  1. Started by tdemeza,

I would like to see all of the phone apps be able to proactively monitor certain web sites etc to make sure they are up. We had a situation last night where our firewall went down and the PC Monitor software on my phone never went nuts. No noise or anything. So I did not know for 3 hours that everything on my side was inaccessible. Maybe there is something in the software that I have configured incorrectly, but I need to get this figured out ASAP. Thank you!

Would it be possible to add some sort of scripting capabilities to Pulseway, meaning I'd like to run a script to either make a change or uninstall a program across all of my clients. Or maybe that's already in place and I don't know it?

Here are some feature requests I wanted to share, to see if you (the main Developer), or other users like. Hope these are inspiring. --Notifications to add: - Would it be possible to detect the difference between a Sleep and Hibernate (for a suspended state) I am pretty sure windows broadcasts a WM message, or sends it to some WndProcs or something similar to decypher the difference. - Under the users section, could you add: When a user locks the computer (and report the user name that locked it) When a user unlocks the computer (and report the user name that unlocked it) - Supporting the 12 hour clock would also be nice, since I am use to that, and its easi…

A Dark Mode option for both the RMM Web UI and PSA UI would be nice.

can i request a feature that would be very useful? we have 50 servers that we are monitoring and want to enable a new feature from the latest release but as it stands at the moment i need to log onto each config to enable the feature. can there be some sort of master page to enable it on all servers (even if its just in a specific group) rather than doing each one individually? thanks gary

Would really like to use PSA, but it is just not intuitive... Especially for end users. I tried it on 10 of my users... none of them liked the interface. The resorted back to just emailing me. There should be a simple REPLY button for quick reply to tickets. The less steps for the end user, the better. I have to teach each user to send tickets... thats not good. We are using Freshdesk now because the client likes the ease of use. If the PSA followed some of freshdesk design ques, we would return. It also would be nice to have ticket notifications pushed to our mobile devices (possibly through the pulseway app) with the ability to respond on the fly. Love…

  7. It would be really useful when listing the Windows services in PC Monitor under System, Services if you could list the current service status ie if its Automatic, Manual, Disabled or Delayed Start that way it would be easier to add in the services that you want to monitor rather than having to refer to the Windows Services console as well. At the moment I have to access this information on each server or workstation rather than just looking at the PC Monitor list, it makes it rather tedious and easy to miss a service that you need to monitor.

  8. Hey Guys, It would be great if we had some integration with https://chocolatey.org for windows package management, its basically like apt-get or yum for windows which seems a lot better IMHO then ninite type solutions. Having its own tab under group policy for example to install selected apps across multiple machines and keep them updated within patch windows for example. This would be a huge benefit for Pulseway if done well. https://chocolatey.org/about https://chocolatey.org/pricing at only $3/year per machine its pretty competitive pricing. Cheers, Quenten

Hi, The Linux Agent appears to be missing some of the capabilities of its Windows version. I am looking for some way to raise alerts based on specific log entries or monitor file changes, etc. If the capability exists, can someone let me know how to set this up ? I can't find anything like this in the config file. Alternatively, is the a plugin or some command line program that will allow an external program or script to raise alerts ? For example, let's imagine there is a command line program called pwalerts. Our script could call it to raise alerts like :- #pwalerts 0 "RAID Event detected" 1 Where : pwalerts = the name of the alert injection program…

  10. I want to use two-factor authentication. I will not, until such time the timeout feature is controlled by me. I'm not sure how much time elapses between open the page and the timeout, but I can tell you it is too short. I want control of it, to the point of turning it off completely.

Would be cool if I can read the temps in fahrenheit. Unless there is a setting to change it that I couldn't find.

Hello, As 95% of my computers have configuration lock enabled it would be really nice to change / set passcode lock using the dashboard application. Paul.

  13. Started by NTE,

I have a lot of file servers. In the rare case that I would need to reboot one remotely, it would be great if I could view what files are open and by who (through computer management/shared folders/open files) that way, I could do it all from my phone.

Currently a scope can be created with matching "any" or "all" tags. It would be great if we had a "none" or "exclude" option, in which the listed tags would be excluded.

Currently it appears only Webroot is supported under AV policies. We signed up for Bitdefender and there are no policies there.

  16. I discoverd this app when browsing my ipod and loved it from the moment it booted up! however, I am not using this as a server monitor app. I use this to monitor temps, and processor/ RAM Spikes along with various other uses while Gaming. The First thing that would be nice is the ability to monitor your graphics card (Card's) temp, GDDR and GPU utilization, and fan. The second would be, I noticed that in hardware details, it gives me three mainboard temps. however they have no discription of what componnent is being monitord therefor i have no way of pinpointing a problem if there ever is one. ( i dont know if this is just limitid to my board or how the program was …

First of all : great product ! It still needs some tweaking to become mature , But looking at the changes in the last months and the planned new features i'm really hoping to get rid off Kaseya very soon and replace it with PC Monitor . I've got a feature request : in our company It is common that external software consultants get access to servers for software updates of there products or changes in there software configuration. We do give these external consultants a separate admin account to logon. same case with junior system admins , they get a separate account. When things go wrong on a server often the sofware guys and the network admin guys point a…

As an MSP, i have a small office where i have a huge TV Screen, where i can display important information. I am an Apple minded MSP, which means for Pulseway: running a VM with Windows to display the Windows Store app Dashboard. Having a mac mini running fullscreen RDP session to said VM, and transmit its display using Airplay to an Apple TV hooked up to the tv to display the dashboard. Not an ideal setup but alas! It works. At the moment, the Dashboard is static. There’s really no costumizing what so ever. I would very much like to have the ability to costumize the dashboard, preferably using CSS. That way, your userbase can setup Dashboards the way that benef…

  19. Hi, please add the ability to scan on different IP ranges/subnets with the probe deployment feature.

  20. Hi, I use high CPU notification to notify me when the CPU usage has been over 90% for the last 30 minutes. Even though I have added more minutes to the time period, I still get a lot of these notifications. I would really like to know what is causing these long periods of high CPU usage but the content of the notification always displays processes with very low CPU usage. Can something be done to get this list sorted by the highest CPU using process? Here is an example of the latest notification: The CPU usage on computer 'XXX' in group XXX -XXX -XXX' is above 90% for the last 30 minutes Top Processes: Windows Explorer (Explorer.EXE): …

It would be incredibly helpful if MPM would provide for the option to display the machine serial number using the command found here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/558124 Having this information display on the dashboard would be a HUGE help as service tags are used to contact manufactures for support and service as well as a better way to track inventory.

I feel like I'm missing something super simple here, but... Could an extension to the "restart" functionality be added so we're able to restart at a designated time or date? I know this can be done via schtasks or via PowerShell - it's not the point. It's a relatively simple function that I would imagine almost every MSP would use at some point. Previous RMM applications we've used have had this functionality too, and we're really missing it!

Hello, I've been thinking these days about a way to know the latency between the host computer and the end device, this feature can be useful in identifying lag spikes and network functionality between a monitored server and mobile device's network (the one you're testing). This can be performed in a series of ping tests between the host and mobile's network. This can be troublesome if the router or firewal on mobile's end is blocking ICMP requests. Let me know what you think about it. This would be a great tool when you need to connect vpn clients in a new network to know how bad it will work . Paul.
