Quite some time ago I recall mentioning the possibility of being able to export and import the list of performance counters from PC Monitor Manager, System, Performance Counters. I understand some are specific to a machine ie Network Interfaces but a lot are generic such as Memory (Available Byes, Committed Bytes etc) or Physical Disk, _Total (%Disk Time, Disk Bytes/sec etc) or Processor _Total %processor Time etc etc A lot of these generic counters are very useful in establishing performance benchmarks and trends over time. However its very time consuming indeed to have to select the same things for 100+ machines and the ability to simply export and import these sep…

I was wondering if there was a plan to monitor website like the ping check but it would go onto a website and look for a specific string of text every X minutes to make sure it is loading correctly. Maybe it could even be a plugin? This would be great and we could use this for all our monitoring not just the base servers. Thanks Allan

  3. Hi, To avoid unnecessary interruptions would you please tweak the application installed/monitoring as follows: 1. Track a history of application changes: name and date installed/uninstalled. 2. Alert wildcard exclude (ex. Application Name: "Mozilla Firefox*") such that when Mozilla Firefox 51.0.1 (x64 en-US) or it latest version are installed and uninstalled no alert is sent. The history is useful to know what application changes occurred recently and I'm also looking for alerts on non-standard applications. The later I do want a notification. Last year an international version of Adobe caused a black screen when logging into the desktop and because …

Hi, we use the Pulseway MSP edition, and it would be cool to have more details in the Computer Information: Customer Location Computer Name Some of our Customers have more than one office, and so it would be easier to administrate. Thanks, Christian.

  5. Hi, I think I have asked for it before, but can not find it. I think it would be very easy for you to implement :-) For CPU-notifications we can provide a timespan, but not for memory. This gives us a lot of notifications on memory peaks. We would like also to provide a timespan for memory. Please consider this a feature request. Br, Martin.

  6. It would be really nice to get an alert when the windows DHCP scope is almost full.

Dear developers, we are using your fantastic software since a week. Right now: Your tool rescued my weekend by reporting an administrative error. A downtime statistic would be interesting for me. We work with external it consultants and i have to controll them. Therefore it would help to get a detailed statistic of each machine. Our contractors guarantee an specified service level. This consists of an ratio uptime to downtime etc. Is to implement this feature possible? We need the downtime of machines, services and special server components like Exchange, SQL etc. With best regards Carsten

  8. Hi MMSOFT, I would like to share some improvement suggestions for the Dashboard app. They are mainly seen from a dispatcher point of view, and not for a monitoring display screen, so they are centralized about the "All Notifications" list. 1. Change (default) view to "All Notifications" list. As a dispatcher the focus is on the notifications, and not the systems. It would be nice to be able the change the main window to the "All Notifications" list, insted of getting a popup window. It could be from the view menu, or by a separate launch-parameter/shortcut. 2. Sort columns in "All Notifications" list. It is not possible to the sort the no…

I apologize if this is already present - I looked but didn't see anything or another similar request. Would it be possible to have some indicator (icon or text next to the pc name) that shows if the desktop is locked? Thanks and great work!

Hi, Apologies if this is covered elsewhere. Can the next update to Dashboard please modify the Data --> All Notifications screen to have :- a) allow multi select of the list items allow shortcut keys to the buttons like most Windows dialogs (eg. Alt-A for Delete All Notifications, Alt-V for View Selected Notification, Alt-S for Delete Selected Notification, etc) Thanks.

  11. It would be great (save me a lot of time) if, when downloading the custom Windows agent installer, there was an option to specify if the installer should create shortcuts or not. IOW, in addition to selecting the organization, site and agent group, there would also be an option (true/false) for "create program shortcuts" (or similar).

