e.g. processor, ram, serial number Pulseway has gathered that information, it is stored somewhere, it is useful information for supporting customers (whether the machine is on or off), it is available via the rather cumbersome reports - so why is it not visible via systems or groups when the asset is offline? I am testing the free version for the company I work for to make sure this is what we want. So far this program is perfect for what we are looking for. The only problem is that we have computers out in the field that I need that I need to be able to remote into and I cant get the remote desktop feature to work. When i set it up here in the office on our network I can connect, but when i have a computer setup on a wireless card (different network) I can connect. Is there a feature or a service i need to enable to make it work? I did change to settings for the IP address when it changed networks. Ever since the IPhone update I haven't been able to look at screenshots of my computer. I am also unable to use the webcam function because niether of them show up on my phone menu. But on my laptop it says both are checked off. Am I doing something wrong?

not sure where to post this question, so gone for general. is there a way, or should i create a feature request, to create a disk space report (say a graph) to show disk space usage over a period of time, i know i can create a number of notifications, with priority getting higher and higher as the space gets lower and lower to see that the space on a selected disk is getting low, but would be nice to create a graph so we can predict when the disk is due to run out? thanks in advance Gary

Having trouble finding where to do an exclusion in KAV for Windows. KAV quarantined some files that are required for some X-Ray software on a client. Need to make sure these files are not treated as a virus.

For customers with locked down outbound access we need to get them a list of IP' to allow Pulseway to function properly, including the Pulseway Remote access. The list that has been shared is: 69.65.50.4 69.65.50.6 69.65.50.5 69.65.50.9 69.65.38.27 The customer added those, but the Pulseway Remote was not working until they added 69.65.48.240 as well. Does anyone out there by chance have a current list of IP addresses for the Pulseway communication to function properly? Thanks

As a result, I have developed a plugin for 3CX Windows Client that opens a ticket as you pick up the phone from an incoming call. How can I reset my account password? I have managed to lock it due to to many failed attempts and cant for the life of me remember the password I set against the account on first creation. hi peeps. im new to this program so i hope you all can forgive me for this question. im using pulseway manager to monitor my pc activity at home when im away. i just cant figure out how to set it up so it will start automatically on windows start. what i tried so far is to put a shortcut of the program on the startup folder. but i found that the pulseway manager menu is showing as launching on the screen. i want it startup discreetly. can anyone show me the way to do it? thanks in advance. btw im using windows 7.

OK - I've been using the trial 3 licences for a week or so - and we love it ! Hello, Kind of a strange one here: I took over doing IT for a company that had hired a small IT firm before turning to in-house IT. The IT firm was using Pulseway to monitor our servers and workstations, but we paid for the licensing. The IT firm started to use Pulseway to monitor their other clients as well. When I took over I demanded to have access as we paid for the software and was given it, the license will expire in about 5 weeks now. They had set up some custom triggers and such that I would like to keep using without reconfiguring everything. So can I create a new account and import the old account configuration to it? I have 3 computers listed on my account; but get the message 'your account is over quota'.  If I delete the message; it comes back shortly.  One of the three computers didn't seem to be reporting properly (it shows down); but the computer is in fact up and the PC Monitor service is running.  I revalidated my account successfully on the computer as well as on my iPad2 (ios5) and my iPhone4s (ios5).  I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the client on that computer; but still there is no change.  I continue to have and see 3 computers on my account; but one doesn't report right and I continue to get the over-quota message.

Thank you guys for this great software! It's been a huge help to me in the past couple of months! I love the rapid development and seamless upgrades!
