that gives us the following error when validating its credentials. Please advise what steps to follow? We have checked time and date settings, ensured machine is up to date. All the best, Thomas

Hi guys/gals, I have a client that in the past i made a user account for so he can use the windows app store Pulseway to keep an eye on his systems and it worked great. I gave him access to his group only. However, he brought me a new system that I added the agent to but this system does not display in his app. (It does in my systems fine, but I am an admin and he is a user) Where do I go to set what systems he has access to view? I have picked through all the settings and just can't find it again like I did initially several months ago. I just figured that since he should have read access to his group...and this new system is IN his group, it would appea…

Hi all, fairly new user to Pulseway here. I have my customers up and running with some "standard" configs I made by exporting/importing them as I went. That's was all pretty smooth. Now I would like to make a change to a customers computers - specifically I would like to monitor for a running service. I can see how to do that by going through each machine from the dashboard and remotely editing the config, checking the service to be monitored, turning on service based alerts - and this all works. What I am trying to do is the following: Have an automated way of installing Pulseway for Domain and non-domain joined devices and it go into the correct reporting groups etc For Domain joined, I understand I can install through GPO and then import configuration For non-Domain joined, I obviously will need to double click the msi file manually, but what I would like to do is have a way of importing the configuration automatically also. Hi, so I'm a little confused. The Pulseway app on my phone allows me to run "built in" automated scripts. I cannot find anything about them in the manual or in the forum. So my question is where are they and how do we create new ones? im currently looking to run power she'll scripts but if the app has built in scripts then that might be the way to go. thank you tony

I had a customers computer stolen from me. I didn't have Pulseway Installed. However, I did have CCleaner Cloud installed. CCleaner Cloud allows remote install of .MSI. I made a custom .MSI file with the help of the support team. It has all my creds and server info and doesn't install the icons. This is perfect. My only problem, and this is testing on a local machine before full perfection, is that the "PC Monitor" service doesn't automatically start after install. So how do I gain control. Is there something in the MSI i can edit to auto start the service? If I can, I can view the webcam and help police identify the user who stole my laptop. Please help!! …
