My PC does not show up as online any more. When i press the Validate Account button in the PC application i get this error box "Error: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed." I have restarted the service and the PC, but i doesn't solve the problem. I do have access to the internet via cable and sharing a wireless hotspot for my mobile phone. Any ideas?

Hi, with Remote Desktop version 4.7.6 I noticed some bugs: When Remote Desktop is opened for some time, the Num Lock on my local keyboard gets set to whatever is set on remote machine and cannot be changed as long as Remote window is opened.Also typing into local programs is not possible if remote window is frozen (which seem to happen after leaving remote window active for few hours). Howdy folks. I've been successfully monitoring two of my PCs until recently with v2.6 on my iPhone. Lately, though, one of the PCs shows up as online in the iPhone app, but when I select it, no system details are populated. The second PC works fine still. Any ideas? Reinstalling the desktop application seemed to fix it.

Hi, We have 3 servers (2 dedicated and 1 VM) that are monitored by PC Monitor. When I click the 'Enter maintenance mode' context menu in the Dashboard the application says 'The command was sent successfuly and will be reflected soon in dashboard' but this never happens. Regards Paul

In the Pulseway Dashboard (V 5.4.1) we are noticing servers showing as Offline and then they go back online in 1 or 2 min. The issue is, the server is not offline. First, we setup Pulseway to show servers RED when they go offline, and more important, I'm connected to the server working on it. Then a few other servers show offline, and then go back online in 1 or 2 min. and this keeps cycling through our screen saying servers are offline at random. Anyone else seeing this.....Very weird.

Hi guys, Since the new update 4.3.2 of the PCM Dashboard, The Dashboad jumps to page 1 (we got 12) right after a refresh even when it's on pause. The is a problem beause we never reach page 12 and we are missing notifications this way. Can you please fix this? Greetz, Robbin Schut

Hi, When creating a new task I have selected a custom scope and then saved the task. However when I go back in and edit the task the scope keeps defaulting back to All Systems. Has anyone else experienced this? Regards D

I've noticed my external USB hard drive won't spin down (go idle) as long as the PC Monitor service is running. I've confirmed this by stopping the service and see the drive spin down after a short time. After restarting the service, the drive spins up and remains active. Can this be changed?

Hello, I'm having an issue where my android and iphone devices are no longer making sounds to the various alert levels & notifications... Is there an option that I am missing? I've made sure that I've picked a sound for each alert/notification level under the settings. But every time there is a notification, I don't receive any sound anymore... My android app version is 2.9. Any suggestions? thanks!

Hi Since the release candidate has been added to Pulseway some of our servers are unable to connect via remote desktop. The option is grayed out and says feature not enabled.

Hi support team When I try to conect to remote machines, in some of these machines menu option Ctrl+Alt+Supr is disabled or not working. These machines are Windows Server 2008. Is that a bug, or a setup poblem? Thanks!

It seems like when I try to restart a service in windows 10 it freezes with "stopping". Are there any known bugs with windows 10? Thanks

Good morning, I woke up today to an alert from PC Monitor that one of our DC's went down in the middle of the night so naturally I remote in and check. System was up just fine but PC monitor was seemingly uninstalled/missing (~\Program Files\PC Monitor contains a "PCMonitorSrv.InstallState" file along with a couple tmp files). We did our deployment of PC monitor yesterday afternoon and didn't seem to notice any problems. Any ideas? This is on a physical box running 08R2. I imported all of our hardware assets, computers and other devices into PSA. I set the 'Name' field for computers to match the name in RMM. When a ticket is created from a machine via RMM, a duplicate hardware asset is created with the same name. In the attached you can see an example of this. The first item was created recently, automatically. The second item was created initially when I imported all assets.

I simply tried the system as I saw it getting advertised on LinusTechTips, but after installing it I saw that it doesn't have the features I needed so I uninstalled it. Problem was after uninstalling it I kept getting system errors upon PC restarts and now some of my games simply stopped working, and to top it all off I noticed that my antivirus solutions had been turned off (malwarebytes and bitdefender). When I installed the APK about a month ago on my Android, there were 2 features which were "Webcam" and "Screens". They were removed to be part of the Paid version instead, and that's fine. Greetings. As the topic states 2 of my 3 monitored XP PCs will no longer Restart or Shutdown (LAN or WAN). Wake works just fine. I noticed that fast scrolling on iOS 5.1.1 on iPhone can crash app preety easly. This happens mostly when some data is loading/refreshing while you start scrolling. For example if i delete notifications and quickly jump into computers and fast scroll down (I've got over 40 machines) it crashes (it's visible the network is working then).

Hi there, I wanted to change the agent on a machine so it did push alerts only and no emails. When I went into "account details" I unchecked the "email" checkbox and tried to hit "save" but it said my email address is invalid....this is because the TLD for my email address is .CONSULTING ....I am assuming that the agent validates the email address based on the TLD, and .CONSULTING isn't on the list.