Hi! As far as I know, all major monitoring systems have the ability to customize graphs... Because a picture is worth a thousand words, a screenshot of my installation of Zabbix. It's by far not as pretty as pulseway but the ability to customize the timeframe of the graph is sometime I frequently use. Would it be possible to create an extra menu item called "Graphs" When we click on that, I'd like to se a list of devices I'm monitoring in the middle pane. Clicking on a computer would then give me all the sensors that have (historical) data in the right pane. Ofcourse, clicking on a sensor opens a graph with a customizable timeframe so that I can see…

  13. Please enhance the graphs that are generated in the applications. For instance, the network graph does not even specify the time scale at the bottom (See image attached). It should also have the ability to scale the graph to look at different time ranges. Also it would be nice to be able to see a graph of things like the performance counters. We are loving just about everything about PulseWay at our company, the biggest wish here though is to be able to see historical information over time in graphs for the various monitored metrics. This is a pretty standard feature of every other monitoring product on the market, please bring it to PulseWay! Thanks, …

I've mentioned this to the sales team before, not sure if its on your list or not. One of the reasons I like PSA so much is because of its good UX. Its a good looking console. It appears that a lot of time has gone into the visual design. However, in most free form text boxes the default font is the horrible Times New Roman, a serif font when the rest of the system uses non-serif fonts. Even in text boxes that you can change the font, the default is still Times New Roman and its a pain to constantly highlight the text and change it. Also, there are numerous text boxes where you cannot set the font. Times New Roman is the font that appears in the time log and note en…

  15. Hi. We have the idea, that it would be great if you could define two separate configurations sets for a server. The second set could be a transparent version of the real configuration set, but with possibility to disable every notification fine grained. Then it should be possible to set up a week schedule for when to use each configuration set, like "service hours" and "off-service hours". Perhaps also an option to "postpone notifications durring off-service hours" to first let them be send, when entering service hours again. Today most of our servers is not services 24/7, and we get a lot of performance notifications durring night, related to backup (like,…

  16. Hey all, i have installed the dashboard app on our admin console, but it looks horrible compared to the one in the Windows Store!! unfortunatly, that one doesnt allow one to start a remote desktop session! please fix this.. I would rather not sell my clients an ugly dashboard

Could you add information about hardware BIOS versions and dates for each computer. Therefore we can also monitor any updates required for all hardware

  18. Hi. When receiving the notification "The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down" I am always wondering who is shutting down the server. Could it be possible to add information about which user initiated the shutdown? I know that Windows write it to the eventlog, so the information should be available. If it could possible to match the users with RDP connections, so we also can see what client the user was connected from, it would something near perfect. The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down by user 'XXX' logged on interactively. The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down by user 'XXX' logged on remotely from client …

  19. It would be nice if we could view a global list of software with number of installations, and could uninstall software from that list. Or simply uninstall by group, similar to how the Windows Update feature works.

Receive an alert when the PC / Server is waiting to reboot Pascal

Hoping to see support for this in pulse way. I have about 30 deployments of hyper-v with Altaro and hyper-v and it would be great to be able to interact with Altaro via pulseway as Altaro has no mobile interface and requires logging into the computer to get any relevant info or to kick off a backup of VM's.

  22. Hi MMSOFT. We think it would be a very nice feature to add RDP to your Remote Desktop Client Desktop App. We mostly use Azure VMs, and here RDP is enabled by default using a custom TCP port. It could be configured on the managed deviced like this. Add Windows RDP to Pulseway Remote Desktop Client [ ] no [x] yes Connect to RDP through [x] public ip [ ] other ip/dns: ________________ Use custom TCP port [ ] no - use default 3389 [x] yes - port: ________________ Of course it could be done with VNC and other common remote tools too. Some options could maybe be discovered by the pulseway client itself - like Teamviewer ID. Best Regards, …

Hi all! I'm frequently using the "Send Message" feature that Pulseway provide, and it's usually when I need to quickly distribute information to our employees. I've found that you can send messages to a specific client, or a specific group (both of which are great). But it would be even better if we can select multiple groups to send the message to as a third option. It's not a big deal to copy the message and go into each group and send the message from there, but it's more of a convenience thing. Please consider it at least! // Martin

  24. Hi. It would be amazing if all reports had a "Generate individual reports for each organization" option. Then we could just schedule a single report for "all systems" and get individual reports for each customer. The alternative is to set up individual reports scoped for each customer. And as a bonus remember to set up new reports every time a new customer is onboarded. :-)

  25. Dear Team, Pulseway is popular for monitoring current status of servers/services,- now our management asks for a report listing not only xx% uptime for each server,- but also includes date/time and duration for each downtime per server,- how/When can Pulseway deliver such a report ? Regards, Martin
