Hi, I have pulseway on a Windows server 2016. The cpu is a Cpu is Xeon E3-1285L V4 3,4 GHz and the cpu temp alert is activated with a threshold of 92°C. Sometimes (couple of times per day) I receive pulseway alert that the temp is higher. If I check the graph it is only a spike (attached). Is there a way to set pulseway to send an alert only if the cpu temp is higher than xxxx for xxxx secs? I would like to filter the spikes.

Hello, I was having an issue install the Kaspersky Anti-Virus on a machine, and decided to try uninstalling Pulseway from the system. I uninstalled the program, and deleted the service using the sc delete "PC Monitor" command under an administrator account. The issue I am having, is the re-installation fails, and hangs on the "scheduled tasks" portion of the initialization wizard (the part before the pc monitor panel comes up). After the installer crashes, it still shows the application as "installed" for the user, and most things work on the machine. (remote desktop does not from the pulseway dashboard). How can I set an alert so that when a Win10Pro Administrator level user account logins I receive an alert? Side request: does anyone know a way (Win10Pro) to give a Administrator Level User Account Runas ability while setting deny local login? I understand it might be possible via a GPO? I have a location (Peer-To-Peer) where all the Windows User accounts are being set to Standard Users and they will have a 2nd User account in some cases to allow Runas ability. I was just testing out Pulseway for my organisation. Wake-On-LAN works fine when on same network through pulseway app. I want this feature over WAN. I have already configured port forwarding in my router. But it gives error - wake-up command failed. Since this feature works on local network, I can simply assume that my network adapter and BIOS settings are configured correct. What might be the problem over internet? (Also: 3rd party WOL apps on Android do not even work on same WIFI. This can relate to some problem). Please assist me.

I've got a bunch of x8 and x9 series SuperMicro motherboards that Pulseway doesn't monitor the hardware on. Fans, temps, power, etc Both the SuperDoctor 3 and SuperDoctor 5 utilities detect the hardware as well as HWInfo. How can I get these monitored? Baring that, how can I get SNMP setup to check the local host to monitor the output from SuperDoctor 5?

How do i uninstall one Antivirus from all workstation through pulseway.. then install new one. is there any script available Or do i need to make one and is there any option to push that script through CMD on all workstation ?? PC keeps waking up after the latest update Any idea?!

Hi there, I'm currently evaluating Pulseway and one of the important features for our use case is to see the Command line of individual processes. (eg if you run Task Manager and right click the columns, 'Command line' is an option there.) This is due to one of the applications that we run spinning up multiple instances - the command line helps us differentiate which instance is running what as they are started with different parameters. Is there any way of achieving this? I did a quick search but it doesn't seem like this topic has come up previously that I can see. Thanks in advance! Dan

The current remote software I use allows me to Blank the Client screen. I searched the forum and didn't find anything on this here. I also poked through the settings and couldn't find one in Pulseway. Is there an ability to blank the remote screen out while I'm working? For instance, on my work computer I have confidential information, if I am working remotely I don't necessarily want someone to be able to watch what I have on my screen.

Hey forum, When I click "Next" to start the installation of an agent on a certain machine, I immediately get the error "The installer was interrupted before Pulseway could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again." However, it doing it again does not change anything. Any ideas? - Jaapyse

I removed a system from our list of systems in the configuration tree. I reinstalled Pulseway on the pc (system) and registered it again but it does not appear as a system in the configuration list How can restore a system that has been deleted in configuration?

Hi all, I'm trialling pulseway on the Free plan - I only have 2 machines I want to manage, but remote desktop is the killer feature for me replacing LogMeIn. I know I need a paid plan for remote desktop, but in the case of 2 machines, do I simply add another workstation (to give me 3, which will be fine) which moves me to a paid sub under the "Pro" plan? On the website, there's Free/Starter/Team plans, but no mention of "Pro". Is that the same as the starter feature set? Cheers, S.

I'm reasonably new to PW. I've just on-boarded 50 endpoints, and it automatically monitors Automatic services. That great, but Services like Bio-metric and Remote Registry; whilst configured as automatic, aren't always started.. So constant notifications. I know how to remove the service monitor, but is there an easy way to exclude certain services from being monitored globally?

We have a Heuristic warning be shown up in various places - always for the same file. Its been tested against a large number of AV engines and come up clean so pretty sure its a false positive. HEUR:Trojan.MSIL.Crypt.gen How do we report this to Kaspersky to get them to fix it? It seems that as it is bought through you we have no direct way of contacting them - is that correct? Thanks

My desktop has been running pc monitor for close to a year now. Suddenly it stopped working. My laptop is a clean build, never installed pc monitor. Both give me the same error on clicking Validate Account, or any other button inside the manager. "An error occurred creating the configuration section handler for system.serviceModel/client: Invalid access to memory location. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703E6) (C:\Program Files\ PC Monitor\PCMonitorManager.exe.Config line 10)" Both machines running win 7 64 bit. One is enterprise, the other is ultimate. Any ideas?

Hi! I have the following situation: Windows Server 2016 Standard, Windows Defender Features uninstalled, AV Product = Panda Adaptive Defense 360. The Pulseway RMM shows no AV Status. Only he said that the firewall and status from windows side is ok. Next to the server I have a Windows Client with the same situation but where the Panda is detected. It is clear that I can see only the status, but this is important. Perhaps someone has an idea in this case. BR Jens

Something has changed in Kaspersky client version - 10.3.3.275 It is blocking the edit of a config file in the Users Apddata local folder - causing the app to crash This works with earlier versions of Kaspersky (10.2.5.3201) Excluding folders and applications etc makes no difference. The only thing that works is to reboot the server - having told Kasperksy not to run at all - then all is fine. Help please ! Thanks

I have one customer workstation (actually a laptop) that I cannot assign a patch policy. All of the other systems in this customer group are fine. When I try to assign it via my mobile, I get "change OS patch policy command failed". Nor can I assign it via the Pulseway Web app - it shows "no actions available" for that one system. I tried remotely restarting the laptop, and I tried repairing the local agent installation, but no joy. Any suggestions? Thanks! Bob

We've used one single installation package which we've distributed via our old RMM. After the systems have been installed we've manually moved them to correct Org/Site/Agent Group. However, pretty much in the midst of this installation, I renamed the Org/Site/Agent group which we used for installation which resulted in that we can see a number of systems (100+) have the Pulseway software installed, but they are not visible in Pulseway. So somehow they are connected to a specific name of Org/Site/Agent Group. How can we get those systems visible? Do we need to recreate the old names of the Org/Site Agent Group? If so, the problem is that I don't have…

Hi, The remote desktop tab in the Pulseway manager displays greyed out options. I'm not able to tick or untick the "Enable remote desktop" despite being an admin. I managed to enable it using Powershell. However, I now have the problem where the "Ask for user confirmation before allowing any remote desktop session" is also greyed out and "deny the connection" is ticked. Is there a powershell command to change it to "allow the connection" please? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, i just updated 2 systems to the latest Windows 10 1903 update. Now KAV will not install anymore. We needed to delete the installation of KAV because of the new update (Some conflict at the update on both computers) After installing the new windows 1903 release the Pulseway Webapp is telling at the KAV section "Missing Agent" Does anyone noticed this also and has an solution?
