  3. Good Day, Does anyone else have an issue with the bottom panel missing on any of their Windows 11 agents? I cannot access the "Click here to allow changes", "Import Settings", "Export Settings" or the Knowledge Base buttons. I am seeing it on other agents. We uninstalled the Pulseway agent several times, deleted the program files and even cleared the Registry PC Monitor password values and even after re-installation it does not re-appear. Can anyone tell me if there was a change in the agent or something that needs to be done to restore visibility, thanks.

  4. I have been using Pulseway for a long time on my servers and VMs. I am implementing a Mobile Workforce using Windows 8 Tablets for my Technicians and I'd like to track them using Pulseway. The tablets are Wifi only, so when they are truly offline because they aren't connected to a wireless network, then the offline indication would be correct; however, when the screen falls asleep the device apparently puts the Wireless Adapter into a low-power state that closes the connection to the Pulseway servers, and they are shown as offline.     Hi Folks, Does anyone know how to obtain a valid subscription in order to use the Pulseway Dashboard? I have version 4.6.2 installed but I get a scrolling message along the bottom of the screen saying that it needs a valid subscription. Thanks in advance. JPC

    Is it just me? Getting weird unreadable errors, and win32 exceptions when trying to login. Mobile app returns 'service unavailable'.

    I'm able to login to Pulseway Remote Control. However, it shows some devices offline that aren't actually offline. For the ones that are still showing online, I'm unable to connect to them. When attempting to connect, it shows "starting remote control" but it never actually connects. I also occasionally get the warning that it is busy or no endpoint found at this address.

    Hej pulseway Is it possible to be allowed to use pulseway for private use I have 3 small devices right now that I would like to monitor as well as a lot of network equipment I currently have pulsway via my school user and have registered my private gmail for it and use it as main. Do you have a private solution or is it possible to transfer that server to my gmail? would like to pay for service if possible?

  16. Let me start off by saying this is not meant with any kind of hate or ill will. I very much love the Pulseway product overall, and I have been using it for a quite a number of years now. I very much want to see Pulseway continue to improve and catch up to a lot of the other RMMs out there by addressing some obvious "misses" with certain aspects of the software.   18. We are having issues with a single Pulseway agent and I need help troubleshooting it. We have 2 servers installed in this environment, the first Server Pulseway works without fault, however on the second server Pulseway worked briefly, however now appears to be offline in the web client. Connecting to the server and the service is running, agent is running, and registered. I can successfully unregister and reregister the agent.     Hi Everyone Update on Pulseway PSA. We experienced an outage yesterday that impacted our PSA customers, our dev team has investigated the issue and it was due to the infrastructure failure. There was a problem with the AWS host running our instance, and we have had to restore from and AMI backup. We now have fixed the issue and we are fully back up and running. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused and if anyone needs anything else please let me know. Stefan

    We recently started trialing Pulseway, hosting it on our own platform. We use Cloudflare for DNS. If you haven't used Cloudflare, it basically uses caching and proxy technology. Obviously, with Pulseway, you can't do that. So we disabled the proxy route (for now). Cloudflare has the ability to create rules to bypass the proxy/caching features, but still provide security. Has anyone used Cloudflare before, and has anyone used it in front of a Pulseway Server? If not, my thought is if anyone is interested in working on this together, we could.   24. Hi, I'm receiving a lot of fasle notifications for server down. But all servers that I have checked are working fine. These servers are locate in different datacenters and different countries. Is it possible that there are problems related to Pulseway Servers? is there link where there is the possibility to check the status of the Pulseway services? edit: I have problem with website too, there are many pages very slow to load (if they load).     Hi The pulseway service is using 5-10% CPU on our systems, is that really necessary? I mean, thats a lot for a monitoring service.. (16 core xeon, 32GB mem,SSD)
