hi there, is there any way that the pulseway app can send a notification when a new network device is connected to the network and gather some info on what it is?? then once it has got this info, run a report to show what devices are connected to the network at a given time?? just floating ideas out there thanks in advance Gary

Not 100% sure if this has been suggested before, but I didn't see it when I was looking around. If it has, my apologies. Offline Changes (per workstation) I am currently monitoring quite a few workstations that are shutdown each night. For me, it would be really beneficial to be able to make changes to the Pulseway Manager (remotely via the Pulseway Dashboard) to a workstation even if that workstation were offline. Then, I would imagine, these changes could be added the next time the Pulseway agent were loaded/refreshed on that workstation. Hello, I would like to see the ability to run dual screens viewable at the same time on the remote control. That way customers who need to run dual screens and have to work from home arent stuck playing swap between screens. I think either opening a second connection to the computer with one of the separate screen would be fine, but maybe there is a better way like how Remote Desktop works or Google Chrome Remote Desktop works.

Now, critics and suggestions: (ENH): in BOTH, mobile and PC version (HTML5 and Flash), I think the status icon for servers (none/yellow/red) should reflect current status, and not status of read notifications. For example, server was reboot to apply updates, notification about shutdown and offline was triggered, then server comes back up....but icon status still showing RED. Hi, at the moment Request Support over the Pulseway Manager only supports a chat feature. The idea is to give the possibility to send an email to the support company, and if possible also with a screenshot feature. So it would be possible to create a ticket in the help desk system, or get a simple email. Not everything needs to be done immediatelly over a chat. Thanks, Christian.

Just lately we have been seeing a lot of repeated Account Locked notifications. The really strange thing is that very often this is for accounts that are already disabled or expired (the Guest account is a very good example). I'd like to suggest that the Account lock notification checks and filters out notifications that are on Expired and/or Disabled Accounts... ( perhaps this could be an optional (check box style) feature.. ) ( Quite why / how Windows is locking disabled accounts is another issue entirely... ) Cheers

Hi, Sometimes we see that our clients have issues with their onedrive status that files are not synced etc. Users are not checking that often so their files may be at risk. Hi We would love to have the following possibility regarding answers to notifications. 1) When I receive a mail during out-of-office hours, due to some problems with our servers, the notification is send to 2-4 persons depending on what problem that occurs. All persons receive a personalized mail with only their own mail address instead of all persons listed in the same mail. That stops me from pressing, "answer all" and write, "no problem, I will look into this". The web interface is not compatible with trackpad gestures on Macs..., I love the iOS app on the ipads I just would like to have the same app for OSX.

You should add a "select all" button to pages on the manager such as services and performance counters. It gets really annoying to select all of them.

It would be helpful to be able to view asset info of offline computers. I'm currently having to maintain a separate inventory for things like service tag/serial numbers - it would be great if I could view it right in Pulseway even when a computer is offline (we have a lot of mobile users).

This pertains to the PSA.. I know this is a SMALL thing, but it would be great if the phone number and email address default when inputting contacts could be customizable, or default to WORK. I imagine most of the MSPs that use Pulseway service businesses, and it would save a click or two when inputting a new contact.

hi there i have a couple of requests that im not sure whether they have been asked before, by myself or anyone else. is there a way that we can prioritize notifications to mobile devices so that only the critical or elevated notifications come through to mobile devices rather than all notifications?? also, is there a way that when a check on disk space is done, the same check can be done after a certain period of time, and if the disk space has changed from the previous notification that the notification can be changed to accommodate the new value? any updates on future releases or help for the above would be grateful. thanks in advance. Now the tool is mostly based on getting some basic notifications.. and is very strong at doing stuf from the mobile.. But i really am missing some piecharts and graphs with historical data of everything that can be monitored like.. CPU trends Memory Trends Disk usage Trends Mail Queue Trends SQL deadlock trends.. just to name a few.. you catch my drift..

Hi, I think a nice feature would be a option disable notification at specific times, only receiving notification at a specific time range. For example: My working day is all weekdays from 8:00 - 17:00 and only receive notification in that time range. My Collegues have other working times, so they will receive notification on their times. Kind regards, Maikel

One huge feature missing that other RMM'S seem to do (NinjaRMM / Syncro) Run a script as the user logged in. Surely you can integrate this. I know you can impersonate a user but this means entering their login details and its a pain if the user changes their password.

Hi. If it is possible I would like to exclude full automation scripts from the diagnostics log "trace.log". In normal situations it is fine with just an indication of the execution with the script name. I guess you could add one more checkbox like "Include full Automation Scripts" in settings, and let it be disabled as default. Best Regards, Martin.

Hi, A USP of Pulseway is the RMM built for Mobiles but yet we can’t remote control from a Mobile device! We still have to use our ScreenConnect or TeamViewer for remote control! Paul

Hello, I would like a feature where when I remote into a users computer, you are given the option to block the user from inputting any information and or block them from viewing what you are doing.

currently testing out the ping notifications to check 8.8.8.8 for replies. this is all good except i would like to be able to get a notification if the connection is down for less than a minute. current lowest value is 1 min. will there be any amendments to this? thanks gary
