Hi Guys, We've been using Pulseway for years, great product. One thing we could do with is the ability to monitor Arcserve UDP backups, nothing fancy just an alert to tell us if a backup has failed and possibly why it failed. I'm fairly sure Arcserve publish a full api guide. Thanks

I noticed that there is no Asset info section for Linux agents. Can this be added? I know that the Dev team relies on OS built-in commands to gather hardware and BIOS info for this section, so I wanted to offer some insight on how to gather hardware and BIOS info in Linux using built-in commands. Here is a gist outlining the basic commands for your Dev team reference: https://gist.github.com/flatlinebb/87bba149eed8ce91b8553c20dfae027d For those that do not want to click on a link to an external website, here is a snippet: How to view the system specs in linux Open terminal and type sudo dmidecode --type. Don't click Enter yet! after --type, you can wri…

It would be helpful to be able to view asset info of offline computers. I'm currently having to maintain a separate inventory for things like service tag/serial numbers - it would be great if I could view it right in Pulseway even when a computer is offline (we have a lot of mobile users).

Instead of performing necromancy on this older thread, I will raise this question again. Why can we not see asset info for offline systems? I know this is available through reports, but that's a ton of steps to go through when it's already readily available offline (since the Reports can search it) and it should just be visible. This has been a big gotcha (along with not seeing internal IPs without running a report or being able to copy/paste in remote sessions) as we moved from another tool to Pulseway. I've seen more than one thread about this, and each time the response is 'run a report'. Please stop brushing it off as 'RTFM' and provide the functionality we're a…

Afternoon It would be great if we could make Asset Info available when devices are offline. For example if a remote users PC fails to function and is still under warranty trying to explain to a user where to find the device Make, Model and serial number to log a warranty case is not always easy. If the asset information was available when the device was off line then it would make this process mach easier as it contains all the information required Cheers peter Example D…

Pulseway should introduce a dedicated asset management module to provide comprehensive tracking and management of hardware and software across IT environments. Currently, Pulseway focuses heavily on monitoring, but adding an asset management feature would enable users to easily track equipment, licensing, and lifecycle status in one centralized platform. This would streamline inventory management, reduce manual effort, and help IT teams stay on top of hardware warranties, software licenses, and scheduled maintenance. By integrating asset management, Pulseway can offer a complete solution for IT administrators who need real-time insights into both their systems' perfo…

Perhaps I'm missing the feature or the request, but can we have Pulseway tell us how long a system has been offline? At some point it stops counting the days and it just says "offline". Would be great for culling systems that get missed in the turnover.

If we could assign devices to multiple groups and we could filter according to the groups. This way you could have a group titled "Servers - Wednesday restart" and apply the updates to this group in one go before an automated restart.

I like how granular the associated account access can be as it is sometimes beneficial, however, this is process of associating accounts to several technicians is cumbersome to manage. Please add a checkbox to user account details that would allow associated accounts access to all systems. Example in attached photo. It would be even more beneficial if this checkbox could optionally be tied to a Scope. Thanks!

We do IT for multiple company. (Managed Services) Maybe a idea to scan all devices in the network and do a audit of the found devices? And then make a rapport out of the outcome? So we can present it to the company and show them what they got of hardware and software.

i'd like to see the audit log search updated to provide the free search option that was previously available. For example i use event notifications to record VPN connections, previously i could search the audit log for 'VPN' and find all the associated events. now i have to run multiple searches on a system exporting the results while guessing the time frame due to the export limitation. once the data is exported i then have to search the data extracting the information required and spend around 30 to 45 minutes performing a task that previously took only a minute or two.

First of all great product, tx. I plan to develop some plugins for the community, things that I use a lot and could be useful so this feature request could go either way... Option 1: an API to design custom reports Option 2: an audit report This report needs to have the following information to be worthwhile * Computer Make * Computer Model * Computer Serial number * Computer Mac * IP address * Domain * Computer OS * OS key (Windows) Additional fields should include the group it's in and the computer users name - I normally put this in the Computer Name field. I know there are hardware reports but they cover one piece of hardware across the entire g…

I'm running a mobile call-out service to residential clients at the moment. I'm wasting a lot of time on-site purely because clients lose their login credentials for their OS, router, email, iCloud account etc. Whilst I carry a job sheet and generally try to record these credentials, it would be so much more effective if I could have it all in the cloud and be able to access login details on the go. I'll be looking into a cost-effective cloud solution with sufficient security (eg. RepairShopr) but is it something that could be easily built into Pulseway? Regards, David.

