Check out a few of the main highlights of what Pulseway 9.8 has in store: 🎥 Remote Control Session Recording: Record remote sessions manually or automatically for Windows agents, with shared or private sessions supported. Stored locally, but optional scripts allow uploads to Azure or AWS. 🤖 Automation Boost: Now, execute a workflow from within another workflow for powerful automations! Plus, you can import/export workflow (.flw) files to share with other Pulseway users. 🛠️ Device Management Enhancements: Track uptime, last login, serial number, MAC address, and more. Super handy for triage and information gathering. 🧑💻 PSA Ticketing from Agent Tray: Create support tickets directly from the agent tray with seamless PSA integration (Pulseway PSA, Autotask, ConnectWise). 📊 API & Patch Management Updates: Enhanced device data in API endpoints and filterable Patch Status by OS.
