For some reason it is telling me that Active Directory is not installed on my computer. Although it detects that exchange is installed and setup just fine. Any reason this could be happening? Thanks.

We have a number of devices being monitor which means we have multiple pages on our dashboard. Is there a way to change the number of seconds for the rotation of the pages? Thanks Michael

The service ran fine until a couple of months ago, but I did not notice that it had stopped working until recently. I thought the issue may have been related to the name changing from PC Monitor to Pulseway so I first tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the installer failed stating that a step that could not be completed. I then searched for and removed files and registry entries relating to PC Monitor, PCMonitor, Pulseway, and MMSoft and was able to reinstall the application. Hello. I'm just trying out the product, which looks quite good. I'm receiving alerts quite late. For example, I shutdown my laptop the other night and it took more than 30 minutes for the alert to arrive, which isn't much use. I'm still in the trial mode and I'm hoping that's why these alerts aren't arriving much sooner.

Using the free 4 computer setup. Had a problem with one machine - Windows 7. Got it back up running and installed Pulseway but cannot see the machine in the Manage Systems section on the machine or any remote client such as Android. Uninstalled Pulseway Verified dot net to be correct and reinstalled Striped registry of all PC Monitor and Pulseway entries Installed Pulseway again but still will not show in any Managed Systems Any help - suggestions?

Good Morning (Australian Time) ive started using Pulseway for a few of my clients and have found that if i reboot the machine, Pulseway doesn't automatically start up again on two of them, was wondering whats going on, one is a win 8.1 machine the other is win 10. If i manaully log onto the machine i have to open pulseway and press start services for the device to start responding to dashboard, remote control etc..

So following the directions it's pretty odd. Installed the Agent/Desktop Manager on a test server and this is what I'm getting... Cannot validate, though the service starts anyway (I though in the directions it said machines wont populate unless the service is started and the service won't start unless validation is complete. All I'm getting is a constant username/password error. Even after password resets. Current passwords on 2 different accounts allow me to login into everything else, Dashboard etc...Go figure... So yeah, no idea what the deal is here.... Regards, Joe W

just installed in Msft Lumia 550 and installed pulseway mgr into PC. Created the account, I see the PC in monitoring sys and the smrtp in monitored devices. I can receive notifications from PC to smrtp but not vice-versa. Something is missing in my configuration? How can I have notifications from smrtp to PC? Please help, if possible

I want to send a batch file command through jenkins that will alter the config files for all the windows machines (i do this easily on my Linux machines). Reading through the documents here i see instructions for importing config files but that is it. Am i supposed to create my own config file and import it into my pulseway file? If so how do i go about this, I am having trouble understanding where to go from here. Thanks, Aaron

Is this OS supported? I got around one issue during install but remote desktop does not show any active sessions in Dashboard. Appears all other features work just fine.

Hi, it seems that the Notifications -> Event Log -> Event Log Filter is one of the usefullst things for me. Now I need to know, if I can use wildcards. For example: I use Altaro VM Backup for my backups. I searched with EventLogSourcesView for all possible sources on my system. In the moment I use this list: "Altaro Offsite Server, Altaro VM Backup, Altaro VM Backup Controller, Altaro VM Backup Engine, Altaro VM Backup Hyper-V Host Agent, Altaro.HyperV.WAN.RemoteService". It would be easier, if I could just say "Altaro*", but I don't know if this would work. Thanks Christian.

Hi, I've just installed this on a server as a test - all seemed to go very smoothly - and looks like a nice integrated solution. Slight issue in that I tested with EICAR virus (which it reported nicely ..) But to delete the notification in Kaspersky on the server I need a username and pwd - I tried my pulseway one - it says default user name is KLAdmin But so far I've not found a combination that works ! I tried to find a way to monitor hp and dell servers. Ive been using other more complex system that is doing a great job by finding all hardware sensors automatically via snmp. Pulseway is much more simple to use and configure though but it really lacks in hardware monitoring for server administrators. What i did was i created two files for event log that you can try out and import into your servers. I wish Pulseway would either add support for hp and dell server into their hardware module or rework the snmp module so we can add snmp templates for autodiscovery of hardware devices, like check_mk, nagios... I had a customers computer stolen from me. I didn't have Pulseway Installed. However, I did have CCleaner Cloud installed. CCleaner Cloud allows remote install of .MSI. I made a custom .MSI file with the help of the support team. It has all my creds and server info and doesn't install the icons. This is perfect. My only problem, and this is testing on a local machine before full perfection, is that the "PC Monitor" service doesn't automatically start after install. So how do I gain control. Is there something in the MSI i can edit to auto start the service? If I can, I can view the webcam and help police identify the user who stole my laptop. Please help!! …

Hi guys/gals, I have a client that in the past i made a user account for so he can use the windows app store Pulseway to keep an eye on his systems and it worked great. I gave him access to his group only. However, he brought me a new system that I added the agent to but this system does not display in his app. (It does in my systems fine, but I am an admin and he is a user) Where do I go to set what systems he has access to view? I have picked through all the settings and just can't find it again like I did initially several months ago. Is there any way to give an endpoint a custom name inside of Pulseway without having to remote into the endpoint and change it in the agent?

I retired a computer running Pulseway Manager and replaced it with a new one. MMSoft website FAQ describes the procedure to delete a monitored computer. Step one is to uninstall the Pulseway Manager on the computer to be deleted. I did not do that. I just archived the computer and reformatted the system drive. The next step is to bring up Pulseway Manager on another computer and use the Account tab to show a list of computers in the group, and delete it from there. I do not have an Account tab in any of my Pulseway Managers (v6.2.1). I signed on to my MMSoft website account thinking that I should be able to delete the computer from there.
