It would be nice if we could view a global list of software with number of installations, and could uninstall software from that list. Or simply uninstall by group, similar to how the Windows Update feature works.

I want to use two-factor authentication. I will not, until such time the timeout feature is controlled by me. I'm not sure how much time elapses between open the page and the timeout, but I can tell you it is too short. I want control of it, to the point of turning it off completely.

It would be really useful when listing the Windows services in PC Monitor under System, Services if you could list the current service status ie if its Automatic, Manual, Disabled or Delayed Start that way it would be easier to add in the services that you want to monitor rather than having to refer to the Windows Services console as well. At the moment I have to access this information on each server or workstation rather than just looking at the PC Monitor list, it makes it rather tedious and easy to miss a service that you need to monitor.

It would be great (save me a lot of time) if, when downloading the custom Windows agent installer, there was an option to specify if the installer should create shortcuts or not. IOW, in addition to selecting the organization, site and agent group, there would also be an option (true/false) for "create program shortcuts" (or similar).

Dear Team, Pulseway is popular for monitoring current status of servers/services,- now our management asks for a report listing not only xx% uptime for each server,- but also includes date/time and duration for each downtime per server,- how/When can Pulseway deliver such a report ? Would really like to use PSA, but it is just not intuitive... Especially for end users. I tried it on 10 of my users... none of them liked the interface. The resorted back to just emailing me. There should be a simple REPLY button for quick reply to tickets. The less steps for the end user, the better. I have to teach each user to send tickets... thats not good. We are using Freshdesk now because the client likes the ease of use. If the PSA followed some of freshdesk design ques, we would return. It also would be nice to have ticket notifications pushed to our mobile devices (possibly through the pulseway app) with the ability to respond on the fly. Love…

Hi, The Linux Agent appears to be missing some of the capabilities of its Windows version. I am looking for some way to raise alerts based on specific log entries or monitor file changes, etc. If the capability exists, can someone let me know how to set this up ? I can't find anything like this in the config file. Alternatively, is the a plugin or some command line program that will allow an external program or script to raise alerts ? For example, let's imagine there is a command line program called pwalerts. Would it be possible to add some sort of scripting capabilities to Pulseway, meaning I'd like to run a script to either make a change or uninstall a program across all of my clients. Or maybe that's already in place and I don't know it?

I am creating Disaster Recovery DC/File Servers in the cloud for my customers and using DFSR to replicate the data there via Point to point VPN tunnels. Would be great to be able to monitor the health of DFSR and see the back logged files waiting to copy across.... Any chance this can be added to the Enterprise server?

Hi all! I'm frequently using the "Send Message" feature that Pulseway provide, and it's usually when I need to quickly distribute information to our employees. I've found that you can send messages to a specific client, or a specific group (both of which are great). But it would be even better if we can select multiple groups to send the message to as a third option. It's not a big deal to copy the message and go into each group and send the message from there, but it's more of a convenience thing. Please consider it at least! // Martin

It would be incredibly helpful if MPM would provide for the option to display the machine serial number using the command found here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/558124 Having this information display on the dashboard would be a HUGE help as service tags are used to contact manufactures for support and service as well as a better way to track inventory.

I have a lot of file servers. In the rare case that I would need to reboot one remotely, it would be great if I could view what files are open and by who (through computer management/shared folders/open files) that way, I could do it all from my phone.

Currently a scope can be created with matching "any" or "all" tags. It would be great if we had a "none" or "exclude" option, in which the listed tags would be excluded.

An option to download and delete a remote file would be awesome. There are a lot of files which can't be previewed and would be cool to download them from wherever I am and use the corresponding application.

Hey Guys, It would be great if we had some integration with https://chocolatey.org for windows package management, its basically like apt-get or yum for windows which seems a lot better IMHO then ninite type solutions. Having its own tab under group policy for example to install selected apps across multiple machines and keep them updated within patch windows for example. Hi. It would be amazing if all reports had a "Generate individual reports for each organization" option. Then we could just schedule a single report for "all systems" and get individual reports for each customer. The alternative is to set up individual reports scoped for each customer. And as a bonus remember to set up new reports every time a new customer is onboarded. :-)

I feel like I'm missing something super simple here, but... Could an extension to the "restart" functionality be added so we're able to restart at a designated time or date? I know this can be done via schtasks or via PowerShell - it's not the point. It's a relatively simple function that I would imagine almost every MSP would use at some point. Previous RMM applications we've used have had this functionality too, and we're really missing it!

Hello, I've been thinking these days about a way to know the latency between the host computer and the end device, this feature can be useful in identifying lag spikes and network functionality between a monitored server and mobile device's network (the one you're testing). This can be performed in a series of ping tests between the host and mobile's network. This can be troublesome if the router or firewal on mobile's end is blocking ICMP requests. Let me know what you think about it. This would be a great tool when you need to connect vpn clients in a new network to know how bad it will work . Paul.

Hello! I haven't found a way to do this. What I would love to see is the ability to mark the notifications as read/addressed in the console/iOS app, essentially resetting it to green without deleting the notification entirely, so that we can keep a log of the notifications.

It would be great if we could get a notification when a user locks out their account.

Linux Commands such as Yum update (As compared to Windows Update). eg. yum update * or yum update all Linux version should have its own set of update options, and Options to restart services such as httpd (command - service httpd restart) mysql (command - service mysqld restart / service mysql restart) cpanel (command - service cpanel restart) . Another to update antivirus command: freshclam (to update Clam AV) options to Update or run scripts on the linux server to get information. These are not only easy for your team, they would require very little coding.
