Feature Requests

Here are two feature requests: 1. The ability to Clone Tasks 2. The ability to move Scripts from one folder to another Thank you!

Requesting a Two-Way sync between Autotask's PSA and Pulseway. (And possible more ticketing / PSA systems). I would like to see when a ticket gets resolved that the Pulseway resolves / deletes the notification. I tried to get something going with the API, only the Ticket ID is not being sent over to Autotask. This could be a quick workaround. P.S. Why is under every ticket the text: "Sent from Pulseway (www.pulseway.com)." being added? I already paid for the product .

not sure whether anyone uses ubiquiti wireless devices, but we now have a quite a few of them, and theyre managed centrally using a web interface. i was just wondering whether there is something that could be set up to monitor whether they go offline? i would set up a ping request, but most of the devices are on networks that dont have servers, and only have client laptops installed that dont have the pulseway software installed on, and arent there all the time anyway

Hi, I have compiled a long list of UI improvements, I hope you will find some of my suggestions useful. 1. CPU and Memory usage graphs need a time scale 2. Show historical perfromance data (CPU/Memory) such as daily/weekly, should also be available when machine is offline 3. Display local IP next to External IP 4. Under Asset Info, show motherboard brand/model, graphics card model if available, Windows ReleaseID (eg 1709) 5. Ability to run a Task on a single machine as you can run a Script (there is a workaround by creating a tag for a machine, then creating a scope for that tag, and executing the task for this scope, but this is cumbersome) 6. Currently when clicking on the Pulseway system tray icon, only two things appear - 1) Request Support and 2) About Pulseway. With most icons, when clicking on them their application opens up. Please could this be added for Pulseway on the desktop.

It would be nice if we could view a global list of software with number of installations, and could uninstall software from that list. Or simply uninstall by group, similar to how the Windows Update feature works.

It would be handy if there was an official Unraid client for Pulseway. Preferably one that installs as a plugin and can be managed from the Unraid UI.

Hi All, New to the software and love its ease of use. I am looking for an update from the roadmap on when the custom reporting may be available? Things like asset reporting on all PCs with x of software (Eg. office 2010) or License numbers of x software.Have a microsoft audit for example and need to gather all the FPP license numbers! All the information you appear to have already from the summary and detail asset reports its just the selection of those items into one report. or if any one knows a script that performs that task?

Hi, Is it possible to have options to update: Adobe Flash Adobe Reader Java Firefox Google Chrome Sliverlight VLC Player And maybe other programs? For there updates we now still need to login to the servers. If you could bundle Pulseway with some Scripts to auto update the applications that would be Great. I Think that there are more applications that are popular like: CCleaner etc. that many of us use, and do not get updates automatically.

Hello, I think I saw something about this in another post and wanted to follow up. It sounds like there may be updates to the reporting feature. Do we know when? It would be great to have more reports and report options. Reports are a big help in customer meetings and show our value.

I may be missing this but is there a report to show up time be it 100% or 10% would be nice to know and show customers.

I am planning on rolling out the enterprise version of pc monitor to all PCs. I know it can notify me of when usb devices are but used but I was wondering if it could also record what files are being transmitted to and from the device in the syslog server? This would be an extremely sell-able feature.

Why is the "computer is started" notification not available as workflow trigger? I understand the "System offline" + "System back online" triggers in cases where you monitor servers with Pulseway (which are supposed to be online all the time). In our case we monitor remote workstations that get booted up and shut down daily. If we could use "computer is started" as trigger it would be ideal to run eg. an automation script once a system is booted up.

Had an idea for a self help portal for users using Pulseway. I was looking through the API and didn't see any hooks to allow this; but what if admins could define a list of scripts that users could self-run on their systems through Pulseway. A good use case for this would be installing common apps like Google Chrome or doing a series of regular tasks like emptying recycling bins or clearing various caches. Basically giving users access to a set list of scripts that they can run on their own computers through Pulseway. Some competitors (datto) offer the ability for users to access scripts/software installs directly from their tray icon. This feature would greatly decrease overhead for things like software installs and common tasks.

Would be great if we could manage user accounts I.E Lock, Change Password, Assign Permissions/Groups etc. Also Share Monitoring is a must for me, being about to see who is logged into a share, which files they are viewing etc Also being able to log them off/disconnect... Thanks great software!

I think that a user satisfaction survey would be ideal for Pulseway, configurable with the questions of your choice and allows HR or Operations Managers to view metrics and reports on engineers to find weaknesses, offer praise and provide training where needs be.

On the iPad and iPhone monitoring app, would it be possible to have a larger window for Send a Message? If the message is a multi-line message, you cannot see the complete message, or the layout. Cannot tell if the receiver is going to receive the entire message or not. Txs

I discoverd this app when browsing my ipod and loved it from the moment it booted up! however, I am not using this as a server monitor app. I use this to monitor temps, and processor/ RAM Spikes along with various other uses while Gaming. The First thing that would be nice is the ability to monitor your graphics card (Card's) temp, GDDR and GPU utilization, and fan. The second would be, I noticed that in hardware details, it gives me three mainboard temps. however they have no discription of what componnent is being monitord therefor i have no way of pinpointing a problem if there ever is one.
