One huge feature missing that other RMM'S seem to do (NinjaRMM / Syncro) Run a script as the user logged in. Surely you can integrate this. I know you can impersonate a user but this means entering their login details and its a pain if the user changes their password.

Add options to use certain Third Party Remote Control instead of your builtin Solution

It would be helpful to be able to view asset info of offline computers. I'm currently having to maintain a separate inventory for things like service tag/serial numbers - it would be great if I could view it right in Pulseway even when a computer is offline (we have a lot of mobile users).

An idea, i have a lot of clients that also gives mobile phone to there employees. Maybe posibile to also make an IOS and Andriod Agent, so we can manage the phone's so they don't download app's they there not allowed to. And also to delete all data of the phone when somebody lost theres. Maybe install app's remotely that are allowed bij management.

Next to Goto System, I would like to see Goto Services which takes you straight to the services of the system.

hi there, is there any way that the pulseway app can send a notification when a new network device is connected to the network and gather some info on what it is?? then once it has got this info, run a report to show what devices are connected to the network at a given time?? just floating ideas out there thanks in advance Gary

I am wondering if there has been any thought / discussion among your dev team to provide an interface like LogMeIn or TeamViewer where the user could see a screen in real time and move around / click the mouse and send keyboard input? Both applications (TV and LMI) implement it perfectly, and PC Monitor seems half way there, with User Session detection, Screenshotting, and NT Service based architecture. I know I am stretching that a bit, because mouse and keyboard input isn't a simple task, but because PC Monitor allows setup through a proxy and is seemingly transparent among firewalls, or other filtered remoting tools, I would find this feature baked into PC Monitor …

Hi, at the moment Request Support over the Pulseway Manager only supports a chat feature. The idea is to give the possibility to send an email to the support company, and if possible also with a screenshot feature. So it would be possible to create a ticket in the help desk system, or get a simple email. Not everything needs to be done immediatelly over a chat. Thanks, Christian.

Just lately we have been seeing a lot of repeated Account Locked notifications. The really strange thing is that very often this is for accounts that are already disabled or expired (the Guest account is a very good example). I'd like to suggest that the Account lock notification checks and filters out notifications that are on Expired and/or Disabled Accounts... ( perhaps this could be an optional (check box style) feature.. ) ( Quite why / how Windows is locking disabled accounts is another issue entirely... ) Cheers

This pertains to the PSA.. I know this is a SMALL thing, but it would be great if the phone number and email address default when inputting contacts could be customizable, or default to WORK. I imagine most of the MSPs that use Pulseway service businesses, and it would save a click or two when inputting a new contact.

Hello, I would like a feature where when I remote into a users computer, you are given the option to block the user from inputting any information and or block them from viewing what you are doing.

Hi Pulseway, I love the chat feature to talk to our customers, however is there any way you can enable any responses from customer to go into notifications. We have to stay in the chat section on the iPhone to see their responses. Customers doesn't always respond straight away. An alert would be good so we can use other sections of Pulseway whilst waiting for their response etc. Thanks Phil

It would be nice to have the ability to reorganize scripts. We have Categories available for organization, but no way to move a script from one category to another. As our script library grows, we'd like to add some more granular categorization, but this would require us to recreate scripts in the new categories and delete them from the old. Drag and drop reorganization would be great here.

It would be nice to be able to change the order of the scripts. Also to be able to move a script into a different category that we might create at a later date.

Where possible, we try to avoid using standalone directories and use our Active Directory for primary authentication. I'm sure it would pose a number of technical limitations due to the way Pulseway agents connect to the server, but it would be great if our techs could login to the pulseway server with their AD credentials - either a direct LDAP call or Authenticating through a radius server (the latter opens up the opportunity for lots of MFA vendors as most support MFA via radius).

Hello there ! Recently I found Mobile PC Monitor and must admitt very quckly become great fan of it! Incredible application that I already advised lots of people to use. I'm also big fan of Windows Home Server, MS solution dedicated to small business/home usage. For me this is primary platform I'm using PC Monitor with. And this leads to few features request: - would it be possible to have PC Monitor dasboard integrated into WHS/SBS dasboard as WHS/SBS add-in? - would it be possible to forward WHS/SBS alerts PC Monitor notifications? - and a bit from other angle; would it be possible to have UPS monitoring included? Not 100% sure if this has been suggested before, but I didn't see it when I was looking around. If it has, my apologies. Offline Changes (per workstation) I am currently monitoring quite a few workstations that are shutdown each night. For me, it would be really beneficial to be able to make changes to the Pulseway Manager (remotely via the Pulseway Dashboard) to a workstation even if that workstation were offline. Then, I would imagine, these changes could be added the next time the Pulseway agent were loaded/refreshed on that workstation. We should be able to set a default patch policy for all new systems rather than "no policy" to ensure systems will start getting patched when added to Pulseway.

Many of our clients run on Workgroups and so we can't centrally manage updates with WSUS. Pulseway gives us a good way to install updates, but it can be laborious individually pushing the updates on each computer - it would be much better if updates could be checked/pushed for a whole group at once.

Hi, A USP of Pulseway is the RMM built for Mobiles but yet we can’t remote control from a Mobile device! We still have to use our ScreenConnect or TeamViewer for remote control! Paul