It would be ideal if notifications would automatically clear when their trigger condition is no longer true, and a notification could be sent that the condition no longer exists (this could all be optional). For example, if a trigger condition is to fire off an elevated alert when disk space is below 10%, it should automatically clear the notification when that condition no longer exists (ie. free disk space increased to greater than 10%). This is something that would be extremely beneficial for dashboards. Right now, if an alert exists and is dealt with, the dashboard application still shows the elevated alert with the icon next to the system not green, and the …

Hey guys! I think Pulseway would be even better if the alerts would clear themselves when resolved.. For example, a server with available windows updates will reboot during our custom maintenance window but the alert will stay until I manually clear it in either the webGUI or the Dashboard app. Those kind of alerts along with cpu spikes, short memory outtage etc are more like "white noise" in the monitoring for me and I'd like to focus on alerts where a proper action is needed in order to resolve. To build further on this idea an even better improvement would be to tie alerts to scripts, so if Alert X is triggered, script Y will run and Alert X w…

Hi. It would be nice if we can tell pulseway to remove/uninstall the agent, when we remove it from the "my account" page. Br, Martin.

Weird but what I mean is. Could we have an option to automatically approve and force updates of a certain nature, like critical updates (mainly windows I guess). Most updates I want to approve and now I see I can even hide updates (awesome!), however critical updates should just be applied, no need for me to login and do it. Is this possible for future?

Remote Control really needs the ability to both trigger a reboot and to automatically reconnect when the system you're connected to completes the restart. Having it immediately disconnect when a reboot is triggered (usually if it's running as a service, it should be able to hold the session open for things like the first phase of installing Windows updates) and having to manually try over and over again to see if the machine has completed its reboot is really frustrating when you're trying to solve an issue remotely that requires a lot of reboots or even when you're just trying to do a number of updates to a system.

Hi, upon first-time configuration on new server I spend a lot of time to configure MONITORED SERVICES, one by one, having another window with SERVICES.MSC open and comparing services one by one, if it is running and whether to check it or not. I'd suggest better approach here: Improvement 1 would be to have a button under SERVICES tab, saying "Select all running services". Improvement 2 would be to have "Service status" shown under SERVICES tab Improvement 3 would be some sort of "Collective intelligence", where you'd have a button to "Select most common services", where info in background would be sorted on Pulseway servers, like, computer OS --> W…

We need to be able to automatically associate user accounts with agents based on group, or some other mechanism. We have all agents logged in using the admin account. Whenever we add new agents, we have to login in to the web console and manually associate the new agents with the user account(s) that need to manage/support them. It looks like this is already on the roadmap, do you have any update as to when this will be available? Thanks

I would like Pulseway to automatically adjust the number of licenses as I add or delete computers and servers. At the end of the month this could then automatically be added (or deleted if you remove clients) from the bill. As it is now its a problem to always have to buy or delete licenses manually as I go along. I dont want to buy a lot of extra licenses that I dont use just to have some in reserve in case i add a couple of clients. Also, I was locked out from admin center one time when I had one server license to little and had forgotten to adjust. That was a bit stressful as I needed to change something and could not figure out why I was blocke out at first.

It would be really nice to have a option in Enterprise server that automaticly adds newly added computers to a associated account. If you use unnatented installation through GPO to install your computers automaticly, then you have to add this computers manualy to the associated accounts.. mabye a checkbox in the account settings window? Thanks Robbin Schut Secom

I like automation and workflows but it has one big drawback. It can only run PW scrips or linux bash scripts. we cannot fire off any pulseway RMM internal functions. for example. Lets say when a computer checks in i want to launch a 3rd party Patch Management policy. Right now i can only do this on a timer or manually or set the policy for if missed, i can not make this part of a workflow. another thing i can't seem to do is have a workflow repeat. For example. i have a workflow that says when a computer registers it checkes and installs updates. Oviously for windows this needs to be done more than 1 time. I cannot find a way to have it check and then reche…

Would be nice have a way to customize the on-screen autoresponder when end-users send a support request.
