Hello, When examining a connected computer under New Systems (Beta)/Systems/<Machine Name>/Printers I can only see "local" printers (Send to Onenote, XPS writer and Fax). The network attached printer (shared from a local server) cannot be seen. Is this by design or a yet to be implemented feature? Appreciate your time in reply.

Hey guys, i'm having an issue or 2 with a laptop i'm administrating in a Nursing home its a Lenovo ThinkPad X131e (3369) I3 4GB and 500GB hdd (80%free) Webcam: The webcam will only take one shot and then will stop responding to commands, on the PC client it will work fine the 1st shot after a reboot. If you then attempt another shot a few hours latter it thinks about it for less then 5 seconds then displays Data Not Available. on the Android client (Samsung S3) it takes 2 or 3 seconds then just black, don't have an iOS device It has always been like this, since setup 4 weeks ago... We've got a bout 30 Pulseway clients showing as offline as of 1 hour ago. They all still have internet access as our remote control software is working. Any issues with the Pulseway servers at your end?

Hi This morning one of our servers was rebooting ever 5 or 6 minutes and since I could not find a cause I removed the PW manager and the Problem was solved. Reinstalled it and problem was there again and so I removed it again and we'll called it a day for now. But like 6hrs later my phone was going completely nuts with one warning after another and almost all server were in the same bootloop, restart and after 5 minutes the next reboot So I checked the workstations and yes same issue here, I just don't have warnings for them. We have a server with a lot of brute force attacks RDP: 3389 SQL: 1433 We can see in event viewer two repeated events (failed loing attempts) eventID: 4625 Microsoft Windows Security Auditing eventID: 18456 MSSQLSERVER We want to receive a notification when we receive "5 o more" failed login attempts in RDP and SQL. Can we use "Pulseway Counters" or "Pulseway evenlog"? How?

I hope I am in the right Subforum to ask this question. I recently started to use Pulseway and am impressed what I am able to do with it but I noticed one feature missing that I need. Is it possible with Pulseway to check Servers/Clients with log files for backups if they have been successful or failed? For example if there is a NAS connected to a network and someone is doing a USB Backup on it I want to check if it has failed so I will get a notification when it fails. I want to use it on Windows and Linux machines so my best guess is to use a script of somekind right?

Hi, I have a Pulseway free account. Recently I added a new user account to my main Windows 11 PC. This PC has two users with the Pulseway application installed on both. I also have another system being used as a home media server and this has Pulseway installed. For some reason, Pulseway thinks I have three registered systems on my account even though the account itself only shows two systems. Please could someone explain why this is happening. Is this a bug?

Hi All, I tried to search the forum/site for an answer to this so please forgive me if I missed it. Can anyone explain the difference between the Pro and Team versions of Pulseway. I near as I can figure the Pro version does everything I need. My set-up is a simple 10 system small business set-up. I don't require any 3rd party services like Connectwise, AV or backups, etc. So what else does the Team version offer that the Pro does not? Thanks, David

So, Wake on Lan seems to work as my machine wakes up (being sent from iPhone, outside of network). However, I still get a "failure" notice and then my machine wakes up. Is this a bug, or something else I may have configured wrong. I did change the port from the default "9" to something else in your system settings. Is it possibly also trying to ping old port settings? Just want to make sure my installation is secure. Thanks.

I have MegaRaid controller cards in several of my servers. On my Windows servers I can use an app called MegaRaid Manager that logs errors and other info to the application event log that Pulseway monitors for me wonderfully. However, on my Linux servers the app different, it is called StorCLI. I can get plenty of information from this and even have a log generated but I don't know how to get Pulseway configured to monitor it. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Aaron

Hi, Is it possible to execute / run .msi files via the web or iphone app? I have a new machine with PC Monitor installed and now I need remote access to the machine. We use ScreenConnect and I have the .msi installer file on the remote PC but now need it to run to install it. This is a remote PC with no one at the site to run the installer fo rme.
